I called them for an estimate, plumb a tub, bath vanity, install toilet. Rep arrived (forgot his name) and looked over the job, took a few pics and said he would write up an estimate and get back to me the next day. Last I heard from them. If he didnt want the job, or felt it was too much work you just needed to say so. There is no shame in saying I have no experience with that type of tub, or I dont feel comfortable with that type of plumbing job. But no contact is not professional. Even a little white lie like I cant get to it till next spring would work. So I have to rate low.

They were great! Came inspite of the snow storm to unclog my drain. In and out in no time at all. Less than I hr, and cleaned up after their mess.

Highly recommend. Costs were very reasonable. Very responsive. Kudos to Tom for being extremely friendly both on the phone and in person. And he did the job quickly. I will definitely call them first when needed again.

Came out to write up an estimate about a month ago.. Must of thrown out all his measurements on his way to his next job. No call saying we dont want to do the work etc. Definitely wont call you for anything in the future. Thanks for wasting our time.

Was not happy with their lack of professionalism. I called to note a few things I was not happy about and told the secretary I wanted to talk to the owner. Instead she had the service man call me. He denied everything. Then accused me of making the problems up and I heard the secretary laughing at me in the background. My husband called them back and told them he wanted the owner to call back and the secretary said that was not going to happen. This is not a professional way to address any problem!!! Will never use again.

Tom recently did an amazing job at my home. I have a very limited schedule and they worked around everything. The work they did was amazing and the price was even more amazing. Any Plumbing work I need done I will be going back to them no questions asked.

I thought I needed a new hot water heater. Two men from Alliance Water Conditioning came out and checked for leaks. It turns out that nothing was wrong with the hot water heater. The problem was that my air conditioning pump wasnt working. And, even though they dont normally handle air condition repairs, they were able to purchase a pump and replace it for me! They are honest, friendly and kind. I would not hesitate to call them again.I hope the owner gives these guys a raise! Thank you.

Maybe she was just busy, but I called to get a quote. Told her Id bet back to her here shortly after I called the other companies in Alliance. She said they probably couldnt do it by the time I called back and hung up on me. I have NOT used their services, but that was an off putting first impression.
