I don’t even know where to begin horrible costumer service. Nobody ever responds to anything service calls are alway turned down. “ I feel like I’ve been stabbed in the heart” these guys couldn’t get a guy out to our store to save there business. I mean what are we doing here how are these guys still standin. If you want your business to die go to you local Buffalo rock.
Where do I begin?! YOUR BUSINESS DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM This “company” (if you can call it that) will not put in any effort towards your business. No one answers the phone ever. The sales representative never show up to do their job. I have gone weeks waiting and calling them because the shelves at my business are empty. It is a shame that Pepsi rights have to owned by a company that is a complete joke. Buffalo Rock is such a sorry company that corporate won’t even answer the phone. I repeat you’d have better luck trying to find my dad after he said he was going to go get milk 16 years ago than having a successful business while working with them. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Sams atleast you will have some Pepsi products to sell.
Im still trying to find glass bottle Mt. Dew regularly in Albany, GA.... I SWEAR youd find where Jimmy Hoffa was buried before youd find a glass bottle Mt. Dew!Why is this? I am absolutely addicted to this nectar of the Gods youve created, and would like nothing more than to purchase your product by the case on a regular weekly basis.
I work in Albany, Georgia and am going to boycot the snack center in my work place because the food is usually out of date, the drinks are always hot, out of stock, and/or not rotated. They barely put anything on the shelves to meet the demands of our workforce and when they finally show up they wait until our break time and take over our tables and put their stuff in our way where sometimes we cant even sit down. The internet has been down on your kiosk here over a week so you cant even use your debit card. Your people are unprofessional, rude, and lack motivation. Please provide the service people pay for or people like me will no longer buy your products here.
Does Buffalo Rock have anyone answering the phone locally or in Columbus on a regular basis? Its been almost a month since a problem arose with a drink machine in Albany, Ga. After 6 service calls they couldnt resolve the issue so a new machine was requested. Then another 2 weeks before it was delivered. Then we were told that they would move the old machine over to the side, full of product, but couldnt swap the product to the new machine that was someone elses job...So finally someone comes to fill the machine and leaves the old machine sitting in the warehouse of a very busy delivery company. I cant get anyone to answer the phone in Albany or Columbus, I did get someone in Birmingham after the calls roll over but they cant help me. I was advised to just keep calling. I have left numerous messages with the Albany service manager, for a month now, and still have yet to hear back. I did speak to someone in Columbus a few times over this time and was at least able to get the new machine. I guess that should be considered a small victory? Please either get your act together or just pull your machines...this has gotten tiresome and unnecessary.
Great
