Make an appointment if you can but their longer wait times are for good reason. Any place with that much repeat business must be doing something right. I had a great experience at Discount Tire and must acknowledge Cameron, their sales associate, for all his help and outstanding service while assisting me with a sudden flat tire. He was kind enough to help me out with my spare tire and making sure I would be safe to drive on it until I was able to come back the next day for a fix. Thanks so much for your help!

Tonight, in the pouring rain, I attempted to put air in my tire and was unsuccessful. This was after getting the low tire pressure light this afternoon. It was already around 6 PM and I was stressed out about getting a flat tire. Even though they were closing up, I decided to stop by this location and see if they could help me.Blake and Josh were the two rockstars that helped me. After another gentleman had left the front desk area, Blake spotted me and walked in to greet me with a smile. He told me that he would see what they could do. They did extra checks on my tire and minor preventive fixes at no cost to me. I appreciated their customer service and willingness to stay late even though they should have been on their way home. As a single mom especially, I was grateful that I did not have to leave the car there overnight and try to figure out transportation and getting my child to school the next day.Blake and Josh were so friendly and are so very appreciated. Delighted to find this place. First, the whole environment is impressive. I was expecting grimey and smelling of automotive products. The waiting area is CLEAN. The personnel are clean, no grubby overalls here. The waiting area has chairs and tables well-spaced, with sanitizers and masks prominently available. BTW use the easy on/line appointment scheduler to pick your appointment time.The personnel are really helpful explaining options and asking pertinent questions in order to give me the best and safest product for my driving style. And best of all, about $200 less than the price at my dealership. Ill never go anywhere else for tires after this 10+ experience.

These people are first class. I use the Alpharetta GA location on Holcomb Bridge Road. They have competitive pricing but their service is what keeps me coming back for 15 years. I really want nothing to do with Discount Tire any longer. When they arrived in the Atlanta area 20 plus years ago, they were the best (by a long shot). Now their service is mediocre at best. I went in for a tire repair on June 1, 2021, waited between 10 and 15 minutes to be addressed. I was told there was a long wait ahead of me, so I made an appointment for the next morning at 10:30AM and was told they would get me in within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I arrived the next day 10 minutes early, after almost 40 minutes my truck was still in the parking space, and I spoke the gentlemen who I made the appointment with and also check in with. After about five minutes was told that I would be brought in next. Once in it took another 40 minutes. Remember this was a nail in my tire, a repair, nothing more. I worked with them based on their busy load the previous day, but they failed to honor the appointment commitment they made me. The worst is watching someone come in and go out with no appointment before me. Ive had other bad experiences with Discount Tire, so at this point Ive decided it not worth my effort to do business with them in the future.

This store is severely understaffed yet they keep accepting appointments causing customers to sit waiting on service after hours. This location at 8485 Holcomb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA 30022 is staffed with numerous young inexperienced employees making excuses for this unprofessional environment. Senior Management is not present and is not handling this foolishness. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, Plenty of smiles but no real plan of action to address the many problems at this location. I would rate half of one star. Advice: Stop making excuses and address this madness. Keep your smiles and feminine expressions and do whatever it takes to get the job done little girls.

Incredible service. I had a nail in my tire so I set an appointment to get a patch. Once I arrived they immediately took my car and repaired it within 25 minutes. I asked how much and they said it is free.No pressure to upsell or anything.Great customer service, I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

If you need tires, you need to come to discount tire. Either location in the Roswell area will give you excellent service and great prices. Check out the location on Alpharetta Highway or on Holcomb Bridge. I have used both and will continue to come back. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for the past 10 years and would not go anywhere else. If you go to Holcomb Bridge ask for the manager Chase and tell him Wayne sent you. He will treat you better than you like you were a member of his family.

Very glad that I purchased my new tires here a few years back. Not only did I get a great deal on the initial purchase, but I also get free rotations and air pressure check for basically the life of the tires. Every time I go back I receive quality and speedy service- with no pressure to add on any additional services (like my car dealership did during my maintenance warranty period- it always seemed like they were using my “free” oil changes as an excuse to add on a paid service). Most recently I took my car back here last Saturday and even though they were extremely busy, I waited less than 15 for my service! I appreciate their customer service and that they always are respectful of your time.

Set up an appointment online and they got me in and out fairly quickly. They even took the extra step to put my spare tire and tool kit back in its spot which is a little thing but I wasnt expecting it so it was nice to see. Been a customer of Discount tires for years and even continued using them on the west coast as Americas tire and got the same great service and pricing. Highly recommend them for your next tire change.

This is by far the best shop I have ever worked with. Had some issues with my new tires. They took all necessary steps to diagnose and fix the issue which happened to be a manufacturer defect. Mark the manager is a great guy you can tell he cares. His team is always professional and fast. Would absolutely recommend the Holcomb Bridge location.

