If you are a bride dont buy your dress from here. You will have to deal with a nightmare after you pick it up. If you know what planning a wedding is like, the last item you want to deal with being a nightmare is your dress...I was told I needed to go up a size even though the size I wanted wouldnt need much alterations. The sales girl said alterations would be around $200 and easy to do, so I was fine with that.I was told I needed 8 weeks for their in house tailor to alter my dress. As a planner, I called 12 weeks in advance to make my alteration appointment and they told me their tailor quit and they had other places that could do the alterations. So, I called around to those places and others in dfw and it turns out everywhere needs more than 12 weeks to alter abridal dress. Also, everywhere I called quoted $500-$2,000 to make the alterations to my $800 dress. The alterations are so extreme due to how the dress is in one piece and the sales girl never mentioned this. In fact, she said there would be no issue at all with alterations.After my nightmare, I am hoping I can prevent other brides from dealing with the same struggles. If your dress doesnt fit off the rack dont even bother with this shop.

When I saw the sign outside that had my name on it welcoming all the brides that had appointments that day I immediately got a warm, welcoming feeling about the place. The girls working inside were very friendly and patient. They helped me figure out what kind of dress I wanted (because what I thought I wanted I totally hated) and they didn’t try to pressure me to go above my budget. I would highly recommend going here!!

My experience here could not have been better! Kristin was amazing and took her time to find out my style and my budget. She didn’t push a sale on me, in fact, quite the opposite. She spent a long time looking in the back for dresses that were discounted and was very honest about alteration prices when we talked final cost of the dress. She found the perfect dress for me in a matter of about 30 minutes and then offered to take pictures and find a matching veil. The customer service here is awesome and so is Kristin. Highly recommend!

Lovely experience! Found my gown by the third one I had tried on! Heather, my bridal stylist, was so helpful and helped me narrow down options and looks to what I really felt best in. This was my first time seriously shopping and looking for a dress so I didn’t really know what to expect but I had such a lovely and friendly experience with this place. I had a wonderful time picking out a wedding dress here. A few days before they had an over the phone video consult with me to show me their selection before coming in. My associate Kristin was very helpful all the way through and made me feel very comfortable. I purchased my dress here and I would recommend any new bride to check out their dresses. They have a good eye for what they do!

I came here out of convenience and found phenomenal customer service and a wide variety of dresses worth every penny. I am in love with my dress and didnt have to go anywhere else. I had a great experience working with 3 members of the staff (two in person). The woman I worked with initially read my mind and found me a perfect dress. They are very attentive via email as well. I have nothing but good things to say - they have been kind, patient, and helpful; providing top notch service and experience. I had a wonderful time trying on dresses during my dress search, and veils with my dress when it came in. All the staff were very responsive and helpful with all my questions and ordering process. After my first alterations appointment was made, COVID-19 hit and Lasting Bridal had to temporarily close. Because my wedding was in early June, they were unable to alter my dress in time due to business regulations in place. The manager, John, was more than accommodating to help me. He communicated with me directly, gave me terrific advice, recommended a great alterations business that was able to take care of me, and personally made sure to be there for me when picking up my dress. Once altered, he took my dress back to ensure it was steamed and ready for my big day in time. I highly recommend Lasting Bridal!

OMG everyone is sooo nice. They are patient with the bride to be on selecting a dress. They give great advice. The alterati I ns were great. They did a great job.

Walked in to see veils (purchased my dress else where but didn’t care for any of the veils they had there.) They were so kind and took the time to help me find what I needed. I probably tried on 25 veils and they did not mind at all. The young lady that helped me was so sweet and understanding. I ended up purchasing a veil that I LOVE!!! Can’t wait to walk down the isle wearing it.

This was my final stop after dress hunting for 3 weeks and having no luck I wanted to cancel my appointment because I was getting frustrated but my daughter told me to still go and Im so happy I did I found 3 top pick dresses within minutes and loved everything about it customer service was excellent and very helpful even during the pandemic

I ordered my dress from here and there was a bit of a snafu with the delivery date from the manufacturer (China) and when it did arrive, it was too small. However, the owner John was extremely accommodating and helped cover the cost of alterations to ensure a good fit. The alterations lady who works out of the store is second to none - she did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend this bridal salon! Great overall experience!

