What an AWESOME store!!! Plenty of outdoor fun. Boats, side by sides, clothes, wake board, paddle boards, along with coolers, bumpers, ropes, and an friendly staff. Everything a person needs to have a great time in the great outdoors. This is a must see in Alex City. Russell lands has outdone themselves with this new store.

Good luck ever getting anyone to call you back from any of their locations. Ive left at least 6 messages with different people over two months time trying to buy a boat trailer from them. I even went in three different times. Never anyone there to assist me until last Sat. Its Tuesday and that salesman hasnt followed up either. Guess they dont need the business.

***Update - contacted Allan Cutts. Hes the manager at this location. I told him what happened and 2 weeks later I now have a brand new Linq cooler. Great customer service the second time around. ***Do not get anything serviced here. I took in a working Sea Doo Linq fishing cooler to get the latch replaced due to a recall. What I received in return 11 days later was a trashed $700 cooler that no longer works at all. The bottom latch is completely shattered and they drilled holes all the way through. This was a recall service job that was not completed legally nor with Authorized Sea Doo parts. I would not trust them to work on anything .