I am a repeat customer and frequent customer due to me jumping curbs... off-roading by accident and sheer clumsiness. The manager and his guys are always amazing to me. They get me worked in early, set appointments when I can wait. They will offer me a good used tire, plug one for me if it can be salvaged or give me a great deal on a new one if thats my luck of the draw. I have never had them be rude, disrespectful or anything. All of them, the manager, assistant manager and the tire guys in the bay are always nice. They treat my pug nice as well and I can even use my laptop inside and work while I wait. I know I will be back and I am just happy they are great because lets face it, the tire shop is not someplace we plan for and are usually in a bind if we have to visit.

On my way to work this morning I had a flat tire. I was able to drop my car off and still get to work on time. Discount tire communicated with me throughout the day and worked hard to get my car ready for me ahead of schedule. Everyone I spoke with was kind and kept me in the loop. They did their best to get me a great deal on two new tires.

Don’t come to this location. Saturday 4/17 They damaged my car and didn’t tell me about it. I found out myself after I got home that my front end was damaged, full of concrete and red paint. Also small dent. I thought it was interesting that they pulled my car up so far ahead of the bldg when done, but to think they would intentionally conceal it is disgusting. This location should be discontinued ASAP

Long wait time even with appointment. They should have never closed the State Bridge location. Discount tire now on a downward spiral. Been a customer for 18 years, now, not nearly the interest in customer service. Hard to undetstand. I tried Windward location same issues. Its not the workers fault, new management must have been put in place past 6 months.

This is by far the best tire purchase experience I have ever had! We were running errands on Thursday and noticed one of tires had a hump in it, like a bowing out. I had my Nexen Roadian tires put on 3 years ago at a Mom and Pop shop out by my parents in Powder Springs (saved lots of money that way) and knew there was no way I could safely make it that far on this tire. Called this Discount Tire store based on reviews from NextDoor and Google and Im so glad I did! Due to rush hour traffic, we barely made it there before they closed -- about 20 mins before closing. My tires are almost never stocked anywhere because they are an odd size for my truck and not overly popular. Despite a Ford dealership I use for all my maintenance needs said they inspected my tires a month ago and they were just fine, it turns out that they didnt even inspect them. DT inspected them and it turns ou that I needed all 4 tires replaced, not just the one bowing out. Somehow, I lucked out because these guys had a set of 4 Falkens that fit my truck and offered to put them on right then and there, even if it meant they would have to work passed their closing time. I couldnt believe it! We scored nice new tires, had them balanced, saved money, and had peace of mind of not driving on dangerous tires anymore. Chase is the manager and he was a such a pleasure on the phone and then checked out with Tyler, who was also great! You wont be disappointed here!

Had a problem with my tire pressure warning light staying on with the new tire pressor sensors that I had installed by a third party. Samuel was able to quickly read the sensors and reprogram my vehicle to read the new sensors. I talked to several other tire shops who couldnt resolve the issue with my warning light staying on, but Samuel figured it out. Great friendly service even on a busy day. Thanks Samuel, you are the man!

As a women, I get weary of car places that always try to rip me off but here without even asking they find a cheaper way to get me a tire and always offer me a range of prices as opposed to telling me I need special tires or expensive ones. I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire in Roswell. I took my car to another tire place first and was told they could not help me. They recommended Discount Tire to me. I drove in and was helped immediately by Michael Barber. He looked at the nail in my tire and said he would open it up to be able to know if he could repair it or not. I left my car overnight and he took care of it. Luckily the tire was able to be repaired ! When I went to check out he said there was NO Charge for the repair. It is so nice to do business w/ such a wonderful company!!!!!

I had a great experience, they helped me find the tires that I wanted and spent time with me to find the right size (I wanted a larger size than what was currently on my truck). The order came in several days faster than they quoted me and I received a phone call from them and a text alert. I dropped my truck off and they had them installed in a matter of hours and received a text alert when my truck was ready. Overall experience was exceptional.

I noticed that I have a flat tire today at 5:45pm, checked online and this place was the closest to my house that opened till 6 so I decided to give it a try.Walked in at 5:59 without a hope that someone would take a look at my tire for me but Conner did!He didn’t just fixed the tire that was flat, he gave me a fair estimate and explained my options since I was looking to get a new set of tires anyway. They will fix your tire for free even if you didnt buy it there. So that trick got me buying tires from them for about 10 years. Competitive prices and great service keep me going there.

We have been coming here for years for our tires, the people have always been really nice and helpful and the prices are good. I had a low tire pressure light come on my dashboard, I called them and they said that they will check the air pressure for free. Even if you dont buy tires from them. They put air in the tires and they gave me the black caps that go on the tires because I didnt have any when I bought the car. It took them a while to get to me, they were really busy. I would definitely come back here again for my tire and air needs.

They did a great job, I was in/out within an hour with a set of four new tires, and they even put the spare back where it goes, along with the jack, appreciated that, thx a bunch

Rather, I can simply buy any tire I want to be a temporary replacement to get home and to a Discount Tire so they can give me a brand new tire of the same model that matches the other tires!For the $89.00 cost to cover all 4, that was a no brainier to never have to worry about my tires, especially now that it is the holiday season and traveling with kids already requires plenty to prepare for.I will definitely be back!Both alignment service is a bummer but I did find a place that does lifetime of the vehicle alignment for $199.00, so I am not worried about that now. :-)A+ all the way!

