Visible grime and dirt on shelf surfaces, disorganized displays. Im upset my insurance wont let me continue using walgreens, so I have to come here.

Poor pharmacy management. I would give a zero if not for Austin. Hes the only one paying attention. I have repeatedly asked NOT to have my prescriptions filled until I call it in. And - no generics. I go to call in and the machine tells me theres an order ready. So they are billing my insurance before they know if Im even alive. And - its a generic when I get there.Its simple - dont call me - Ill call you and no generics and no auto refill.

Dont go here choose another pharmacy to fill your prescription been waiting 10mins for some one to acknowledge my presence so I can collect my prescription pharmacist and crew sit minding there own business until I asked if anyone is here to assist me

Possible the most incompetent pharmacy. Ive been given the wrong medication. They never have my daughters seizure medicine in stock. Its a constant battle.

Pharmarcy tech called my written control substance prescription fake. Gave me the complete run around. No, that was years ago when your tech was stealing Oxycontin got caught and arrested, not me. Google it. Bye!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The entire pharmacy staff is TRASH and very unprofessional. Don’t bother calling because no one will pick up. It took the an hour to answer the phone. Techs are incompetent and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this pharmacy.

I have been going to this location for the past 15 years I never had any issues until today. The cashier told me my $20 bill was fake and clearly was not because I took my cash from the bank. The cashier went to ask her colleague “ tony “ that’s what she told me her name was. She was an African American lady with short black hair. She told her to not accept the cash which I understood the manager was not there to ask but what I didn’t like and was very u professional was the fact she came behind my back and start whispering and making signs to the cashier, behind my back this is very unprofessional! I understood if they didn’t take my cash but to start whispering behind my back was not polite at all I told the lady if she has something to tell her colleague to tell her in front of me. They make me feel very uncomfortable the attitude not professional at all! Also the cashier should get a better trainer she does not know when is fake the dollar turns black mine was light brown! It looks like she never handle money in the past! Cashier name was Antoinette.

You lost a customer tonight waited 45 minutes in line at the drive through to pick up my script still didnt get my script. 3 cars in front of me and never moved. Will not go back . Very bad area no lights very dark end of business. Felt very unsafe. I will move my script to a different location or go to a different pharmacy.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Very slow and rude. They need more help. Sat in drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for 30 minutes.

Unfriendly staff. You will be an inconvenience do not go to this location. They have more important things to do.

The staff are all super friendly and the general manager is too. I came to coupon and the manager even helped me rearrange my transactions to save even more money. Normally when I go to Walgreens the employee makes it look like Im stealing when I use a coupon. I love cvs especially this location :)

Bad attention and no customer service, the cashier is so mind.

THE worst CVS in the Acworth/kennesaw area. Will literally have you sit in the pharmacy window without even acknowledging you are there. Pharmacist are rude as well, the worst customer service ever.

Young cashier lady really bored of her job.I buy vitamins that say buy one get one free. She rings me up and I question the total, she says oh thats only for people with CVS cards I thought there could have been a specific card. Got home, did my research, turns out its the same concept as Kroger or Walgreens etc. When Ive been to this stores and they had sales, they offered you to sign and get the card. Few days later I stopped by to confirm my research so I ask her what is CVS card she explains. I ask her how do I get one? You fill out a form and you get the cardNever offered to help me get one. Needless to say, theres a Walgreens across the road with more helpful employees. Ill be crossing the road.

Assistant manager was extremely rude, pharmacy and the store were not staffed, no help.Im going somewhere else.BAD EXPERIENCE
