I called the tech at KOM, he set up a time to come out mobile to my house the next day. He professionally and quickly fixed a few problems on my bike. I definitely plan to use him again, and others passing by got his information as well.

Called they’re number last Wednesday and got a reply to text instead. I asked if they have availability to remove crank and to replace a chain ring. Person said they are mobile and by appointment only. They will come to my location and has availability last Thursday or this coming Tuesday. I replied back, but never heard back since.