I recently bought a set of wheels from this location and the process did not go as well as expected. My experience with discount tire in the past has been seamless, but my confidence was shook. I placed the order and was told they would call when the wheels arrived and that they would get me some black lugs as well. I called a week or so later for a status update and the said, they are here. I hope they had just arrived... I went in for the install and asked the rep if they would be installing hub rings as from my research the bore of the rim was larger than my hub. He explained that I didnt need them so I pulled up the specs and showed him at which point he said he will see if they are in the box. When my car was returned he said that they found some rings in the box and installed them and that I would have to come back for the black lugs as he forgot to order them. I hit the road and immediately experienced a nasty vibration. I went in for a re-torque figuring maybe they came loose and the problem persisted. I went back the next day and another rep took a look and said I need hub rings...... I thought I already had them... This put my life at risk as the wheel can come off if not installed properly. Now they ride decent and a week or two later I received my black lugs but I used to think the guys at discount tires were knowledgeable and now would operate with caution when doing business with them.

I made an appointment. Work was done and I was in and out quickly. Quick, pleasant and efficient.

You offer a free air check. It shouldn’t take a half hour every time I come to get one. Your employees look at everyone in that line like we’re there to bug you. If you don’t want to help the air check line, don’t offer the service. Here’s an idea...accept tips for the service. Betcha your staff will jump to the opportunity to put a few extra bucks in their pockets vs. ignoring us patrons that need air. PS, I use the word patron because I have purchased at least three sets of tires from you over the past few years. I shouldn’t have to wait forever for air.

Very nice employees, but Im not sure why they even offer to let you make an appointment. I made an appointment and they let all the walk-ins go ahead of me. They had told me over the phone that it shouldnt take more than 30 to 45 min, but they didnt even put the car into the service bay until 45 min after I arrived (I was 5 min early for the appt). Then after they finished, it still took them another 10 min to pull my car around. Spent an hour and fifteen min there for a nail hole repair I was told would take only about 30 min :(

Usually love this place and we have been going there for many years to service or replace all our tires on all our cars we have owned over the years, but was kept waiting a lot longer than some men who came in after me. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I drove off and had to immediately return as the tire warning was on my dashboard and my right front tire was very low. This is not typical of all Discount Tire stores though. Thank goodness!!

I had gone to another tire shop in town and they quoted me a price over $100 what Austin quoted me. Jordan did a great job on my tires and even got a nail out for me. Too expensive compared to other tire outlets

I always come here to get my tires replaced. I arrive 25-30 mins early. The guy asks how can he help I tell him I’m early. His first comment is “I can’t “click you in till 5:30”. No problem I thinking. I say okay. He then asks what we’re doing after he has my info pulled up...I tell him it should be in the system to have my tire replaced.I had confirmed all this with the guy yesterday. He doesn’t see anything in the system at all.He goes out to my car to see what tire and check car. He comes back and asks how I want to pay. I tell him card and he gives me some outrageous price.I tell him that’s not right. That the tire that needs to be replaced has the warranty on it.The point is THIS guy Michael NEVER checks my account like ALL the other people have in the past. His customer service is horrible.Where are the other helpful people?

Discount Tire has always provided amazing service to me through the years. They have been my exclusive go-to tire provider for nearly a decade now, across multiple vehicles.I recently moved from North Carolina to Georgia. I went online, ordered them, FedEx lost one, but Discount Tire re-ordered the 4th tire, got it to the shop, even though the shop was backed up with appointments 3 or 4 days out, Mark made sure to get me in the next day after the late tire finally arrived.They had a ton of people scheduled, a line backed out the door, and he still ensured that, not only was I treated with respect and in a timely fashion, but that everyone in the lobby waiting, regardless of their busyness was greeted, addressed with curtesy, and assisted as quickly as possible. I have been to a lot of Discount Tire locations over the years, by far this location has been THE best one so far.Thoroughly blown away by their service, quality, and care! Thank you guys, I will definitely be back in the future!

They do an excellent job of balancing tires and provide the tire adjustment valves for automatic air indicators. They do it all.I highly recommend Discount Tire for all your tire needs. Went in for “FREE AIR CHECK.” The technician told me there was enough air in the tires and I could leave. I told him to check tire pressure light was still on. He told me don’t worry about it drive a couple miles to go off. The light never went off to check tire pressure. I took it to fire stone at the corner of Spalding and Holcomb Bridge. Found 51 pounds of pressure and it should’ve been 35 pounds of pressure. They checked all fourTires and brought it all to 35 pounds and the warning light went out.

I highly recommend using Discount Tire. After shopping around they have the best prices. Their customer service is just as good as their prices. The staff actually comes around the counter to greet you. They are friendly and trust worthy. I never give reviews they I was so impressed I’m compelled to pass on my experience.

Recently had a set of 35s mounted on my black 18 aftermarket wheels here. 2 of the wheels were damaged upon old tire removal. Without any resistance, Clark said he would replace those wheels for me at no charge. I worked in the dealership as a tech for 9 years prior and can really appreciate this company and management treating me right! I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone here and they will always have my recommendation. Great work
