They were the third shop I went to about a dented fender that was making my car door unable to open following an accident due to my younger sibling (still learning to drive) hitting my car. They managed to undercut the other quotes I received by nearly 28%, which was great because my dad was paying to repair this. Theres some issues with the gaps around the fender if I had to be really nit-picky.In one of the quotes I received from another shop, they were telling me how my specific coat of paint (the silver) was really hard to make perfect and even went out of their way to tell me how my factory paint was filled with defects. Naturally, Im not super serious about my car so I thought it was over the top when someone tries to knock the factory paint to lure in a customer. The other quote I got at a third shop told me it was impossible to knock out a dent from a metal fender in the location I had it in and that I had to do a total replacement. Allen Park Collision didnt seem to have any problems knocking out fender dents. The paint job I received from this shop was perfect if not near perfect and the removal of the dent makes the fender look from factory. They told me upfront what they were going to do (remove the fender, knock out the dent, redo the paint, and blend the paint so that it looked good on the bumper and the door and check to make sure the door would open) and clearly did it for a price that destroyed the competition in the area.I went back yet again after some time and got my bumper repainted, rear bumper diffuser replaced and my driver side fender well replaced. I provided them the new stock diffuser replacement and stock fender well I bought online off eBay and they cut me a deal to install both parts for free, I just had to pay for the repainting of my rear bumper. I felt the price offered was very fair considering all they did ($350). I got the car back in 28 hours after I dropped it off. They offered to both drop me off and pick me up, which they did and that saved me time and money calling an Uber or finding someone to drive me around.100%, if you need to get some repair work done before you sell your car or just need something to be functional again and kinda good normal following an accident I would highly recommend checking out this shop! If youre someone who treats their car like a baby or are looking for work on a classic project car, I might get the work done here depending on what car but Id likely look at more expensive shops.I provided photos of the fender work and paint work.

They did an awesome job on my car! I brought it in on a Monday and ask if it could be done by Thursday and they did everything to make it to me before my inspection. They still have my vehicle, and its been two months. Body work is all they do im guessing since they wont do mechanicle work, or custom work. Anybody else have this wait time? Id like to know. So for now one star until Im amazed at how my trusty steed looks once I get it back. So after over two months i have my vehicle back. If i could give zero stars i would. They fix one thing and break another. My door handle latch is broken, and my breaks are done. Two noticeable things were repaired. Bumper replaced and hand sized dent in rear quarter panel at a cost of 2100 dollars. They did a door hinge repair and put in grill inserts for me aside from that. I wouldnt recommend to anybody unless you only need body work done.

Great bunch of guys!As I was coming down off the hill, some guy in a truck ran into the back of my car. There were some bumper dings and a broken taillight on my 2014 Mazda 3.I received quotes from some competing collision shops and Allen Park Collision came in a little over half the cost(59%) of the other quotes. (A difference of ~500 dollars.) They also said it would take about 2 days, whereas the competition told me 3 days. I obviously chose Allen Park Collision.I dropped my car off and they gave me a call on the morning of the second day to come pick it up. There was a mix up with the taillight replacement from the supplier(My car has LED taillights, the supplier shipped a normal bulb.) They apologized and worked with the supplier to get the correct part. I took my car that day and came back a few days later and they swapped it out in about 10 minutes.Overall, I couldnt recommend them more and will be using their services in the unfortunate event of another car collision.

Would rate 0 if I could. We were told by our insurance company and by the shop that our deductible would be waived. When we come in to pick up the vehicle we are told that we owe $200.00 and that to get that back we would have to get a hold of our insurance company to confirm. Whats annoying about this is that we did everything and our insurance company confirmed that we were not supposed to pay that and they should refund it. We called the shop twice with no reply. Finally about 10 minutes before they closed they answered and confirmed that we shouldnt have paid. Instead of apologizing however he says and I quote I guess I can give it back to you but were closing, I guess I can stay open to refund you. What kind of service is that? I will NEVER use this shop again. Ill be going to Cutting Edge Collision thank you very much.

I was not too impressed with this place. I got an estimate for $500 to redo a rear panel on my truck. I drop it off Monday and they say it will be finished Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. So they call me Thursday and ask me to come into the shop. I get to the shop and they tell me that it is going to be a bigger job than they thought and want $750. Mind you, it was suppose to be completed by Thursday and they had not even touched it yet. After talking and being quite upset about the change, I agreed to meet them at $650 for the repair. They finished it the next day on Friday and they did a good job with the repair so I gave them a couple stars. However, they definitely left a bad taste in my mouth from this whole ordeal. It was a very unprofessional experience. If you go here, beware of this.

Im going in the middle here, I had a crazy experience with my car! I had a unfortunate event happen with my car tire that flew off causing a lot of damage to my front drivers side side fender, the whole hub, everything was pretty much damaged. Tow truck driver suggested Allen Park Collision, which I was fine with, my teen daughter was driving my car at the time my tire flew off, so her safety was my first concern.Allen Park collision did get me a rental car from Enterprise car rental, okay cool... When I got the call my car was completed, I returned the rental and went to get my car, well, I drove off and immediately heard horrible noises coming from my front drivers side tire, bad enough that I didnt even go a mile and turned around to return it... This was an insurance claim and I know they wouldnt like a call. Told the guys that its definitely not right, they took it for a ride and they heard it themselves... Asked if he could have the car an extra 2 days, which left me without a vehicle again and their loaner was in use... FYI, when you sign says free rental cars, own up to that and dont just have 1 car, kinda silly! Well, anyways, I called Saturday, day 2 and he said he was picking my car up from Belle Tire?! Ummm why? My car needed a new front end basically and the noise I was hearing was a bent or broken tierod... Wouldnt you catch that when Fixing the front end of my car? And why was it at Belle tire when your a collision shop? I didnt ask anymore questions, I just needed my car after 8+ days! Drives great now, paint job is great too, they found my rim that was damaged, so new rim and new locking nuts, which is great but Im still kinda crazed about the Belle tire issue and why this wasnt caught when repairing my front end?!?!

Beware They took 2 months to finish our car for it to not even be finished correctly forged signatures on checks saying we approved the work to our insurance company. Brought car back in to be fixed the owner was reasonable about fixing the car and gave us a rental. After 3 weeks we get the back and its in better condition but if I could I would of chose a different collision shop I would of. Like I said the owner tryed to make things right but if it wasnt for him making an effort I wouldnt even have left them a star if I could. Thankfully he did try to make things right.

They will NOT stand behind there work or the parts they use. Expensive prices. If you get work done here on your car, do not expect the parts to last more than a year. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY work. Used cheap parts on my car and blamed ME saying I didnt want OEM parts. Wouldnt spend another dime at this worthless place.
