Don’t EVER rent a UHAUL from this location. Slow and above all disorganized. They rent them out and don’t have keys for their vehicles.They spent 45 minutes looking for the key to the truck they charged me for and then when they couldn’t find the key they sent me to another UHAUL location where they assured me they had a truck for me. When I got there there was no truck and they had no idea what I was talking about. 2 hours waisted and 0 of our stuff moved.

Great experience. After the Clack St UHaul location ripped us off on part one of this move, this place was endlessly patient with us and a friendly and heartwarming experience. Almost wish I lived in their neighborhood, Id drop in on the regular just for the vibes.

Ms. Stella was an Awesome Help with my Uhaul Rental, walked me through the reservation process over the phone and I was able to pick it up the same day! Ms. Stella even came back to work to meet me because I was the last person to pick up the Uhaul Van! It was clean and in Great condition for my cross country trip from Abilene, Texas. The store was quaint reminds me of the little store I use to work at when I was a teenager, Everyone there was patient and kind. Thank You All for Your Kindness and Wonderfull Help!!! : - )

Rented A U-Haul from this little shop. Loved that it is open 7 days a week. Made picking up and dropping off the vehicle easy. Best part of the experience was the customer service. Very nice and honest family-run establishment. Would highly recommend to others.
