Not bad inside, but smaller than usual. It could really use some love on the outside. We thought it was closed down when we pulled up. If they dont put some money back into the building I dont think theyll last much longer. Staff was friendly, got a good deal on a Pack n Play.

Sad to see this store close. The employees here were all mostly very kind and helpful! The managers though could use some customer service training. The manager even went as far as to threaten the cashier that she may loose her job refunding me for an item I didnt buy but got scanned in my order anyways EVEN though they were closing in a week! Who does that? The manager was an older adult and the cashier was a young high school/early college student.

The sales associates were really helpful and the managers quickly resolved a pricing issue with my purchases. Some of the best customer service Ive received this holiday season!!!

Was really cool while it was in business. Shut down recently though. Had alot of childhood memories there. Really disappointed.

I picked up a toy for my grandson. The toy had a marked down price of 55.90 but at the register it rung up of 69.99 after tax of 74.89. The cashier stated she didnt make the prices and nothing could be done. This is one reason why the store is closing because you have false advertising. I am glad your going out of business.

This is exactly the same email I sent to their cust care and the store manager called me after that but didnt help much. I thought of sharing this with fellow shoppers-I usually avoid going to this shop due to its reviews online. This is very near to my house but I usually go to one in Latham, NY even though its far away.I went for a purchase for our newborn baby there last Sat. I spent almost 1 hr looking for the stuff which had many fresh stock items and few clearance items.When I went for billing, it was around $45. After the bill, I released there is an offer of free gift for purchase over $50 so I asked the lady behind the counter. She said we will have to return everything(with an attitude) and rebuy it so I added one more item worth of $8 to bring the total above $50.She returned everything and rebilled it but it took more than 20 min. I was really frustrated to wait for that long just to get that free gift and offered to just leave the gift alone and make it fast.After struggling for 15 more min, she called her senior who came to help her figure out how to rebill and give the free gift. She told me that its not eligible for the gift because it had clearance items. I showed her the offer and argued that it doesn’t say that anywhere. The way she talked to me was really insulting and totally unaccepted after spending so much time in line. She kept talking to herself (basically cursing me) so I was finally done with the insult and left without taking my items.I called for the store manager after some time but they told me there is no manager and won’t be any till next 2/3 weeks.It was a really bad treatment for a customer who has a registry there and who spent more than $1000 over last 2 months. I feel like going back and throw everything I got from there on their face.If I don’t get an apology for the behavior, I might go back and return everything I got from Toys R us and Babies R us and write a blog to tell all my friends and fellow shoppers not to go to this store.No wonder people in Albany prefer ‘Buy Buy baby’ more than your shop.
