Absolutely the best! Owned and operated by 2 brothers(Jason & the other guy) who are both awesome! I had a specific need at my business for deep cleaning of very dirty towels and lab coats and using my home washing machine(3 year old Samsung), was not getting the job done. The owner told me how the new, high tech, fancy washing machines are great and will do just about everything............except clean really well(something about low water level and lack of an agitator in the middle). I purchased a used Whirlpool that he had revitalized and it works like a CHAMP!!! Went back and purchased a used Kenmore dryer and that is working great as well. Dont go for the high pressure/bait and switch of places like Lewies on Pelham Parkway. Go to M&M and save money, but also get a sound product with a 90 day warranty. I am a customer for life!!! Thanks guys...

We will always use these guys from now on! Jason was the one who came out and knew exactly what the problem was as soon as we told him what happened, he went strait to work and it took him less than 30 minutes to fix it! Great great great people and service!!

My dishwasher stopped working and I couldnt figure out what was wrong. I replaced the motherboard, but that didnt help, and so I had a very knowledgeable friend come over and he looked at every wire and fuse in it and we couldnt figure out why it wasnt getting any power. So I called M & M and Jason came over. He found a fuse that had been overlooked. He took it out, walked onto my front porch, hit the fuse on the concrete, looked at me and said, its fixed. Dont ask me how that fixed it, but he put it back in and it worked. Because it took about 2 minutes to fix, Jason didnt charge me anything! Not even a walk in the door charge! Jason saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher, and they arent cheap! That is how a business ends up with long-term customers.

They go above and beyond! They took care of my mother and didnt take advantage of her. These men have Christian values and treat people well.

Was recommended by Lewies...they were booked 3 days out. But my repairman arrived on time, was very professional, and in 5 minutes figured out my washer problem, repaired it in minutes and only charged for the visit. I will definitely call them again!

We had a problem with our washer. My wife told me about M&M Hardware and that they fix appliances. I called and spoke with Ellis, very nice guy. Told him what was going on with our washer and he said his brother Jason would be out at the earliest time. Called them because our washer wasn’t draining properly. Technician came out a couple days later, diagnosed and fixed the problem (drain pump failure) in about 1.5 hours. Great service and price. Highly recommend this local company.

I needed a fuse. My dryer had no power. Couldnt find the fuse anywhere(except the Internet). answered everything I wanted to know. loved the service he provided. Will def. Recommend to anyone. But on INTERENT FUSES where way cheaper. You can get 10 fuses for 12 dollars. But at M & M, 1 fuse is 17 dollars plus tax.

I recommend M & M Hardware to anyone that needs appliance repair. The service technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us a estimate and when finished the sctual costbwas less than the estimate.

My refrigerator want cooling. M&M showed up on time, quickly diagnosed a bad defrost heater, and had the part on the truck. In and out in about an hour. Great work at a great price.

Excellent repair guys, always come on time, they usually know what can be wrong with your appliance and they have the part on their truck. That is amazing. On the top of that, their pricing is affordable, way cheaper than Sears.
