Absolutely excellent! I had 18 codes pop up and 2 other mechanics look at my car and these guys took extra time to pin point what the problem was and got it fixed! My car is LITERALLY running better than what it was before! I would recommend anyone to go check these guys out, they did such an amazing job and I will definitely be using them again! Went there for an exhaust manifold replacement on my 2006 expedition. Was the only shop willing to touch it because how those specific engines are. I was met with fair pricing. Front desk lady was nice, and the mechanic on duty as well.. they also provide free air to the community. Thanks guys will do business here again.

Unless you have a death wish, DO NOT go to this place. At the end of February I went to Muffler Man, to have my exhaust replaced because the old one fell off. On March 8th I had to drive to Traverse city because I had a doctors appointment on the 9th early in the morning. So I stayed at a hotel overnight. On the 9th I realized there was a big crack in my bumper. I thought maybe someone backed in to my vehicle while I was in my room, so I called my insurance company and had an estimate and all that done. Yesterday when they took off my bumper to replace it, they realized it was not from an accident it was from the incompetence of Muffler Man. They put the tail pipe straight and it was facing toward my bumper cover. It heated up so much it burned my bumper cover, and everything in the middle. I went there today and Justin tried telling me that someone had to have hit my vehicle so hard that it bent the exhaust and tailpipe.. so I went to 4 mechanics total today that said it was definitely from the exhaust. There is no other marks, not even a scratch on the rest of my bumper or the back end for that matter. Even their manager ( without looking himself, who is in Flint) talked to Justin before me... and sides with his employee. All I wanted was them to fix the damage and redo my exhaust from their mistake. Do they just hire anyone? Is it because I am a female.? Well this female has mechanics in her family and I am not stupid. They just live 2 hours away. I will be pursuing things besides this review. Already started.

The new crew was awesome! Husband took my car for an alignment and new tires and had great conversation with the man running it. Car drives better than it did when I got it!

Lobby is disgusting and messy. The front desk woman was pretty rude. Told me to come back in a hour (no big deal), call an hour later, the man said come there in an hour, i said i already waited an hour, then he said come in 20 mins. When i got there she was rushy and rude, like that annoying intimidation.... anyways, my vehicle runs weird now, all i got was an oil change and now it chugs weird and misfires. Im going to get it checked elsewhere, but i think they are very unprofessional.

Service was amazing from the new counter staff to mechanic. Everything was clearly explained and I was given options on parts choice and they had me out and on the road as quick as possible with a very reasonable final bill. Definitely recommend this place for repairs now that they have what seems to be a great new staff!

Went in multiple times to get oil change but 2+ hour waits and would not give me appointment. Were supposed to call back on price of a part and never did. Said come back in. Why would I want to go back 5 times.Been waiting for alignment equipment and they cant even quote price.THE PREVIOUS OWNERS WERE SO MUCH BETTER

Worst auto shop experience I have ever had. Place is a joke. Came in from out of town to have some work done on my new truck at another business in alpena and my wife’s muffler fell off going over railroad the tracks this shop was only place that had an opening in alpena and now I see why. Don’t let this place touch your vehicle! They put a muffler on and it looked like a blind 5 year old welded it had several leaks and had to have it re done at another shop where we live in Lewiston. Also was kinda shady I didn’t get a invoice or a receipt and could only take cash... supposedly the printer was not working.... stay far away from this place.

Now that Mike is gone this place is horrible. I took my jeep in for work and now have to pay another shop to fix the damages they made. They cut my ignition wiring harness and messed my exhaust up. Dont waste your time, go to a good mechanic.

I called the business late on Nov 26th about a warranty issue with a previously purchased muffler. I was told to be at the business when it opened on the 27th, so I would be first in line. I drove 40 miles and got there at 7:45 AM. A guy opened the business at 8:30 AM, (their sign says they open at 8:00 am).I was told Id have a 2 hour wait. I told him that I was told that if I was there when they opened, I could get it done right away first thing.He said that other customers were ahead of me...... I told him what I thought of that and left, never to return, ever.

Great place buy your own parts and theyll install them great service

This place is terrible they do garbage work. Took my van to have exhaust put on and had to take it back 3 times and still had leaks. Took to another shop in town and had it fixed right. My 4 year old son could weld better than these guys. They also tried telling me my ball joints and tie rods were bad and tried getting me for another $600 glad I waited as the other shop that fixed my exhaust inspected it and nothing was wrong all the parts were in good condition. Honesty goes a long way. Stay away from this shop. Don’t trust your car to a place with $17.00 oil changes.

Mike did a great job fixing my exhaust after I was told everything was shot. He was honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done and kept the price on budget.

Went there to get get front end looked at and oil change they test drove it got the 4 wheel locked in couldnt unlock it told me drive train was shot front and back wasnt worth fixing and they still change oil on it what a joke if its not worth fixing why charge for oil change

I took my truck in to get an oil change multiple times, its always a 4+ hour wait. I was told to come in right when they open and I can get it done, I did and they said another 4+ hour wait. Ive taken my last 4 vehicles there but now Im going somewhere else, Im tired of the run arounds.
