I have been with Dr. Carboni for years and yes there is a wait at times. If you are worried about taking off always get the first appointment in the mornings. Carboni always takes the time to discuss what your worries are and sometimes that takes a little longer. I have never felt pushed into anything at his office and all his staff have been very nice.

Advertisement says same day service dr carbonite was the best my dr for 20 yrs sent my mom there now its 5 months to get an appointment even though she has serious issues told them she had a blood clot and was here with me in ga and couldnt make the drive their response was if you want to stay with us youll keep your 8/20 appt or take dec 1 thats all they could do my mom is 78 and doesnt need this hassle from a bunch of snot nose millenials

Waiting for 3 hours at the eye dr is unacceptable. They claimed they had emergencies come in, but if that was the case the professional thing to do would be to call and reschedule people instead of having them sit here and lose wages to be here. Then when I told them I had another appointment at 2:30 they told me I could reschedule for another day if I didnt want to wait another hour and a half. My appointment here was at 11:30. So they didnt even care that I had to take off work to be here in the first place. Everyone here is upset. These people are completely unprofessional and I will not be back EVER!!!!

Dr Carboni and his staff are very friendly and professional. The time he takes to explain what he is looking at and what needs to be done to correct or what he can do to help you see better is amazing.

If I could leave a zero I would. My daughter was seen almost 6 months ago and the associate told my daughter there is a new thing they are doing to check eyes. Needless to say they did not tell my daughter it would be a 50$ charge if medical does not pay for it. The office manager at the time I received my bill took care of the charge but the security failed to update my chart and I have been receiving hateful letters about sending my bill to collections. I went in today to talk with them and the NEW office manager Rhonda ( which was hateful) said that the old office manager doesn’t work there anymore. She began to get an attitude when I told her I have a Reciept showing I don’t owe anything. I told her that I will just give it to my lawyer she then turned around and said “you can let know my name is Rhonda”. They just lost 4 Clints from this office. I hate that because I like the eye doctor but his staff needs to be updated.

Expect to wait 3 hours+ after your appointment with a room full of elderly people. They suspiciously asked for and charged generic medical ofc visit medical care and lab pathology to our health insurance even though we have no vision insurance. After all this they will try to up sale you on all their overpriced frames, lenses, and features.

They are always an hour behind. Very frustrating.