They were super helpful and I got to try on all the dresses I wanted to with my stylist. There was a handful of beautiful choices for my budget $500-700 for a petite bride. I picked out my dresses and my stylist picked out ones that fit my style too. Wonderful experience!

Do not shop here for bridal dresses! All of my bridesmaids got there dresses here and every single zipper did not zip up! We all had to get them fixed at a separate tailoring business because Lasting Bridal did not fix/reimburse us

Dear readers, I previously posted a negative review while sitting in the shop...but need to revisit and obviously edit, based on the end result.The orginal review was based on first impressions of two young women, staff members, who were cold and held even dismissive dispositions, which then made me very critical of the shop, bad service will do that....., by the time, what I suspected to be, the owners were addressing me, the impression, damage was done and I did not address my concerns for wanting to NOT dampen MY brides joy. I will spare you the details.However it was based on what I experienced, but more importantly witnessed, as one of these two girls provided lack luster assistance to another bride, who in her own joy.....I am thankful was oblivious to the lack luster service. Sadly as a spectator I was aware... as it threaten, well actually did, dampened my joy in this amazing and wonderful journey for A, and, my... bride, my beloved sister. I never mentioned any of this negativity to my bride, who thankfully also, in her joy was unaware. Suffice to say, the two staff members, require immediate retraining to remind them they are there to accommodate and be part of the joy for which the customer, the bride and their guests are there to accomplish, EXPERIENCE..and BUY. These two, I NEVER saw at the very least smile at anyone. Sullen faces as if they hated being there.The SAVING grace and reason for 5 stars and edit, was our end result, DUE solely to the wonderful young lady WE were fortunate enough to work with, she was superb, a credit to the shop, lovely, helpful, full of smiles and clearly SHARING our joy.. end result? My bride found her dress! THE DRESS....which she will be walking, figuratively and literally into for the rest of her life. Uniting to a man who is perfect to fulfill all her dreams and who she can lavish all of her stored up love and affection on.Thank you lovely girl who provided joy while assisting my sister find HER DRESS.You turned my frown upside down.😊.My hope is that all future brides and their guests are never robbed of their joy while searching for THE DRESS and ALL it represents.......

Walked in only expecting to browse, ended up finding the dress of my dreams in about 15 minutes! Talyn, the consultant, was fabulous and worked quickly to figure out exactly what I needed. Seriously- she nailed it on dress #2. On top of that, the shop itself is really well organized and spacious. I can’t say that about any other bridal store I went to (4 across Dallas). I absolutely cannot wait to walk down the aisle in this gown! THANK YOU, TALYN!

Lasting Bridal was the third and final shop that I went to, and I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience! My consultant was extremely patient and considerate, and she helped me make a great purchase. I found that Lasting Bridal had the best selection of dresses in the style that I wanted (modest, lace, sleeves) and the best pricing. Dresses are separated by price which helps eliminate falling in love with a dress outside of your budget. I was able to get my dress - and walk out of the store with it!!!! - for around $750. It was originally over $2000. This was awesome. Definitely check out the clearance room!

I bought my dress here, and have been here 3-4 times before today I paid the last visit and picked up my gown. The staff are friendly, organized, and never pushy. I felt truly taken care of, and picked what I really love. They made this part of my planning so enjoyable, and easy. The space is very neat, sectioned with dresses with different price range, so if you come with a budget in mind, they would take you to the right part so you dont struggle to say goodbye to your out-of-budget-love-at-first-sight lol comfortable changing room,sitting area for your girls, and very helpful seamstress on site(she is a wonderful woman to work with!) This is a good place to shop your bridal attires, highly recommended!

