Absolutely awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I called on a Friday and told them the tires I wanted and set up an appointment for the next Monday morning. They told me they had the tires in stock and the price. I gave them my name and phone number. I go into the business at the appointed time on Monday, they have no record of my name, dont know if they have the tires and dont care about seeing if they could get the tires.AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL business. I could have had far more success talking to a pile of dirt or stack of rocks.I didnt know that even Wal-Mart could be this incompetent.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE.

Super fast! Mechanic took time to talk to me about everything. Staff was very polite and professional.
Horrible experience here today. There is no communication at this place and nearly all staff had poor attitudes and were complaining about any and everything. I made an appointment for an installation of 4 tires and I was abrasively greeted by a team member in the parking lot saying that even though I had an appointment right then, I would be waiting 2-3 hours before my service could begin. An assistant manager got things moving, thankfully, after I asked to speak to a manager. To top things off, only 3 of the 4 tires I scheduled an appointment for were available so I have to go back tomorrow for the 4th tire. The only good thing about the experience was the team member who installed my tires - Beatriz was professional and delightful to work with. She even went out of her way to show me something about one of the lug nuts on one of my tires. She will quickly accelerate her career and outgrow the sub-mediocrity plaguing this place.

The man that changed my oil today did a fantastic job.. he was very kind and professional. He made sure I knew about the leak in my oil pan thingy (lol shows you how much I know about cars..) and asked if I wanted him to show me how I can check and keep track of the oil levels for myself. I will definitely be back for my next oil changes and auto care.
Last time it took an hour and a half to get an oil change. This time over two hours. Just wild.
Good service.. somehow for a walmart. Oil change with line took 40 min in the morning. The workers there are chill.Update: they over tightened the cap and made a crack on it. I had to go to Firestone 2 weeks after because I was leaking oil. They told me that the issue was due to the previous oil change and fixed it. Sidenote, Firestone is 5 dollars more for synthetic oil change when they run coupons.
Tire pricing was best found. Workers were servicing through their lunches because of crowd.

Walmart Auto care centers are great. Most times when compared to other auto parts places like Autozone, ORiely or NAPA. etc. The Walmart prices are a lot cheaper on everyday items needed for your car. I normally just go there to get my maintenance car products. The obviously don’t store parts so if you need parts just go to the other stores.
Long wait time, everyone working there is disconnected and doesn’t know what they are doing. If you are getting tires go somewhere else.
Employees are absolutely hard working. Could use some management support. Online shopping is till confusing, slow, not up to speed with others in my opinion.
