We went to three different locations in our area and researched online for what we were looking for. My husband and I both have had neck surgeries and we didnt need something being sold to us just bc it had all the bells and whistles. We needed something that would truly benefit us and our needs. At Bedzzz Express we had assistance from both Dana and Kendall. We immediately felt aheartfelt honesty from Dana because he had similar health issues as my husband and I and could really emphasize. He was very knowledgeable of his products and was able to explain why certain products worked better for us vs. others. We even left to think about it and went back to another location for, what we thought was a better price, and still went back to Dana. If it meant we had more peace of mind in the product we were buying bc of better advice given, then back to the best it was. We had a great experience here. We walked in one day to check out the Presidents Day sale. Dana was very friendly and helped us select the perfect set for us, and was very informative. When we came back to buy, Kendyll got us in and out quickly and offered us a great price adjustment. The items were delivered quickly and efficiently today by two very friendly gentlemen.
