The store for covid had a line for self check out that would start at the self check then go to left of the store since covid started. Tonight I was told it started and went to the left. Im okay that the direction was changed but I dont like to be yelled out from one of the clerks that it had been changed and there was no markers to tell you that it had been changed so please make some kind of signage or do some leader lines or whatever you want to do but dont yell at your customer

Customer Service All rhe employees I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The cashier (i think his name is John) soared to the top . I purchased items for a drive our synagogue, Temple Beth Sholom in Santa Ana, was sponsoring for Orangewood, a shelter for abused children. I was fortunate to find a carload of clothing at amazingly low prices. As the cashier was about to total my purchase I realized I didnt have my credit card and only $46.00 in cash. My bill was $162.02; I asked if they would accept a check but it was limited to $100.00. The amazing, generous cashier paid the difference. I am indebted to him and wish there was some way I could reciprocate. He has a big heart. Target rocks.

The order pickup feature is awesome. Pick everything I need, get an email its ready, cruise over and grab it. Might have been my fastest Target shipping experience ever.

This store is located and a very convenient, central location. Super markets, gas stations and Starbucks next door. The available inventory and prices are why I always go back.

I ordered some much needed items via the Target app and went to pick up everything the day after. Items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and milk were not purchasable via the app, but that’s totally understandable as those are high sought after items right now. I went to the customer service area to pick up my items and the front desk clerk quickly scanned the barcode from my app and found all of my bags. Thank you Target! A definite efficient method to shopping for some essentials.

This is a big statement as I shop at Target exclusively for my families needs and business needs as well and have had a lot of positive experiences with all the staff at this location. However, Tracer was exceptional and especially pleasant and approachable (despite Covid); he made the entire experience enjoyable.

Target makes my shopping so incredibly easy. I have 2 toddlers and some days it’s hard to get them in and out of the car. Target has become my preferred store because of how easy they make everything. Target has my heart. Thank you for making a stay at home moms life so much easier.

Of all the stores I have visited, I truly love the atmosphere this place has to offer. The place is so clean and very cozy from the outside to the inside. The items are well arranged and you cant see any messy part of this store, every corner are so neat and clean. The staffs are very nice and always there to assist. Truly a nice place for shopping. They have a Senior guy working at the check out. He is the best. Always greets us warmly.

I took a star off because I had to call corporate in order to have a registry return processed. They only made the exception to give me a full refund when the corporate associate made the request on my behalf. This could have been done without the phone call to client services. Regardless, I love target. I wish the associates themselves could take some accountability instead of being afraid of helping customers.

Seem to be here every week! Easy to park and helpful staff. The gals that work in the beauty area is so helpful! I always go there for my makeup now so I can ask questions and recommendations. The pharmacy staff are always amazing! So helpful, nice and fast. They often remember us and our family and go out of our way to help us. Thank you!

Store was clean when I came in on a Friday on a non-holiday weekend. The Starbucks up front was open and inviting, and Target guest services was friendly and polite to interact with. Store felt clean and properly maintained throughout. Staff I saw were friendly and attentive. Nothing remarkable about the products and selection, common to all Target stores...

It is really big, nice and clean. The items are well organized and are easier to find. The optical care is also very and people are really helpful.i just wish that more help is available in different departments. You may have questions about something you want to buy and it takes so much time to find someone to help.

Good selection of products at good prices - and I really like curbside pickup.

The store is fine, but the Starbucks inside is run by idiots. I asked for a Decaf Mocha and he scoffed and asked me if I even wanted it to have coffee/espresso in it. I told him I didnt understand the question and he asked me if I wanted it to taste like coffee. Yeah man, I didnt order a chocolate milk. He then proceeded to make the worst Mocha Ive ever had.

I had a gift card that had a balance, the girl who checked me out said there was a 0 balance. so when I went to customer service to check I did have a balance, and that they have been having problems with the checkers not knowing how to scan the card. i think some training is in order.

I was trying to buy a bag for my son and it was marked as clearance for 4.48 however it was ringing up higher (39.99) and the cashier refused to sell it to me at the price marked. Also I found 2 shirts (same) but different sizes which were labeled with different prices. Lena fixed this for me (she was very helpful unlike the cashier)

The merchandise is good, like any Target store really. The store itself is kind of small though compared to the one Im used to from back home. Also not very thrilled with their employment services. They wasted my morning the other day by not telling me from the start that they dont allow employees to take vacation time between November and January, even though I had already booked a nonrefundable flight.

