Treat you poorly. I was already given a diagnostic test on my vehicle and decided to bring it to this location so they could get me in quicker, to fix my vehicle thats under warranty and they tried to charge me 120 for something thats included in the warranty what I am aware of from the last place I took my car. I already know the engine needs to be repaired and from telling them based on what my vehicle is doing doesnt SOUND like its whats under warranty. Stop trying to take advantage from women !! Guess I need to get a lawyer based on other comments left.

My wife and I went to dealerships all across the area in search for a SUV and more importantly a trustworthy dealer that we could work with. Austin did a great job and the whole team at Twin City Hyundai couldnt have been better to deal with. We had done a ton of research on the Palisade and Austin showed us things we had no clue about! He definitely knew his product and was super friendly. They were our first stop and were not pushy at all like most other places - and thats why they were our last!

Making the decision to purchase a new car is usually a stressful decision but I found that Daniel Morgan made the experience a pleasant one. If you have a problem with your Hyundai do not take it here. They have had my car since July and it is now November. The service center here does not do their jobs in a timely manner and for the past couple weeks I have called and when I can finally get someone on the phone they give me an excuse for why my car has not been done. They keep making promises to me that my car will be done the next day and it never gets fixed.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My car has been at this lot for over 5 months now due to a blown engine. Theyve had the engine for going on two months now and they STILL DONT HAVE IT OUT IN THE CAR! They consistently keep putting other cars in front of mine because my car is under warranty and Im not having to pay anything to have it fixed.On top of all of that, Ive gone all this time with no rental car! Ive called the corporate line and theyre just as incompetent as the service department is! Dont waste your time with this place, especially if youre dealing with any kind of warranty situation! Youll be without a car and all theyll tell you is it isnt their problem!
Twin City Hyundai earned my business because they showed me respect and professionalism from the time I walked on to the sales floor through the sale and departure. They asked what I wanted and that is what they gave me. They, most importantly, listened to me and worked the deal with no pressure. I hate buying cars, but this was the first time I actually enjoyed the process. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to driving my new Hyundai.
Drove from GA to get a GV80 and they charged $3000 over advertised price. Bought it anyway. Finance guy said we didnt qualify for promotional rate of 1.99% and charged 3.99% but said credit score qualified and he didnt know why we didnt get. No problem paying of in 2 months anyway. He asked us asked us to wait 3 months so he would get paid. Temp tag expired almost 1 month ago and there answer was they could give us another one if we came by. We live in GA. Told him GA tax was 6.6% but he charged 7% and said the state would send us a refund check. Cant remember sales guys name but cant get him to respond to calls or text.
Got a flat while visiting Tennessee they were the nearest dealer to me they got me in and the tire replaced next day. They also drove me to get my rental car from the airport. They were amazing very kinda and went over the top to help me out and made my visit amazing. I would totally make the drive to buy a car from them just for their amazing service department.
I don’t recommend going here. My boyfriend has been waiting on his license plates for almost three months and they have been no help. Rudely hung up the phone when he tried asking for an update and ignored him at the dealership based on his appearance! Very unprofessional
We went to soooooo many car dealerships (talking atleast 30) before we stopped here. This was the first place that were straight forward with us all while remaining polite and professional. We liked this place so much that we even take the 3 hr trip it takes us to go there even though there are other Hyundai dealerships close just to have our routine maintenance done. I highly recommend them.

