Outstanding service. Wait times are not bad also. They have free coffee and water. TV plus a late model Caddy in the showroom to gawk at.Bill the Service Mgr is a great guy. I was an hour late for my apt and still got in. He noticed my car needed an inspection before I even mentioned it. Had some other issues. All taken care of.Melissa is awesome also. Friendly courteous and smiling. She has an appreciation for nice vehicles, and always is so flexible with scheduling.Knock the dealers all you want. Otto Cadillac is in a class of their own with Melissa and Bill. I’m convinced. I will be taking both my Caddy and Sky there for service.

I had the best experience having my SRX serviced at Otto Cadillac. From the moment I pulled up, the service manager was engaging, friendly and attentive. I was surprised he remembered me and even noted one of the prior issues I had come in for a couple of years ago. I even left with a freshly washed car! This was a drive for me, but it was so worth it to travel a little further to know my car is in great hands.

I owned a Cadillac CTS I got it from De Paula. Always took it there to get work done and they did well. The last time I took my car there the driver door would not openI took it to them again had my car four day to be told there is nothing wrong with my door. The lock work for the next four days . Call Otto 9am on 10/30/2020 I got in at 2:30 pm the same day. I was home by 4:30 car fix thank you 😊 Otto for your service. I will return. You guys are good and nice.

Im located in Michigan - Im trying to negotiate a deal on a car that is at Otto Cadillac to be shipped to me.Not only did Sean, The internet sales manager, try to charge me almost $2000 for shipping - but he also tacked on a $3000 warranty plan.When I explained that I was an educated buyer and that the shipping was unreasonable, and I did not want the warranty - he honestly had the gull to tell me that the warranty was non-negotiable, and to source my own shipping if I thought his was unreasonable (average shipping is $531 vs his $1895)Ive never, ever had a car dealer try to force a mandatory extended warranty plan on me. Bad business.

My wife and I were on a trip from Holland, Michigan to Albany, NY visit our son. Before we left Michigan, I ordered the $20.00 unlimited Onstar Hotspot Wifi. During our trip the Hotspot stopped working. We called Onstar on multiple occasions over the course of two days to no avail. We found Otto Cadillac in Albany and stopped in on Saturday to see if they could diagnose the problem. We did not have an appointment, but they graciously decided to take a look at it.Declan along with John, worked tirelessly to try to find why we lost the Hotspot. Neither had any customers previously with this issue. After much research, Declan found some information that suggested disconnecting the battery briefly to reset everything might work. I was cautioned that I might loose my memory settings, but told them to go ahead. That cured the issue, and I did not loose my memory settings. I even got a complimentary car wash to clean my XTS after the 900 mile trip.I cant say enough about this dealership in the way the dropped everything to help my issue, and would not give up until a solution was found. This is my second Cadillac, and when Im in the market for another one, I will surely give them a chance to sell me one. This dealership is an asset to the not only to Cadillac, but GM in general. I had brought my CTS for a service check and was treated like gold. They addressed a tire leak and a few other small overdue maintenance concerns and recalls. They provided a loaner for the day and my car was returned in top shape and clean the next morning. The staff was friendly and professional and the Service Manager Bill, was great to work with. I’ve been very happy with Cadillac overall from supporting dealers like OTTO to the vehicle quality.Update. Another awesome experience. I brought my 2014 CTS in for routine service. A small oil leak was found from an aged part. They promptly took the car in, provided me a loaner, took the time to show me the cause in detail, completed the repair, did a very thorough job and when done my car again, was clean and ready for pick up. Bill and the team are top notch. And when I drove home, the car felt better than ever. I highly recommend them!! If youre in the market they have a great selection and youll be very happy with the Cadillac experience there.

Otto replaced the Pistons in my 2014 ats. The work took some time but they were incredibly thorough and warrantied the replacement parts. Definitely the place to go for any work on your Cadillac!

