What can I say? Niko is AMAZING! She truly goes above and beyond. We had an emergency where we needed our phone to be working immediately but there was a lock on the account that was supposed to last three days. Niko understood the urgency and importance of the situation and HANDLED THAT! I am honestly so grateful. You literally cannot find outstanding customer service like that of Niko’s. I drove an extra 15 minutes to get to this location because they’re the only ones nearby that open early enough and I’m so glad I made the drive because I genuinely don’t think any other Metro associate would’ve helped me the way Niko did. The reviews ain’t lying! Service here is excellent. You will definitely leave with your problem solved or whatever it is you need. Niko was helpful, friendly, personable, and most importantly professional. Thanks again Niko — I know I’ve thanked you a million times but you’re a gem girl! Rare to find. I have not had a bad experience at the Abington store with Niko she is knowledgeable about her job and phones in her store. I must go in there at least 5/6 times a month if not more always friendly and a smile. I have bought 3/4 phones she takes time with me and shows me every thing.

I have been going to this store for years the lady over there is very helpful.

Very happy at first, but then extremely disappointed!Bought a new Galaxy Phone and brought it in to the store to have it activated for $17 (great service this time). Went home and realized the phone had a battery issue, so it had to be brought back to BestBuy for a phone replacement. Following the exchange, I drove straight back to the MetroPCS store to have it re-activated, but the lady wanted to charge me $17 again even after listening to the problem I had with the previous phone.I thought this was a little ridiculous and thought I could try my luck somewhere else. I went to a Brockton store, and the gentleman did it for free - no questions asked!Not going back to the Abington store ever again, but I do recommend the little store located at the plaza across home depot in Brockton!

I was there today and the woman that helped me out with my phone was so knowledgeable about my phone and the problems I was having. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I could tell she really cared, and I will recommend her to my friends.
