This is the second time we have driven down to Agoura to shop here. Ten years ago and now. Each time we have had professional advice and no hard sell. We recently worked with Michael B who helped us get the right bed after multiple visits. ( we dont make quick decisions!). He made sure everything went smoothly and accommodated our changing decisions as we went along. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the Michael.

Kyle deserves a raise. He was very polite, listened to my needs and wants and price bracket. Once I found 2 possibilities, he immediately went to see if they were at the warehouse as another company had not followed through on promise. Unfortunately neither could be delivered until 8/12 and the air mattress Im sleeping on keeps deflating during the night. Thus I needed mattress asap. Not his fault that I ended up at a competitor who could deliver 8/5.I will definitely recommend him to others and buy my next mattress from him and it will be a queen size not a twin xl. Again. Give him a raise!

Really nice experience. It was a no pressure heres what weve got and what is popular run through. Rudy left me alone at times to get a feel for the bed without that normal uncomfortable hovering feeling you get at stores. While Im still doing research, whatever I end up buying I will buy from Rudy at the sleep shoppe!
