Fantastic customer service! After the installation we had a bit of water leaking from the unit, and Greg came back as soon as he could get here and reassured us that they wouldnt stop until they rectified the problem. And he kept his word. Now we have an amazing system that is pumping cool air throughout our house. I cant wait to see the savings we see on propane costs this winter. SHADY SALES PITCH!I spoke with two different people multiple times, asking multiple questions. The number one question, the total cost of purchase & installation. Ryan from well connect told me $10,000 plus rebates. Mike from SGI, a partner company, also said $10,000 minus a rebate of $1800 if done by may 5th.The last conversation with Mike it jumped to $14000. He then laughed at me.I called Ryan and he agreed $14000to $15000. He forgot to mention that.He also chuckled and said he gave a good honest sales pitch.Unreal.R

This is an outstanding company! They truly care about their customers and are easy to contact. You get to speak to a real person!I would highly recommend this system. I have saved money on propane fuel costs, received central air conditioning, and am helping the environment. Its a win win!

Cannot say enough positive comments about our experiences dealing w/Well-Connect & their office/service personnel. Called office about a problem related to cooling system, phone answered by friendly/helpful person & service person showed up to review same day. He found the cause & problem was related to installation by another contractor 8 months ago. While it was not an emergency service was needed. He scheduled day/time to come back. He showed up on time as scheduled to fix not only the problem but improved a couple other issues related to the installation. It is rare to find this kind of excellent customer service from businesses. Thank you👍👏!
