I am sad that this Sears is closing. It feels like the end of an era. I am happy however about the new washing machine that I am hopefully going to buy at a deeply discounted price. Life is bittersweet!

Bought new self propelled electric start mower starter went out second try had 2 year warranty couldnt repair so offered new one but couldnt order. One 4 months later still no solution caused undo stress which caused hospital emergency room admitting also financial to mow my lawn still no solution not even money back no solution of any still in hospital

As most people around here know Sears is closing. They are offering great discounts on some things but the prices are still higher than other places. The selection is okay but you should get there soon to check it out.

I enjoy going,I enjoy getting the sales. I also like getting my shoes there they have the perfect height that I look for 1A 1/2 to 2 heel and theyre like leather and I like the SIM my shoe boot like shoes to also my daughter likes the shoes there too.

Sears always has great deals. I got 3 different pairs of shoes for the price of one. These are on sale for $15.00 each.

Went into the store to look around. When trying on clothes I did not notice that the floor was wet. Someone had peed in the dressing room. I got urine on my pants, socks and shoes, plus my bare feet! The manager was so rude when I called her over. She said yea it happens. Then offered a 10% discount on my socks to walk out of the store in!!! The gal that worked there said, I really hope you do not have cuts on your feet. Are you kidding me!!! This is not something that should be taken lightly, and monitoring of your dressing rooms should be done more often! I left with no shoes or socks because I am so upset from the situation.

One of the few remaining Sears stores. Appropriately sized and stocked for our area. Consistently helpful and friendly staff.

Sears is tucked away at Shoppes at Riverside. Always easy parking. I purchased a portable dishwasher, to be delivered and set up, from Brandon who is amazing & knowledgeable. Labor Day sale, great deals & service at Sears!

They know me personally and always go out of their way to help sell me all the things I need and some I dont. I recommend this Sears to friends and family

Went to pick up a small kitchen appliances ordered from online. Store looked closed. Side entrance boarded up and last time I visited this location, rear enterance was closed due to auto service no longer existing. Upon first step of entering through the front door, I was greeted by an employee, who tactfully asked state your business essentially. I stated here to pick up from, yes, online purchase and was instructed to go into the back. Not drive around and use kiosk, etc. Doors into back area ARE NOT MARKED EMPLOYEES ONLY in any fashion, and had been both opened wide. The experience went quickly downhill from there as I did not feel like a welcomed customer nor were things explained to help the experience. No wonder Sears is losing market share! The pickup could have gone smoother, and I did have employee show up in a timely manner initially, but the actual load out left a bit to be desired. Maybe will return in another five years if they are still around, perhaps earlier if store and employees apologize, but not holding my breath.

Wow had to go all the way to Westport to find a Sears but lot of good choices and sales

I had a salesman that helped me pick out a vacuum. Really nice was able to pick the item up right away.

Nice clothes some offorfible and I would say not to work there but you make good money and there are nice workers

Went to purchase a brand new $1200 Kenmore stove and they had no idea when it would be back in stock, yet it was on the display store. I bought the same stove for $150 cheaper on Amazon with delivery. I tried to buy local but come on Sears.

We went there because they are closing out the store and are supposed to be having a huge sale. Everything we took up to the cashier was not ring up as advertised on the racks we picked them from. I really believe that this was intentional because it happened more often than not. Its no wonder they are going out of business.

Walked out of the store, to long of a wait! Then when I finally had my turn at the register, I was half checked out and then told I would have to wait while she helped someone else...They lost a $300.00 sale..No wonder their going under.

Bought my Stove here in 2012, last time a part broke it was no problem. This last time though I called the store and told the first gentleman what the issue was and he transferred me, the lady I got was nice at first, she asked how she could assist me. I tried to tell her my story but got as far as to say my stove went out and she interrupted me with a rushed tone saying that they couldnt do anything about my stove. I told her I just needed the part number from last time, and she told me they didnt have any of that info. Overall not the best, felt like I was hassling an employee to do the bare minimum and got attitude for it. >.>

This Sears has almost nothing, it is a great place for clothes but anything you normally go to a Sears for... Nope

Employees are fine, just not much of a selection.

I called because I put in an application and wanted to check up on them and they wouldnt let me speak to anyone in charge.

Its hard to watch the company that was around before you were alive and its last death throes I really dont even know what this company sells anymore probably the same stuff they used to but on a much smaller-scale I am having a hard time even knowing which store got closed in which store didnt I wish they had some kind of a site that they would announce that they can we could go and look at