I gave this a one star only because there was no lower option to choose. I bought a 2021 Hyundai Literally 2 weeks ago. It has a very few miles over 1000 miles. We brought the youth group to pigeon forge TN. Stayed at a hotel in Alcoa Tn. Got up this morning with a dead battery. We called triple A and they can right out, jumped us off and sent us to the nearest Hyundai dealership which happened to be this one. We walked up and the man working the counter said wait just a minute let me enter this information several minutes later. He decided to ask what we needed. We told him and he proceeds to say well, we are covered up today and have to do our appointments first. Then tells me the vehicle in front of me is the same kind as mine and the battery was dead on it (on the lot mind you, not sold). They decide to take it ahead of me. I ask for the service manager and they told me he was on break and would be back in 1 hour. I ask for any manager and they sent me the general manager. I promise this had to be the absolute most hateful person in management I have ever dealt with. He was very rude and proceeded to raise his voice at me. I contacted the place I bought the car at and put him on speaker, he was the service manager in Huntsville Al. He tries to talk to the General Manager but he over talked him and wouldn’t let him speak. So he ask for the service manager and the GM said I am the GM and I’m over every one here.He proceeds to tell me about appointments and I told him had I known the battery was going dead 2 weeks after puli would have made an appointment. He tells me at that point to leave he isn’t listening to that. I am still on the phone with the service manager in Huntsville and he tells me he can’t refuse me warranty service. I tell the GM that and he said THIS IS TENNESSEE I CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO WHOEVER I WANT.The service manager in Huntsville apologized for the GMs behavior and ask me to go to the nearest autozone and have them replace the battery and bring him the receipt and the vent to check when I returned home. I went to Autozone and they had it fixed within 10 minutes! SHE replaced the battery was very kind and courteous and even apologized for the GMs behavior when I told her the encounter had with him. I will absolutely never be back on that lot! Pitiful excuse for customer service. But hey, at least the white vehicle that was not sold that would be moved right back out on the lot has a new battery! I guessit had an appointment 😬😡If you need a new Hyundai or service I would definitely recommend driving to Alabama and dealing with Bentley Hyundai! Top notch customer service there for sure!Adding to respond to “GENERAL Manager Absolutely incorrect information provided by the GM below! That is not what happened! The youth was with my husband and all said he never apologized for my behavior although the GM did tell a different story to them. Which was not true! He did tell my husband if I would come back he would have it taken care of within 10 minutes, nothing about if I apologized, not enough money for me to pull back up on that lot to be treated like that again! Plus the service manager in Al had already assisted me and was very kind! Again I will say the absolute worse service very POOR customer service. Once you leave and give an honest review apparently it’s handled by the person you have the problem with to begin with which is very helpful and makes for even better customer service! Never in my life I ever had an encounter with anyone in customer service and especially in management an incident of this type. According to other reviews I have read on here this was not the first occurrence And based off what I saw from the GM that is supposed to be a leader and professional this will not be the last occurrence if his workers follow his leadership. Very bad choice for a GM if he does this to any customer.

10 employees walked by me and didnt even acknowledge me the last guy walking up the stairs pointed me to the way to parts. I go to part tell the guy my vehicle part that I need because my vehicle is broke down said he can only pull it up with the Vin. So I walked back up to the service area no one to be found to see if they could fix my Hyundai that only drives in 6th gear nothing but issues. I went to the front office area right in the door way while the employees were talking about personal stuff and others dispursed to their locations i still was not helped although Im wearing a camouflage uniform I cant be that invisible but I sure felt like I was.

