When a machine falls down for whatever reason they can usually remote into it and get it back on its feet but if it has a major difficulty requiring it go to their shop they are fast on the turn around because they know we use our computers in our business.They have been handling our computers and providing web hosting as well as keeping us updated for many years and I recommend them to anyone that owns a computer and wants it to run at peak efficiency.

So we bought our son a gaming pc for Christmas. We hooked it up and it kept us in a windows loop for over a week no matter what we did. I called and the bad review was right the front desk lady is NOT customer friendly. She sounded like she did not want to be there and very dull. Thank goodness she transferred me to the back where I talked to Josh who was upbeat and said yeah we can fix it just bring it on in. Well my husband drove down to Abilene on sat where their only open from 10-2 and we did not expect to get it same day because it was a short day which was fine at this point it could have stayed a week as long as they got it up and running. I talked to Paul who was great also and was already waiting for my husband when he arrived. Long story short he fixed it perfectly the SAME DAY! WOW. The price was amazing and he made this stressed mama feel relieved and a little 12 year old boy very happy to have his fixed pc. They are gonna be our go to always.
