Great Staff very friendly. This shop has one of the few certified framers left in the area. Glenstone offers real frames made of quality materials. I would never take my personal memories and have them framed and protected by someone that did not have the proper experience. Glenstone offers tons of great gifts other than framing. I needed a high quality framing of an article published in a national technology magazine by one of my engineers. I explained to Jack what I was looking for and where it would be displayed. Jack provided me options that created the image I wanted to portray in the framed article and help guide me to what in the end were excellent choices. We really enjoyed our experience with Glenstone Galleries. We emailed a photo from our digital camera to Jack for him to develop and frame. It was an outside photo and the faces had a lot of shadows. He was able to touch up the photo wonderfully so we can clearly see all our faces. He then framed it beautifully, ready to hang. Since he used conservation glass, we know it will not fade over the years. We will be using Glenstone Galleries again.

Wow. We are very impressed with Glenstone Galleries. We recently had a Lee Roberson print framed by Glenstone and it looks amazing. We thought our other artwork was awesome until we compared our current prints with the newest print side by side. There is really no comparison. Glenstone Gallerias is a fabulous find! New to the town and movers almost destroyed a valuable original primitive painting. Jack resurrected the piece and his suggestion for a new color in matting was absolutely perfect!! He also framed an old quilt section with burl wood, which really complements the fabrics. A couple of weeks ago I brought Jack a letter, a pre-digital photograph, both in sad shape, and a specially cast medal; All of them related to a hiking trail project I worked on with a group many years ago. We talked about some way he could put them together in one framed piece; We both talked and listened.Two weeks later he called me in to see the finished work. I brought my husbands military retirement shadowbox in to be reworked because the original framer had left a piece out (and misaligned some of the medals). Jack had to carefully take apart the original layout, replace the background material, and put everything back together again. The end result looks amazing and my husband loves it. Thanks, Jack!!

I went to Glenstone needing a picture framed and matted, and I needed it quick, and they got it done. He helped me pick out the frame and matting that brought out the colors in the picture, which I am very grateful for because I had no clue what would look best. I went to the gallery because I ordered an anniversary picture online from another vender whose wooden frame and twine roping did not match the quality or style of framing that I envisioned for this once-in-a-lifetime captured moment-in-time etched leather photograph! Therefore, I went to the gallery on one of my lunch breaks and Jack help bring my vision to life by creating an unique custom frame complete with suede matting, photo floating inset, and museum glass! It was perfect! The price was reasonable especially since I choose the furniture style framing that was quite pricey! It was well worth it because I wanted a statement piece that beautifully captured and was a real testament to all that my husband and I went through during our 3rd year of marriage to ultimately show that through it all, we still love each other more than we did on that day for until OUR Forever Ends!

Best place in Blount county for Framing and Presentation gifts! They made a unique box frame for a 50 year certificate and 50 year pin for a family keepsake! He has made for my two locations some very unique and masterful framing on one of a kind art pieces and made some beautiful customized shadowboxes! I love working with jack, it vary easy to get the quality, not many others can provide, I have taken several projects to him and they have always turned out beautiful.
