Great experience highly recommend PowerQuip in Albertville, AL. The staff is very friendly and will not pressure you into buying that day. This was my first time buying a compact track loader and the staff was very knowledgeable about there machine and thoroughly explained everything about the machine. Whether your looking for new or used they have a large inventory of machines and they value your time..

Worst place you can ever take anything for service. Claimed the engine on my fathers RTV was blown due to low compression. Claimed that the only thing left to do was replace the entire engine for $6500. When we went to pick it up, they first tried to charge over $600. They finally agreed to just under $500 before we could pick it up. Took it to another shop that did the same diagnostics for $160 and said it needed a head gasket to fix the low compression. They also stated that the injection pump and all injectors were bad but it was totally impossible for all of those things to fail at the same time as the head gasket. PowerQuip had told us they switched out pumps and injectors as part of the diagnosis they did so it was clear they had stolen the working pump and injectors. So to summarize the RTV wouldnt run due to low compression from a blown head gasket but PowerQuip claimed it needed a new engine. When told to stop work they kept the working parts, switched them for bad ones and then changed over $400 for stealing them. After trying to talk with PowerQuip after getting the RTV fixed at another shop they then tried to claim they were going to fix it for $150 had they not been told to stop after saying it needed a new engine. Therefore if you enjoy being lied to and having parts stolen and charged ridiculous diagnostic fees go see them, Im sure they would enjoy screwing over some more customers.

Purchased a Kubota BX 2680 with FEL and mower from Powerquip Inc in Albertville, AL. Ive had it about a week now and I am very happy with it. I bought it mainly for the mower but I never realized how useful the tractor with the FEL could be. Trevor was very helpful in explaining everything and with the purchase and delivery of the tractor. I bought a new Kubota MX5200. The tractor was priced very reasonable and the process to purchase it was very easy, it literally took me 10 mins in person to close the deal. Trevor, my sales associate, also made sure I got a hay spear that they didn’t have in stock, which was very helpful! They next morning after purchase the PowerQuip team had my tractor in the driveway ready to go! I definitely recommend dealing with these guys!

Was lied to about a new kubota svl95 with 20 hrs on it was like a new one and when I arrived to see it was all scratched up on both sides and dented on back and was purchased and brought back with something wrong with it and sales told me it was just loaned out for a customer waiting on a part for his machine very disappointed
