Super great service!!! They were very helpful and nice. I had to bring my small kids and they were very accommodating of the situation. A different shop told me I would have to replace the tire, but at Bill Williams, they were able to repair it. I was very impressed by their honesty and good work. I highly recommend this place!

I bought a set of tires at Bill Williams Tire Center a couple of years ago and anytime I have to stop in, they always take care of it with no charge. While Im sure my vehicle is in their computer system, it makes me feel good to know that this business takes care of people with any tire issues.

I have been here twice now for new truck tires. The tires are great, I drive A LOT and needed tires on two different big rigs. No problems here.The office and customer waiting area worked out well for me because it had a nice restroom and a TV turned up enough to actually hear the sound.There was plenty of time to go next door and grab a subway sandwich and relax for a change.

Really friendly and helpful! They were able to move tires from a different location to the one I visited and change them right away.

Had them rebalance all 4 of my 37 tires, drove down the road under 45 mph and it was fine. I hit the highway and went up to 70- 75 mph and I was getting a full body massage. A week later I took the same tires in to discount tires and had them rebalanced again. Way better job done, riding nice and smooth again.