Very disappointed in how service changed. Went for my 3rd oil change today and things changed a lot since last one. I understand that times are tough, but I still had to pay the same price. Three changes:1) They dont provide roadside hazard protection anymore2) Last time I was given a report that showed everything they checked and current condition. This time, no report. I inquired. Answer didnt satisfy me.3) Receipt only stated Quaker State oil. Last time it stated synthetic. Makes me think that I got conventional oil.Drove 30 minutes and paid $40 for an oil change. Wont ever do it again.
We were looking for a vehicle for our teenage son. Twin City Hyundai was our 2nd and last stop. Travis Lawson greeted us and was low pressure in showing my son all the options within our price and mileage parameters. Having multiple lots at our disposal gave us tremendous selection. Travis walked us across multiple lots, very patiently, while helping gain perspective on what my son really wanted. We left with a safe and dependable vehicle (Hyundai Tucson) and an appreciation for Travis as a salesperson. We would highly recommend stopping in at Twin City Hyundai and definitely ask for Travis!
Have been here several times before to get car serviced from dealership. Family has bought several cars from here. Disappointed and uncomfortable to say the least that not a single employee was wearing a mask when I came in for an oil change, one that I had scheduled for online only to find out “they hardly get their online appointments,” whatever that means. Frustrated and upset that they so evidentially do not care for their guests, despite the signs and social distancing promises posted all over their showroom. Wish I had not given my business here.
They explained what was to be done. It took little longer than usual but that was O.K., we had a good place to sit & wait. Good job, thanks for being so kind & caring. Dee
Had a warranty repair done and was presented a list of other services they wanted to do. Okd one, then spoke to wife and decided we couldnt afford it so I called back within 5 minutes. Could not get an answer or an available voicemail box in 7 attempts with advisor or switchboard so tried service mgr and left message saying I didnt want the service. 25 minutes of constant phoning later the advisor answered and told me the service was already done which is more than suspicious and not in line with the car being finished the next day as I was told. Called back to service manager twice and still did not get a return call, after pleading and outright asking for one. A family member is a dealer principal here, but Ive lost the confidence that I had in the service department after the way this has been handled.DONT BELIEVE THE FOLLOW UP. I ABSOLUTELY RESENT BEING CALLED A LIAR AND THIS FURTHER ERODES MY FAITH IN THE DEALER MANAGEMENT. IT WAS ALL DONE WITHIN 3O MINUTES STARTING WITH MY CALL 5 MINUTES AFTER THE ADVISOR HUNG UP AND MESSAGES WERE INDEED LEFT EXACTLY AS I POSTED. Either the respondent is mistaken, fabricating information, or being misled by another individual. My wife and I are incredulous that this is the way this was handled. We have call logs as well verifying exactly what was done when. Also, the service we paid for was described as much more than an additive that costs $104. IN ADDITION Uncle Charlie is not an employee that I go to to handle issues or I would have involved him, sorry you felt the need to...Perhaps you should consider making an action plan with two steps being 1)empty voicemail or expand it to accommodate the amount of messages received during business hours. 2)Follow up, especially if someone has a concern or specifically requests it. I know this business wasnt built by ignoring customers and concerns. I am a 55 year old adult with an advanced degree, and I dont just go around leaving bad feedback.
The service staff was very courteous. The waiting area was spacious and had comfortable seating. The maintenance was performed in timely manner.

Had a visit today with my cousin to try and take care of an issue with his car he bought in Feb. We have had it in the shop 5 times. Today, the guy that schedule is too meet didnt even make himself available. The sales guy and manager barley done any effort to handle/fix the issue other than pass the buck or make a sell on a different car. Bottom line go elsewhere.
Twin City Hyundai DOES NOT need your business. Proof? 25 years I have conscientiously paid my vehicle payment even during this pandemic. Asked for financing for a future new vehicle thru Twin City....and was declined. It is irrelevant to me why I was declined as much as I am pi$&ed at wasting my time with them knowing I can and have covered car payments for years. I wouldnt even let them finance the numero uno finger I sent them. Yeah I have the correct dealership....it was on the paperwork except....their was no deal. Another numero uno finger to Twin City.
We purchased a new Kona from this dealer and Julian Endsley was our sales consultant. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to show us all the features on the cars and how they worked.He was also quick to get answers and return phone calls. Julian is more of a guiding salesperson than a high pressure salesperson. He never tried to badger us and didnt call us repeatedly to see if we were still interested. We have a nice little car now, and I think we will be happy with it for many moons. On a side note, Kitty in finance is super friendly and way nicer than past finance folks I have encountered there. If youre in the market, Julian is your guy!
My family has now been stranded in TN for over 2 weeks while this dealership has made NO progress on our car which we used to tow our camper in what is now the vacation from he[[. They do not seem to care one bit how awful this is. Imagine having to pay $100 / night for 2 weeks to be separated from your family, life, and job. Our Hyundai is only 5 years old and has 60,000 miles on it. They have essentially ignored us and left us to dry

Wasnt bad enough,took a month to get part in and two 2 hour trips. Had to wait another week after they got the part to get appointment. Was very patient. Several problems flashing in my face when I drove saying brake problem. Worse is 1 flashing constantly that BSD canceled. When took yesterday they replaced the sensor but when asked about BSD was told they checked, that the sensor caused. Asked again to be sure. Was told its just mirrors that I could just come back if it wasnt. Replied might just be mirrors to you but Im trying to drive with dash flashing in my face. All had to say is they didnt know, or cant figure out why. not bold face lie, because I knew it wasnt fixed within seconds of pulling out of their lot. I feel the problem was just ignored. Definitely will look for place closer, and hopefully cares about their customers. Have only owned vehicle a few months already wondering if I made a mistake!

