The staff are very nice and respectful, the visits here before have been quick. But when I came in today, it took upwards of 2 hours to program a key fob... After being told itll be another 6m, I waited and it took 20m. Thats all I gotta say.

Went in for an oil change, not the first time either. The workers were polite but the only issue I had was the grease all over the interior of my vehicle when I left. This is the first time this has happened, so 3 stars just to make them aware of this issue!

Salesperson tried to tell me I could not use both the military rebate along with the recent college grad rebate. Apparently, they’re the only Honda dealership that doesn’t allow it. And then they try to charge an additional $1999.99 for window tint and floor mats. You’re better off taking your business to the metroplex area.

I had a car in for service and when I came to pick it up a salesman greeted me at the door (as they always do), and then offered to drive one of my vehicles home when I informed him that I needed to leave a vehicle there until my wife got off.I didn’t by a car. But I can speak on the staff’s friendliness, and I would return.

I called ahead of time to verify the car I was interested in was still available. I was told it was and an appointment was made for me to view and test drive the same day. I was advised the manager Michael Garza would be up front and ready to greet me. I arrive, wait awhile to be helped, the young man that finally came to help me seemed like he wasnt very familiar with the car I was asking about. He had to do some looking around, when he finally came back I was told the car is not drivable as it is being worked on. I am very disappointed. This all happened the same day I called. I wont be returning.

The salesman was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was led to believe we had to purchase a device used for tracking our newly purchased vehicle at a cost of $899.00. Our financial agency said they did not require it, so we have a device that is not activated and not wanted. I have been told a sales manager would call me to settle up. Still waiting. In fairness, our salesman was very helpful.

If I were just reviewing Jonathan my Shuttle driver it would be 5 stars, he was really great! Very friendly, on time, good driver, good manners, the whole package.I had a little more difficulty with the actual service. I needed a new key cut since my current one wouldn’t turn in the ignition, so I called and they said they’d send their shuttle for me. Then when I got there they let me know that they would need the car present in order to program the key 🙄We got it figured out but it was expensive.

If I could rate this place a Zero, I would! I experienced a complete example of incompetence today. After calling and verifying numerous times that the vehicles I was interested in were on the lot, and explaining that I would be traveling from Austin, I arrived to be informed that those vehicles were in fact not on the lot and were not expected anytime in the next several weeks! My calls to the Assistant General Manager were unreturned as well. The sales associate who greeted me told me that those particular vehicles were probably already sold. He then tried to sell me a used vehicle or work some sort of deal on a future purchase. I said that I hadnt just traveled 230 miles to buy a used car or to work some sort of deal, but to purchase one of the vehicles I had been assured multiple times were available and on the lot! By the way, the two vehicles were shown as available on their website as well! The sales associate offered no excuse except that the conceirge service gave me the wrong information regarding the vehicles, as well as no apology. I will not be conducting any business with this dealership ever! Horrible customer service!

I visited the store on 7/20/21 and I live an hour away from Abilene. I was helped out by Dennis Bateman and he resolved my issue with my key & saved me alot of money, instead of getting a new key programed. Very good service from Dennis, keep up the good work.

If I could put 0 stars out of 5 I would. Bought a car that was high mileage that broke down less than a week after buying it. They wanted to charge me 5000$ for repairs or I could sell it back to them for 1000$. Customer service was so eager when I was buying the car but as soon as it broke down no one even knows you exist.

This dealerships service center is extremely unprofessional and does not treat their customers car with respect. This may just be my experience but be wary. I brought in my Civic Type R and will not be bringing back here again. I had scheduled my first oil change with them at 7:45 AM, yet I was the last one to get serviced over the walk-ins. Also, as soon as the employees started working on my car, I could hear them revving the life out of the engine from the customer waiting room. To top it all off, they absolutely ruined the alcantara steering wheel. It is now matted with oil and grease in the 9 and 3 positions. I was also unable to see how much they drove it after the oil change because they wrote down the incorrect mileage.Overall, I can not recommend this place for oil changes, especially if you drive a sports car. If youre not going to do your own oil change, take it to a shop that has windows looking into the work room so you can watch them since it seems like management doesnt do that here.