The hoodie I wanted was in some stores I physically went to, but not my size. Decided to order on line and have sent to a nearby Target. It arrived at store within hours and I picked it up next day. Went to pick up spot, it was immediately found, signed and I left with my hoodie. Very pleasant experience and I recommend it and will definitely do it again!!

I love Target, but this is the worst location in this area. As mentioned in other reviews, their 2 hour pick-up is a joke and when I called to get an update or ask if I could cancel it, Customer Service continually broke me off mid sentence and then ended the call “Okay, before” before I was finished. You’re better off at the Target in Lake Forest or RSM.

It took longer for me to load the return in my car and wheel it to the store. The return process took less than a minute. completely painless. Thank you Target

This store is a disaster. It was a complete mess, there selection is the worst of any Target Ive visited and the staff is from the bottom of the gene pool. Corporate should shut this location down or close it for a renovation because it reflects poorly on the organization. Rancho Santa Margarita and Lake Forest have top notch stores that this store should use as a model.

All Targets are pretty much the same, except for cleanliness and employees. This Target is very clean, and the employees are also friendly and helpful, as well as available (some targets its hard to even find an employee sometimes)

The customer service is not at all helpful. Ordered an item and was told it would be ready in 2 hrs then was told 2 hrs later they don’t have it. Additionally found an item on shelf & went to pay and was told it was put out by accident and they can’t sell it till tomorrow morning. Asked them to hold it & they would not. Manager didn’t really care at all about my experience or hassle.

An associate named Aaron went WAY out of his way to help us find a very obscure item. He knew exactly what we were talking about and was able to find extra in the back of the store for us.

I was in this store yesterday and was so shocked how dirty and messy the store was. There was clothes on the floor all over the store. You couldnt even get a cart down the isle without running over clothes. This wasnt in just one dept. but everywhere. I will never go in that Target again.

This review is for also the San Clements store when you have a release date it usually means you should have it that day and as Im wasting my time and gas searching for the exclusive that was supposed to be in stores TODAY. I was even told by an employee as I checked in the first week of the month, they told me to come back on the 29th so here I am a customer being sent on a wild goose chase. Also you guys need to get your you section up to to snuff as kids NO LONGER have Toys R Us like why wouldnt you take advantage of that and keep your toys stocked HELLO!!!

I love target no matter where it is. This location was very clean with a friendly staff. A little dated compared to the other locations but still has everything you need.

I’m really disappointed with this store, they have an employee that is very rude i saw her name tag it said silvia. I asked her for help and all she said was i dont know and completely ignore me after that and continued with her conversation over her walkie talkie.I also over heard her speak Spanish and when i spoke to her in Spanish she pretended she didnt speak it.

I went to Aliso viejo target tonight (8/31/18) to return a stroller that I got for a gift that I did not need. Since I didnt have a receipt I figured I would get store credit to use on something that I actually did need. The first Target associate was having problems so he called another over, Donna. She said without a receipt she could not return it because she said there was no way to know it was from target. I showed her that the box said target on it and they were selling the exact same one in store! She still refused to return it and could not give a reason as to why she would not return it. When I asked her for her associate number she said she did not have one... Donna was rude and unprofessional. The most frustrating part is she didnt have any kind of reason for why it couldnt be returned, she just kept saying it couldnt be returned without a receipt. I will not be going to the aliso viejo target store anymore. Good luck returning anything without a receipt if Donna is working.

Store employees here some are liers.. I called the day yesterday they said they will release an item today, and when I went to the store store employee said we do not have it yet its still on the track.. so I called every hour until 2 PM, same excuse... next I called again every 45 min until 10 pm.. magic.. electronics guy said sold out.. ghost bought them? I talked to the manager but he is on a hurry no time to listen he hanged up on me. Great!.. remember CUSTOMeRS first... employees do your job.. most of you are more in interested buying the item. Selling it on Ebay or somewhere. You have CCTV cameras.. impossible not seeing it.. store managers, customer service and guest relations do not care.. same old BS..
