Love how kind the staff is. The front desk staff and medical assistant was very friendly and professional. My family has been seeing Dr Nguyen for years and she has always been thorough and professional. The tech who helped me with frame choice was also very helpful and nice. I can’t say anything negative about this place.

I had a great first time experience at Aliso Hills Optometric Group. They accept my insurance and I was able to make an appointment easily. My appointment didnt take long at all, I was taken in immediately and even got a new pair of glasses. The front desk assistants were very nice and Dr. Nguyen was informative and willing to answer any questions I might have.

I have been going to Dr. Tanya Nguyen for several years. She gives you all the time you need and makes sure to explain, in detail, any questions you may have. Dr. Tanya also has a wonderful team, highly professional, and extremely positive! Kiki, the receptionist, is super kind and welcoming. I always have a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this office!

Worst Optometrist I have ever been to, I am 58 years old, I have received eye care for 48 years. The doctor was cold, and lacked empathy, she was absolutely all about the money! If there was an option not to give a star I wouldn’t even do that.

I first came in about three years ago for an eye exam. Proud to find out I was still 20-20 in my mid 40’s, and really had no vision impairmentI came back in for another eye exam 3 years later and ended up buying a pair of glasses for my vision which has deteriorated quite a bit the past year. I had a great experience with Dr Lethuy and staff.I returned several months later to get my 10 year old son glasses for reading. He had been frustrated seeing/reading the teachers chalk board.He had a wonderful experience and thought the Dr was very kind and thoughtful including the staff.We will definitely be coming back for any needs pertaining to our vision.I highly recommend this business.

I have been going here for over a year now and I have been blessed that my vision has improved. The doctor set me up with a stategy to help correct my vision and I am impressed it is working! She took the time to explain everything to me ans probide me with everything needed for success!! I am so excited and looking forward to full recovery of my vision. I am encouraging my husband to go considering he has never had glasses and he struggles with working in a computer all day!! Can’t wait to see his improvements in the future. Summary:Avoid this office, they will give you wrong prescription …. and then be too arrogant to admit and fix their mistakesI took my daughter for an annual eye exam and contact fitting Oct 3, 2018. We got to see Dr. Lethuy Tanya Nguyen, one of the co-owners. She was extra nice and friendly during our first visit. She gave my daughter tryout contact to test. However from the start my doughtier realized that those were not the right prescription. We visited the following week or so for a follow-on, and the Dr. Lethuy gave her a new set of contact to try that had astigmatism correction this time. Same feedback from my daughter as she was seeing blurry and they were an obvious not fit for her.We visited the office the third time, and this time the Dr. was really upset because my daughter took them off and did not come wearing them. My daughter tried to explain to her that the contact were bothering her, hence she is not wearing them. Then Dr. turned to me and asked me what to do. I told her that she is the one the need to provide advice not me … I think DR. was simply tried to our multiple follow-on visits and just wanted to finalize the prescription.I made another appointment with our local COSTCO Optometric office and those guys have really up dated testing equipment vs. the manual old fashion set up that DR. Lethuy has.Summary; the BOTH the refraction glasses prescription and the contact ones for BOTH eyes were off.There was no astigmatism to correct. It was so non-complex reading were both eyes had the same reading measurements.Went back to the office trying to get my money back by showing them the major discrepancy in their testing results but the they are playing games, like check back tomorrow since the DR. is not in the office.I gave the office time to correct themselves (2 weeks) but they do not want to fix the issue. I got my co-payment from my Visa Credit card and I am filing a dispute with the Aetna.Avoid this office, they will give you wrong prescription …. and then be too arrogant to admit and fix their mistakes

Omg worst service ever. I have been coming here since I was in 4th grade. I am now 26. I can’t believe the way they treated me and how they are still handeling things with me. It’s the new owners that are literally handeling everything horribly.I came in before my 26th birthday for my last exam and of course I get my contact exam along with everything else. They did not have my prescription in stock. For some reason they thought they could charge me for a contact lenses fitting but never gave me a fitting. Why would I or anyone else pay for a service that was not provided. They still argue with me about that until this day.I didn’t get a call for the sample lenses until after my insurance was up. And never did they give me an option to purchase my contacts before my insurance was up. Now they want to charge me full price instead of saying it was their mistake and since the lenses were not available we will back date it on your insurance. They just tell me I owe them another fee of $130. It’s the principle.Not only were they very rude but I can’t believe that all of them sat there and argued with me over this. Horrible customer service. I will never be going back here. My whole family would only come here for years. Over 12 years. Not anymore.I’ve never had an issue like this with the previous owners. The previous owners were sweet and always handled everything with class. They were actually a great friends of my own family who are doctors too.