No follow through. They were short staffed the day I went in. It took 6 hours to complete the purchase of my truck. They didnt complete the detail of my truck. They showed me they had a copy of the Carfax then didnt provide me a copy of it. When I came back for it, it was conveniently lost. I successfully bought a truck from them, but it will be the last.

Dealership was responsive to my questions/concerns. Was able to negotiate a great price through the AARP buying service. Like at all dealerships, high-profit add-ons must be examined carefully, and purchased only if you actually want/need the offered item or service. Consumers should do their own research prior to visiting any dealership. Most everything is negotiable! Long-distance paperwork signing was accommodated. My wife spent several hours with a salesperson, had all her concerns addressed, and that was a big factor in our decision to purchase at Honda of Abilene. I have purchased a half-dozen new/used cars from this dealership over the past two decades, and recommend you consider giving them a chance to earn your business.

We came in to this dealership service center on 4/27/21 and we were greeted by Jewelz. What a gem you have (no pun intended). Jewelz listened to us about the issues we were having with various indicator lights (codes) which had come on after getting a set of nee tires resulting from hitting debris on the highway. Jewelz tried to reset the issues with the small handheld code reader but was unable to so she sent our car to a technician. (cant remember his name but while speaking to him I remember that he races Drag Motorcycles). This gentleman along with his young trainee were able to identify the issue of us driving on a doughnut spare tire which is a smaller diameter than our standard tires. They were able to clear the codes an we were back on the road within the hour. When I asked how much I owed, Jewelz said that I owed nothing! What relief after spending, unexpectedly, a bunch of $ on new tires.Thanks a million!

It was quite a bit out of our price range and he managed to get us a amazing deal! We walked out of there with a amazing experience. Severina was helpful, emailing me links to vehicles that fit my criteria since I was shopping from out of town. Went to my appointment and she was busy, but Juan refused to let me wait, insisted he help me. Insisted on test driving the car with me but refused to wear a mask. Made me very uncomfortable. He was such a car salesman stereotype, but wouldn’t answer a question I had about the car. Asked him to have the service department check it out and have Severina give me a call and never heard back. I guess since he couldn’t steal commission, I wasn’t worth helping. Got calls the next day that I had missed my appointment, so he never let anyone even know I was there. I bought a car elsewhere. Now I see their ridiculous anti-mask ads while Abilene hospitals overflow, and I’m glad I didn’t give them my money.

The car is awesome and all of the staff were courteous both before and after purchase. I bought the car after they closed on a Saturday and they were more than happy to stay until everything was done (including setting up insurance! ). Because of this, I can easily overlook the lack of a promised detail, tank of gas, and box of cookies! Lol. They fixed tire sensors after the sale that Im sure wasnt easy. The salesman told me they would (and did) but since I didnt have any of the aforementioned things in writing, they couldve easily refused or charged me. They took care of the tires so I didnt even mention the other offers. Im grateful for my new (used) car and they have a customer for life! ** update! I got the most amazing cookies in the mail! **

Just picked up a 2016 Scion TC with around 32,000 miles. It’s a sporty and surprisingly comfy ride, definitely no argument there. So this is actually my first time financing a car and to be honest I wasn’t even looking to buy a car that day. But after doing the math of how much it would take to make my last car caught up on maintenance, I decided to just go ahead and see if I’d get approved to get this car. Severina was my salesperson. Very sweet lady and didn’t really pressure me into buying this car, which kind of surprised me. In fact this is what made buying the car so much easier because it took that mental stressor off of me so that I could make that decision on my own. If this is a new sales tactic, I like it. I’ve had it for about a week, it’s a Toyota product with a manual transmission so I can sleep sound at night knowing that I won’t have to worry about serious maintenance until after about 80,000 or 100,000 miles. Nice job on your sale, Severina! Keep showing these other guys how to make sales!! Ha

Be careful in the finance part of a transaction this place will add products into the purchase such as unnecessary warranties and be untruthful when questioned. The car is great. They damaged window tint taking the stickers off kept my drivers license and paperwork was not completed the same day...not completely competent. If you find yourself the victim of the warranty scam, you do have the right to cancel within 60 days its a pain in the neck I would suggest cancelling through Honda Care and the dealership both to ensure it gets done.