Technically this should be a 4.5, but Google doesn’t give us that option. 😊 I use to go to Harper Fiat, which is actually where I purchased my Santa Fe from, but wanted to start using a Hyundai dealership. From my very first experience with Twin City, I was impressed. The staff is always kind, courteous, and efficient, and that is from the service department, to the sales staff (go see Abigail Ward,) all the way through to reception. Every visit has been awesome, and they were even great with my 4 yo son! So you’re probably wondering why only 4 stars? Well my only gripe, is that there is not an automated car wash system. One of the things that I could look forward to the most when dealing with Harpers service department, besides their awesome team, was knowing I’d get my truck back washed and vacuumed. To me it’s an added bonus that you get when dealing with the dealership, even on basic things like an oil change. So Twin City step it up and get a car wash! I have 2 auto shops within walking distance of my home, but I choose to come there for your stellar customer service! Offering that courtesy to your customers would just raise the bar that much higher!
The work was taken care of in a timely manner. All personnel were friendly and professional. A last minute request was handled with no problems. Excellent service visit.
The service I received at Twin City Hyundai was excellent. I tied up Julian for HOURS. Almost an entire day. He never even acted like he minded. I got the car I needed for the price I needed. I don’t know if would have been possible anywhere else!!!Update: I did my deal in the pm. The next day I got some unfortunate news about financing. I have stayed at home raising kids for 8 years with NOTHING in my name, my credit is limited. Evan worked TIRELESSLY on making sure I was taken care of and even taught me a thing or 10 about financing. Julian refereed the entire way. In the end, I feel everything worked out a bit better than it would have originally and I wouldn’t hesitate to send my friends and family their way.

Ive always had great service when I get my oil changed. Friendly and helpful staff. In the past several months I’ve noticed the service department is very hard to get ahold of, all you get is the voicemail 🙄
I called & left a voicemail stating my check engine light was on. I heard nothing from them so 2 days after I just drove 30 minutes to see if they could squeeze me in, But they were closed Even though their times on line said they were still open. Someone that worked there Told me before he left that I can call and make an appointment tomorrow. So I called had to leave another voicemail and 3 weeks later I have still not heard from them. Very Disappointed and would not recommend their services.

I should have got a set of wipers blades for the major brake service. I did not receive the 15-point inspection. First time that has happen. I had a really nice loaner.

Not impressed AT ALL! Evan the finance manager was an absolute jerk! He snatched the papers away to fix mistakes he made several times. I’m pretty sure he added unnecessary charges. He was very hesitant to answer any of our questions about anything. They didn’t even get a pay stub from us to verify our income....... I’ve never heard of not verifying your income. I’ll never use them again! Grayson Hyundai Subaru is where I’ll always take my business from now on! (I’ve bought two from Grayson previously and never had issues).
I leased a 2018 Genesis G90 from out-of-state. Great support from Jon Becker (Sales Manager) Evan Facemyer (Finance) and Abigail Ward (Sales Consultant). Abigail did a great job walking me through the many features of the car and setting up my Genesis Connected Services account. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. It was a smooth process from start to finish. The car is fantastic and I couldnt be more happy with the entire experience.

So I’m changing my review. I had previously given twin sixty Hyundai a 5 star rating but I’m changing to a 2. I did get a good used car from there that I love, but I ended up being charged a lot more than I thought. I made a down payment that was nearly half the cost of the car I got and yet somehow not a single penny of that down payment went toward the actual cost of the vehicle. I’d recommend Rusty Wallace Kia instead. I bought my last car from there and there was no confusion about the costs or where my money was going. They were very up front with me about all expenses and were very friendly and helpful.

