They are liars!!! My husband brought in a Victoria secrets bath robe to TX Tees in Abilene and told them that we wanted it monogrammed but did not want a patch on it. I had it marked with a pinned piece of paper on the correct side of the collar I wanted it located. When it was ready my husband picked it up, it had a monogrammed PATCH on it. The robe is polyester and the patch was cotton making the patch very stiff on a very soft robe. It looked like a big badge. My husband texted me to let me know what they did and I was not happy. Their explanation for putting on the patch was that the robe was too fuzzy and you couldn’t see the letters. I took the robe back to express how I was not satisfied with the work that was done and the patch was actually on crooked. I asked why didn’t they call me first to get permission and could they undo what they had done? The owner said they did what they thought was best and they couldn’t undo the work because it would tear the robe. I then said I wanted a refund for the work and the robe they ruined. The owner said he would refund me the money for the monogram but not the robe because I didn’t buy the robe from them. After some arguing, the owner finally agreed to give me a refund for the work and the robe. I left satisfied but little did I know TX Tees had started to monogram the initials on the wrong side of the robe’s collar and put the patch on top to hide it. I do have pictures to prove it. I found this out because I was curious if I could take the patch off but doing so did tear the robe. I did buy another robe and found another company in Abilene that did exactly what I wanted from the beginning and it looks great.

TX Tees was great to work with on our last two orders! We ordered hats first...they looked great and they got them to us quickly! We ordered shirts next and they worked with us on price and got them to us fast. We will definitely work with David (new owner) and his team again in the future!

I ordered online from a company called TXTEES. It is not this company it was a scam by other individuals. I mistakenly thought this was the company I ordered from.I spoke with the manager from this company and he was very pleasant to me. He alerted me to this scam. Apparently he has heard of it before. Please beware of the scammers. My bank has issued me a full refund and is doing an investigation into the other company. TERRI from PA.

Beware!! I ordered 1 item. At checked out I had only 1 item. My email invoice shows 2 items. It did not show 2 items when I purchased. Tried to cancel after serval times reaching out to them. This company is not customer service friendly. No person to answer calls, automated responses and there was limited ways to communicate with them via their website which is referred to on their phone lines. Their website says orders are delayed due to Covid. Yet I get a response back saying it’s too late to make any changes. Sounds like a scam. You can not return or get refunded unless there is a defect with the item. Disappointed and feel taken advantage of. After reading other reviews... not sure if I will get any product.

HORRIBLE. Let me just start out by saying I never write reviews good or bad but in this case I’m forced too. Long story short I understand wanting to support a family owned business but these guys are not it. After 2 weeks of placing an order and no response to emails I had to call the store. I was told that it was going to ship that day. 3 days of no updated tracking info I emailed several other times with no response. I have to call again in which I’m told they don’t even have what I ordered. I ask for a refund which they said was being issued that day. 3 days later still no refund or response to email. Stay away

I love that I can go in and their staff and graphic designer can help me bring my ideas to life, and not just on any shirt but the right one (color, size, style) that corresponds to the design. They’re super knowledgeable, plus I can shop their brand while I’m there! They have everything!

Wonderful, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Took my thoughts and a general idea and turned it into a product that was even better than what I pictured in my head.

I paid $900 for an order of shirts and was never contacted that they were ready for me to pick up. I had to reach out to them again to find out the status of my shirts and apparently they had been done for 3 weeks and no one told me? I then drove all the way across town to pick them up and there was a sign on the door that they would be back in one hour even though I was told that I could come pick them up at any time. I honestly loved the shirts and the quality, but the lack of communication and customer service ruined the experience for me.

I ordered a burnt orange t-shirt from the ad in the UT alumni magazine and the t-shirt was anything but burnt orange.

I have been using Apparel Depot/TX Tees for a year plus now and they have failed me over and over. Today was the last time I will be using this company. I brought in 4 shirts Monday at 8:00am I told Tanner I needed these shirts by the END of the day Tuesday, if they were not going to be able to get them done I would need to get them back so I could go somewhere else. He said he would call me if they were not able to have them completed. I called several times at the end of the day Tuesday no answer, I went Wednesday morning at 8:00am and they were closed. The owner stated they did not open till 8:30 but their Facebook, google and voicemail all state they open at 8:00am. I now have company representatives headed to a conference with no shirts. Communication is key to being a successful company.

Ordered 1 month ago just arrived today and the quality is bad is just a fruit of the loom shirt horrible a waste of time and money

TXTees does great work for us. We generally have large orders on a time crunch. TXTees has always managed to deliver a quality product to us and at an affordable price. I’m a big fan of TXTees and will continue to call on them for our screen printing needs. They do great work and they support our community at a high level. I appreciate our relationship with TXTees.

Drove all the way across town to go here. The door said it closed at 5:30 but when we got there the door was locked. ( we got there at 4:45) All the lights were on and there was a car on the side. Called and no one answered. Very disappointed I was really looking forward to shopping here.
