I have contacted this dealer on at least six occasions to receive a title to a vehicle purchased with them and paid for more than five months prior. I continue to be transferred around, hung up on, messages not returned. Buyer beware of this dealership. I would give negative stars if the review allowed it.

Great local dealership that makes it worth it to buy local. Have had my share of bad experiences with big city dealers in the past, I would much rather deal with somebody I know I can trust and is only a short drive or a phone call away. Heck, theyll even work out a deal with you on Social Media if thats what you prefer. The parts department has been exceptionally helpful when Ive needed parts for my current vehicles. On the sales side, Jay Wade is one of the most knowledgeable and professional car salesman Ive ever dealt with. He is not pushy at all, and his top priority is the satisfaction of his customers. If they dont have what youre looking for in stock, theyre fully willing to go out and find it for you.

Bought a 2018 F-150 XLT June 2019. Experienced issues with drive train vibration, after 8 visits for service, parts replaced twice, the dealership “owner Jeff” and service department basically told me to take it elsewhere to be fixed and that I was imagining any issues. Opelika Ford is now ordering a torque converter and have promised to take care of my truck and not just send me somewhere else like Tallapoosa Ford did. Their service depart gets a negative star, untruthful, deceptive, and obviously unqualified to fix what they sell. “Buyer Beware”.

Worst thing I did was by a 48000 $ truck from here it rides worst then the o8 GMC I had before I went there everytime I get oil changed not I have to balance the tires because it vibrates going down the road took it back they said they fixed it still does it now that I have a bunch of miles on it it seems to be my problem now even though ive been dealing with this sense the sec month I got it so I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Jay my salesman assured me the truck was detailed and the oil had been changed and truck serviced. But he lied so I would never buy from this place
