I needed my 14kt gold herringbone necklace repaired & since I pass the shop all the time, so I decided 2tke my chain there. Now whn I say my chain is like 1of my kids & I mean I treat it like it were 1of my kids🤯🥰. Ive had my herringbone necklace since 1991 & its older than both my 22yo & 18yo daughters. Due2 A.G.Es inexpensive, but reasonably affordable prices, I vowed 2only use their services 4repairing my jewelry! I was going 2a ridiculously, overpriced jewelry repair shop in the Abilene mall. Theyre not just ridiculously overly priced🤑, but the repairs are done out of town😶🤨. No dropping off jewelry on Mon & picking up on Tue/Wed, I waited 2wks 4a sauter & 1 clasp repair🤬 @The A.G.Es repair costs are reasonable & the repairs are done locally. Which mkes me feel comfortable, trusting in them w/tkng care of my jewelry! Few reviews said the owner wasnt friendly, rude whtnot, but I dont think so. I only dealt w/1 guy, so@1st, he seemed a bit standoffish, quiet, but granted, not every1 is a ppl person & unfourtantly, thtl come off n the wrong way. Wasnt very talkative@1st, then we ended up hvng a lengthy conversation, as we waited while the paperwork was set up. Now hes got some beautiful pieces of jewelry, artwork; like dream catchers & some awesome tattoos~hes obviously a tattoo collector~ tht are all Native Indian related. My then, 18yo daughter was w/me & very inquisitive w/a lotta questions abt his collections of the jewelry, artwork & tatts🤩I advsd our fams part Choctaw & my daughters being part Creek Nation also. He gladly answered all our questions + had a few stories of his own. It just goes 2show tht u cant tell a book, only by its cover. I recomend every1 2use A.G.Es services! Prices are inexpensive, reasonable, repairs are done locally, an honest guy/buisness & its all very colorful 🤗🥰🤩

I was very impressed with my visit to Abilene Gold Exchange and the service that I received! I went in to sell some older 90 % silver content coins and I had done my research on what the value of my coins were. After a brief but thorough examination I was told my sell value and it was right on the number that I was offered! You always wonder if your being treated fairly or ripped off when you sell precious metals! Not here! You get a very fair deal! I highly recommend this business!

If you dont know nothing about coins hell buy it cheap. Something that was worth more than he gave me just to see what he would give me yep luckily I have plenty of the coins I sold.
