Very helpful with selecting a ball. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very easy to talk to. I wanted to get a 10 or 11, but I ended up getting a 13, because he made custom covers and it fells great. This shop is great, recommend it for ball purchases.

I saw the high rating and thought this might be a good place to go to purchase my husband a bowling ball for his birthday. Boy, was I wrong. We bowl for fun, and not often. The kid who talked to us refused to sell my husband anything less than a 13 lb ball. My husband prefers 10. He has tried different weights, and he does best with 10. But the kid said 10 year olds use 10 lb balls, and my husband must be bowling wrong if he prefers a 10 lb ball. He even went so far as to explain that a bowling ball isnt a baseball or a football, so he must be trying to throw it like that. For the record, he doesnt. This is the worst experience Ive had in any store. We will take our business elsewhere. I hope my husband doesnt give up bowling because of this kid. If I could rate this 0, I would.

I was looking for pro shops around my area but theyre closed or closed by 2pm on the weekend. This pro shop closes at 5pm on a Saturday. A little farther than the other pro shops but worth the trip. I went in with my nephew who is a beginner and they gave him a student discount on his new ball and shoes! The staff was great and very knowledgeable. Im impressed with their service.

The guys at the counter were very nice and knowledgeable. They fit me in just before closing and didnt have any issue with it. I will go back here for future bowling needs.

Recently switched to Star Pro Shop from my previous pro shop and couldn’t be happier. Tim was recommended by a friend of mine, and I am fairly new to bowling but very serious about it. Tim helped me with my Storm Crux Prime, Fever pitch and Roto Grip Idol pearl. He also corrected the drilling for my Storm Ice Storm spareball that was drilled somewhere else. He explained terms that more season bowlers would know and asked me questions about my game that otherwise I would be oblivious to. Will be coming back for any of my other needs and will recommend 100%
