Great service

I for a long time had enjoyed shopping in the Alpena Meijer store. I love their selection of groceries, which is great for someone with a vegan or vegetarian diet like me in a small town like Alpena. The staff is also very friendly and chill and Ive had many fun conversations with people in the store.However, since I moved back here and weve had the covid-19 pandemic, Ive been using the food delivery service. But holy moly how can this service be so consistently bad? One of my first orders was placed but apparently some glitch in the system made it so it was not received and the groceries never showed up. Another order wound up delivering me cheesecake in the place of the pizza I ordered. I was also randomly charged for 11 orders of cashews and nuts I didnt order (nor did I receive) resulting in about 131 extra dollars being charged to me. Now, tonight, I placed an order and confirmed the order with the delivery person, and during the time it was supposed to be delivered I got an email with no explanation telling me that my order was canceled. What the heck? Its been consistently frustrating and unreliable since I started using it. Time to wait a half hour to talk to a customer service representative who doesnt work at the store...Hopefully they can get things together.