She confirmed availability of the vehicle I saw online and setup a appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived to the dealership I was meet by Sales Manager Ron Becker. He informed me Greg Stewart was in the process of pulling the vehicle around. Greg was a true professional throughout the entire purchasing process. He was focused on what was important to me and made me feel like I was his most important customer. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I must say this was the most professional car buying experience I have ever been through. We bought a Santa Fe Sport from Twin City Hyundai last weekend after researching the vehicle and test driving it. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. The salesman, Steve Rhea, knew his vehicles very well and he wasnt pushy! I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are in the market.The whole process was easy. Everyone we dealt with there was professional and friendly.Never thought we would buy outside of the Toyota or Honda family, but this is a great car so far. Comfortable ride, roomy, and best of all, a five star safety rating.Not just a good car for the money, but a good car in its own right. Traded a Toyota in for it and have a far better vehicle.Highly recommend this car and dealership.

Thank you to Hyundai Motor Company, Twin City Hyundai, and Mitchell Boyle on a recent service experience. My 2013 Sonata needed a new motor. Service adviser Boyle explained the process, and even though I was over on mileage on the original warranty, he was going to submit a claim for replacement anyway. I was hopeful, but not very optimistic, but, a few days later Mitchell called, request approved. All parts, labor, and rental car charges, fully covered. Even a couple other issues were repaired with out charge.Mitchell, Twin City, and Hyundai Motor Company were exemplary examples of TEAM work, while providing effective and honest CUSTOMER SERVICE. A slogan you constantly hear, but rarely see. Thank You...Thank You...Thank You...!!!
I’m so thankful for Julian in helping me find the perfect vehicle For our family. We spent a good 5 plus hours together looking and test driving cars to find the right one . Received a letter about a recall on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I got an appointment right away. I was told the service would take 45 minutes. Much to my surprise I was ready to go in 30 minutes. Very polite and efficient.
Abigail made my buying experience the easiest, most pleasant car purchase Ive ever had and Ive made many. I had recently discharged bankruptcy so I expected bumps in the road. I called finance before driving over and confirmed they had lenders to work with and what documents to bring. It was a nasty rainy Saturday and Abigail greeted me immediately. When I informed her of the situation, she never flinched. She helped me get into a car I liked with a payment that I could agree to. It was a brand new car on top of that. Shes an asset to have on your sales team. Remember that. I look forward to buying from her again in the future.
Greg Stewart was the salesman we worked with on finding my fiancee a new vehicle. After giving him the price range, we went to 3 different lots and found what she wanted $22.00 under the price range. As I was leaving I said this is my price range on that F250 4x4 right there. Work the numbers, make it happen Ill buy it. Disclaimer: my only experience with this place is with the service department. Truthfully, my only complaint is the lack of loaner cars. The loaner cars here are only for “major” repairs. Which, is reasonably understandable, until you own a Hyundai and realize that it needs to go into the shop for little repairs under warranty every few months. Those 4 mile Uber trips add up. And, yes; There is a shuttle, but the “shuttle guy” was never available in any of my experiences.
This is the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. They stayed within my budget-a HUGE concern, there was no pressure selling. I am rebuilding my credit so I didnt want them to send my info to a bunch of lenders and get a bunch of inquiries. Frank, the manager, assured me they would be mindful of the situation. We found a lender and then a car to fit my budget. The whole process took several days and they kept my needs in mind. I went in wanting a Sonata and drove out in a Sonata.It has to be mentioned the service department is STELLAR! I have never paid more than $20 for an oil change and they are fast. I bought my car gently used and the tail light fell out one day driving to work-the prior owner stripped the screws and it just popped out. They replaced it, no questions asked, at no charge to me. I will never take my car anywhere else for service/repairs. If I pay a little more, that is okay because Id rather pay a little more to people I trust than get cheated by those who have cheap prices but dont know what they are doing and/or are dishonest.
I’ve waited a while before leaving this review. 10,000 miles actually. Fall of 2018 I bought a ‘15 Elantra from Carmax. Winter of ‘18-19 the car started making a noise at start up. After a few visits with this dealer they were able to pinpoint the issue. Piston slap (somewhat common on this engine) car had at this point 20k miles on it. I did not buy the car from Hyundai mind you, but just like I had they replaced the engine under warranty. And while I was out my vehicle they gave me a ‘19 Tuscon to drive. Well now we’re at 29,995 miles, and I have to say I appreciated the entire experience. I hope all Hyundai dealers are ran like this. Thank you service department.
