I started going to Dr. Endo about a month ago to get fit for scleral lenses because I have very bad dry eyes. His team of ladies got me scheduled the same week I called and I had my first appointment. Sclerals can be tricky to fit so the first time was not great. He ordered me another lens and as soon as it came in, his staff got me in with him again right away. The fit was still a little off but Dr. Endo didn’t give up. He ordered another lens and once again, he got me in again immediately to check the fit. The fit is much better this time! Also, Dr Endo went above and beyond because my husband and I were leaving for vacation and there was a little miscommunication and Dr Endo thought we were moving permanently off the island. Because of this he came in on his day off to make sure I had a lens to take with me. Him and his whole team are wonderful caring people and I appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond to help his patients. Thank you so much Dr Endo and everyone at his office!!!

Extremely great services and friendly staff. Dr Endo is funny and very knowledgeable regarding eye care and different eye need services. Been going to them for years and they never let me down! Service is fast and Saturday’s are available for those that are busy and work through the week like I do and the staff is very accommodating. You can make appointments conveniently online and they efficiently send reminders via text and email so you don’t forget your upcoming appt. The place was also expanded to make it more comfortable for clients! I truly recommend!!!

I havent had an eye exam in a number of years so, based on the reviews, I thought I would give this office a try. Everyone was very nice and the office has the feel of a cozy grandparents living room. My experience was fine but somewhat diminished by 2 things. 1.) I was told I needed +1.0 glasses and promptly provided a multitude of expensive choices with the feel of semi high pressure sales tactic. I have never needed glasses and I wasnt prepared to pay a couple hundred dollars but I felt uncomfortable to have to stand my ground that I wouldnt be buying glasses right away. 2.) I have no doubt that I had a thorough exam but the information the Dr. learned wasnt really conveyed to me. I feel like I didnt really learn anything other than I apparently need a prescription so low I cant find it anywhere in cheap try out glasses except online. I suppose I could have asked questions but I dont really know what to ask... It would have been nice to have an expert just kinda give me a run down on the basics

My first visit was here today. The staff were great, the doctor was very patient and kind and thoroughly explained the health of my eyes and my vision. I left feeling like I knew what was going on with my eyes.You can tell theyve been in business for a long time because the office is a bit cramped and older. The doctor you can tell is a bit of an eclectic collector of things all around the office. But the machinery didnt seem lacking, great visual screens to display your eye images and you get a good feeling that youre in good hands with the staff there.They worked well with me being out of pocket as well and were very accommodating for me which I really appreciated. I would definitely return as a patient.

Im so glad I found this office! I switched from another optometrist and I have to say that everything and everyone this office is on point; the staff and doctors are so thorough and helpful. They all took to the time to explain everything from my eye health to glasses options. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate Dr. Endos excellent care as well as his staff. Last year I brought my 95 year old father in law to see Dr. Endo and he was kind, compassionate and very understanding. The girls in the front office are always helpful and kind as well, and although there have been a few mixups, they are always willing to help out with the situation.

Called to make an appt. front desk sounded pleasant oh boy was I wrong. got there, none of my insurance paperwork was taken care of when i explained over the phone its a PPO so they would have to call the insurance for all information. One optometrist was nice, but sent me back to deal with the attitude at the front desk when i asked for my insurance to be take care of first so Im not the one getting screwed over at the end of the appt. When asked for all of my info again I gave it to them, and explained again it was PPO need to call them the didnt want to even try to call the insurance. So gave up and left out of frustration. Called again today to try to see if they would be more accommodating. Just as expected, nothing but attitude. Gave 1 star for the nice optometrist and semi-decent interior. 0/10 wont go nor call them again