Ordered my wedding gown yesterday and could not have asked for a better experience! I visited lasting bridal several weeks ago. I made an appointment with Rachel and she was extremely professional, helpful, kind, attentive and listened to everything I mentioned about wanting in a dress. During my first appointment, I found a few dresses that I loved but did not decide on one. I visited several other stores and found a dress that I wanted at Brides and Belles in Tyler. I went back to order the dress at Brides and Belles and had a horrible experience as soon as we walked in the store. The employees at Brides and Belles were very unprofessional, could not locate my file, and told me they were all hyper that day. I felt very uncomfortable ordering from this particular store. We immediately left and called lasting bridal. They were so helpful, they found my file in their system right away, new exactly which dress I was talking about, confirmed ship dates with Casablanca, and scheduled an appointment with Rachel for the following Saturday. Upon arriving at Lasting Bridal, Rachel pulled the dress that I wanted, confirmed all measurements and ordered the dress! It was such an easy, stress-free process. Since then, I have sent several friends to Lasting Bridal because I had such a wonderful experience. All employees were so professional and helpful and it was very evident that they enjoy what they do.

I had a lovely time shopping for and finding my gown here. I strongly recommend Talyn. I really had no idea what style of gown I was looking for, and Talyn was patient, helpful, and lovely. She was skilled in determining what I was looking for, even when I was not sure how to articulate my idea. She has a great eye, and had great suggestions! She’s awesome. I truly enjoyed my experience!

My experience from start to finish has been excellent. It started a year ago when I walked in for my scheduled fitting. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and found dresses that matched my vision and in my specified price range. They were never pushy trying to make a sale, just friendly and helpful. The seamstress was wonderful as well did not even blink an eye when I forgot my shoes for the fitting, she worked to schedule me in later that day after I returned with my shoes. Best part is that they always remembered who I was, even when I came in looking hideous with no makeup they knew who I was and were always friendly offering top notch service. I cant recommend them enough. They made the whole experience personal. I tried dresses at other shops and got horrible service and sales associates who didnt listen to what I was looking for. If quality service is what you want, schedule an appointment and head here!

My husband and I had our wedding in Sept 2018. It took me a little while to find a dress that was in my price range and exactly what I was looking for. Lasting Bridal made it easy to schedule dress shopping appointments and dress fittings. They were kind and easy to work with. They never felt pushy when shopping for a dress, and the first time I went in I didn’t purchase a dress. I came back a week later and Jillian picked out a dress that she thought I’d like and guess what? I chose that dress. It was perfect for what I was looking for. Thanks Jillian! My bridesmaids also found their dresses at Lasting Bridal. The wedding color was deep dark teal which is fairly difficult to find. Lasting had the exact color of the wedding. They made it easy for my bridesmaid to try on dresses, order and receive them. Jonathan was also very helpful in the process. The Lasting Bridal team was sweet the entire process. One word WOW Im so impressed, We called so many places on a short notice and most couldnt fit us in or we would get there and they were so rude!!!! But this place was truly a BLESSING Im so so so thankful we found this Gem,they truly made us feel welcomed and were so helpful and nice! As we were pulling up we thought o no idk about this place the outside was deceiving,but as we were walking in we just knew this was the place it was just so beautiful and inviting and affordable 😊 The Women were so AWESOME and Friendly!!!!!!!!Honestly the best place we went to and SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESSI TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE ❤️

Lasting Bridal Couture is a great boutique in North Dallas. The staff is wonderfully patient and informative. I would highly recommend this company to any bride-to-be. I love my dress and had a wonderful experience finding it due to the ladies here!

I had another appointment scheduled at another boutique for a later date and ended up cancelling it. Lasting Bridal Couture was my first stop and my last. So satisfied with my purchase. Wonderful service even during Covid19

Very beautiful place from the inside but very racist! I noticed I was the only bride that didnt get a handshake coming in also she didnt seem to care what my name was because she said it wrong. and because I’m Hispanic they gave me what I want to think the Hispanic chick but super white washed. all the other helpers helped their brides pick out something they would like but not mine! if she were to maybe help me and suggest different dresses even if they werent in my said price range, if she tried sealing it to me I would have probably bought it! every time I singled out a dress from the rack she would come close to me and say dont feel obligated to try it on she said this to me at least 4 times. my sister said let’s go it seems she doesnt want you trying on any dresses. in the end, I ended up buying a $1,300-dollar dress ELSE WHERE. NOT HERE! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

We loved this shop! Our attendant was very nice and knowledgable and helped us with anything we needed.