Upon arrival at Otto’s dealership for our vehicle’s service, the overhead door opened and I was directed to drive our vehicle inside. Service Advisor Bill McLean greeted me asked what needed to be done. I replied it needed a regular service plus a NY State inspection. I then proceeded to the waiting room and had a cup of coffee while our vehicle was being attended to. In a little more than an hour our vehicle was serviced, inspected and washed which was very nice. During this time I enjoyed a cup of complimentary coffee in their clean and comfortable waiting room. This was the second servicing of our 2018 Cadillac XT5 and both times have been top rate!

I went to Otto Cadillac to have them look at my 2011 DTS. I parked over a 4ft. holeand with a 800 mile trip, I was concerned about my front end.Ottos Service Advisor, Bill McLean put my car on a lift and allowed me to see the area of concern. Fortunately no problem on my car.Bill said he wanted me to safe and not leave me hanging. Also no charge.Definitely worth owning a Cadillac.Otto Service and dealership is highly recommended.

Declan Cohen is an outstanding salesman. He not only knows and understands the Cadillac lineup, he asks what is important to you in a vehicle and explains how each model fits your needs. He even patiently answered several questions from our daughter.We have used the service department a few times and never had an issue.They have many new vehicles on the lot, but the used vehicle inventory is not particularly extensive.In the Albany area it is worth your time to visit Otto for a Cadillac. Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Bought a car from them and they delivered it damaged. Had car for 3 months, made 2 payments and they had car a little over 2 months of the 3 months to fix damage they did. Owner makes excuses and does not hold any accountability for his buisness. Do not buy from here. This dealership is not a example of excellence or honesty.

Timely and professional service

I bought a car at Otto in August 2017. When I went to put winter tires on my car, the tire place showed me dry-rot in the tread grooves of the tire. I called Otto Cadillac for an explanation and the salesman was out of the office and never called me back!! They had no apology, no explanation, no help.Additionally, they had my car online at the time of purchase. My purchase took a few days to complete because I was from out of state. They lowered the price online while my sale for a higher price was pending. They changed my price but it wasn’t without effort and argument.Overall very disappointed in my entire experience.

I have brought my last three cars to Otto for service and have leased my last two cars from there. Alex Rogers was my salesman and he is absolutely great. He made the whole process as painless as possible and after we talked for a bit. he picked out the perfect car for me and I love it(2013 ATS). I look forward to seeing him again for my next vehicle. On the Service side, I have always and always will ask for Bill Mclean. He knows how valuable your time is and does everything he can to get you out and back on your way as soon as possible and always keeps me in the loop as to how much time is left or what they are doing. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. To compare, my Fiance and my mother have bother been to Keeler for cars and service and are stunned at the way I am treated at Otto. My Fiance even started bringing her C class to Otto for service because likes it here as well. I am trying to get her to get a Cadillac next! This place is incredible, I dread if I have to go anywhere else.

I just want to take the time to thank the service team at Otto Cadillac. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was traveling in area for holiday and my cts check engine light came on. I found Otto was nearest Cadillac dealership, called them and spoke to Bill, he told me they could fit me in at 1:30 the same day...wow, unexpected! I showed up at 1:30 and was greeted promptly by Jim and then taken to a office and introduced to Bill, he was very happy and assured me that he would do his best to get me back on the road. I was taken to the lounge where they had coffeemuch needed and a very clean and beautiful dealership...even tv in bathroom...About 1/2 hr later Bill came and told me a sensor was bad and needed replacement. It was covered under warranty and would be done within a hour. Before hr was done Bill came and got me to tell me car was ready. I cant tell you how pleased I am with service and how well I was treated by entire staff. A BIG thanks is the least I can do. Car was even washed!!!

We had purchased a 2010 srx two years a go with only 22k miles salesman forced us to purchase an extended warrenty!!!6 months later a squeaky noise developed was told it was a stabilization bushing Not covered!!!A year later passenger head light had moisture water always inside it which caused it to burn out out!!!! was told it would be 2,000 dollars to replace it Not under warranty!!!! Go on ebay find one cheaper lol was told need i say more gfy steve/bill need i say more one bitten twice shy bye bye otto otto sells lemons!!!!!all take my money else where...perhaps della
