I wanted to copy a custom design from another hat and I was unhappy with the initial made. I contacted Lids online and was immediately reach out by District Manager Tuan Pham, whos simply exceptional in customer service. Thanks to him, Kristin and the rest of the amazing team. I was able to get the hat remade the way i wanted. Though it didnt happen the first time, the way they were able to resolve the problem for me right away is simply amazing. Im very grateful. Thank you very much Lids team! Keep up the awesome work.

3 custom hats was ordered and paid for, one was a gift for me from my friend and she was told it was going to be done on Saturday, we went on Saturday waited about 4 hours and two of three was done, they tried to make us take the third hat that was not done right, with the sewing really bad. And the worker clearly seen it was NOT done right. she gave it to me anyway as if i was supposed to accept it. I told her to get it fixed on Saturday and call me to pick it up. It is now sunday and they havent done anything to fix the issue. Claiming they have to wait for the boss... i said get a new hat and do it over. And im still waiting for a call back.

Kaahumanu store not very helpful, sales associate doesnt know what he is doing gave a hat off the shelf to exchange and couldnt get my money back from a recent purchase, cant transfer from Pearlridge store to Maui store...very disappointing especially paying a lot for hats and especially having my receipt...Pearlridge store has a lot of variety but not helpful at all especially for the exchange, have to spend over 100 plus dollars to fly back to Oahu to exchange 2 hats cause they cant transfer...disappointing
