As someone who is a novice to jalousie and window installation, having a team like RMA sales is phenomenal. They are amazing at customer service. I work with Reid and he’s always easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and very patient in explaining things. This is quite frankly the opposite you will get at many other places around the island; trust me I’ve been to most of them.But customer service is only backed up with a quality product. And I’m very pleased with the quality of my vinyl strip hardware and PVC blades that go with them. They have all the other options you could want but I like these because we have them in the great room and living room in our house. I did the work myself and the instructions they provided are sufficient for a DIY’er like me to get them level and plumb.I couldn’t more highly recommend them for jalousies and I am sure that there window and security doors are just as good.
