Horrible experience & customer service; was going to purchase a dinning table put $100 down and would pay the remainder upon arrival, ask if I could get a refund Pamm said I’d get a store credit for the $100 was told the table would arrive in about 3 weeks at 4 weeks I called Pamm several times Wanting a status on the dining table her Response was the table is ordered I went in 2 times on the second visit I did tell her if I did not receive the dining table by the end of the week I wanted my store credit she had the audacity to say that I was informed that it would take 6-8 months to arrive, which that was a lie and since I didn’t put half down for the dining table I couldn’t get a store credit after being persistent I got the store credit purchased a coffee table on the day I looked at the coffee table everything seemed OK did need a few touchups when I went to go pick it up it was already wrapped when I was signing the form that I received item in good condition I was going to write on it that I did not re-check it as it was already wrapped upon my arrival I didn’t listen to my intuition and as soon as I got home I checked it out and the glass was all smeared the touchups were not made and there’s a corner at the bottom that is now chipped off called Pam right away store was closed left her a voicemail the next day I called her again but was playing phone tag so I stopped by at the store to show her the pictures and again she had the audacity to say that we broke it and that’s why they prefer delivering items, with the bad experience i wasn’t trying to spend another $50 for delivery’s....

0 stars would be more than deserved. Our experience was a non stop nightmare from May to October. We understand covid can cause delays but the amount of miscommunication, unprofessionalism, lack of calls back and timeframes from fantasy land is enough for us to recommend another store than this one. We are beyond disappointed and frustrated especially with Dan at the unprofessionalism that was shown when we decided to cancel after more unanswered questions and more false timelines.
I love this place, their selection, and the people. I go back again and again.
Very poor after sale service will never shop there again. Back to Selmers where they really do care about the customer