The initial experience was good but once I purchased my dress it was like I didnt matter. I missed my final fitting and I never received a phone call. When I finally called back the woman on the phone said well we figure yall eventually will figure it out. In other words once you give them your money youre on your own. I scheduled an appointment with the condescending woman while she told me Ill have to pay 25$ for a no call no show. So they wont call or care but they will certainly charge you.

My beloved sister said that her veil was lost... so the family panicked and blamed the loss on my as they tough I had kidnapped the thing. After I called their office Tory was able to find the actual veil my sister had not picked up! they could of sell me one and make some money on our loss and call it a day, but they decided to do the right thing. I thank you guys so much.Definitely recommending them !!!

The did not clip me into the dresses. I had little to no assistance getting into the dresses. I was not offered a strapless bra or a robe to cover myself while getting in amd out of dresses. As a plus size bride they has limited options on what I could try on as well. Saddly this was my first time trying on dresses. I was highly disappointed and discouraged. Over all worst experiance at a bridal shop ever!

I visited yesterday with my mom, sister and future mother in law. We arrived at my appointment a little bit early, and took some time to browse the selection. At this time, I had purchased a non refundable evening gown last weekend, for $200 at a different store, and immediately felt a little but of buyers remorse as it just wasnt THE dress.First, I will say the assortment of gowns blew me away here. Everything is arranged by price point as well. Each rack was super organized & made browsing a piece of cake. I was already feeling some relief by this point - considering this was my final appointment at a boutique to meet with, just from walking in the door.Kristin came around the corner shortly after we arrived, also earlier than my schedule 3:30 appointment, and called out for me in such a delightful tone. This is SO important to me as Ive found its all about the first impressions at these bridal appointments - theyre attitude will really make or break the duration of the experience. Ive been to at least 6 other store and boutiques and felt more like I was inconveniencing them or was being rushed. Not here, and definitely not with Kristin. She is so kind & patient, very helpful and incredibly detail oriented - she payed attention to me and my party 100% of the time, so she was able to remember what likes/dislikes I had about each gown as I narrowed it down to 1. Seems like a lot of the ladies who work here are truly there to offer amazing input & customer service!My sister ran next door to get some bubbly, per the suggestion and OK by the manager (they even offered us champagne flutes!). She opened it - it overflowed a bit out of the bottle onto the floor. But, they were so nice to immediately help her clean it up, didnt make us feel bad about it, and continued to offer excellent service!I bought my dress here and am anxiously awaiting for it to be delivered. Its a bit of a ways out, but, its worth it. I cant wait! I would recommend this little gem to anyone in the DFW area. Its worth the drive if youre not located in North Dallas or Addison area! They offered a fabulous assortment of great quality dresses, an educated, attentive staff and just a wonderful experience all together. Bonus: they have plenty of seating available, so youre party isnt squished into a small section of chairs or having to run for chairs as soon as they free up - real talk.Thank you Kristin and staff for everything yesterday! What a fun memory to have and what a delight to work with you all! Looking forward to coming by when my dress arrives :)

I will make a long story short. I had issues with my dress alterations at this location and posted a Poor review on face book because I was told things by the staff that werent 100% true. My dress did turn out the way it was supposed to after alot of time and money but the staff were not so great to work with and made me feel like the alterations not fitting me were my fault and the icing on the cake was when the staff argued with me and called me a liar on Facebook on response to my review that I didnt have a good experience. Great business move. Im not getting married again so I will never use you. No sweat for you guys about losing me as a customer in the future since you already got your money. But I will tell everyone of my friends looking for a dress and they will tell all their friends how horrible you are to work with and disrespectful to your customers that spend alot of money with you. Shame on you.

The owner of this establishment was extremely rude. He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder about his business and his position there. If you want a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
