This location lacks customer care skills. The manager is unable to comprehend the store’s return policy and instead follows it as she sees fit. I had to go through customer service to get a simple return process. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Stopped selling Orly nail polish the best and healthiest polish. Wont be going to Sallys anymore.

Lost a loyal customer. I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for years but I don’t think I’ll be returning after the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I bought clippers for $90 and straight out of box they blades do not work. Their return policy on receipt and website states “ Clipper and Trimmer Sales are Final Clippers and trimmers are all sales final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in-store on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.”These clippers were never used because again they don’t work. And i brought them back in original packaging with receipt. When I went to the store to return them where the manager told me there was nothing they could do because clippers are final sale. I pointed out the policy printed on my receipt but she said they couldn’t return them because it would be unsanitary to resale them. I pointed out that she couldn’t resell them regardless because they don’t work. The manager very dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. She said she had to stand with the policy but that is clearly not true.Now I’m out of $90 and have clippers they sold me that don’t work.I’m very disappointed and will not be shopping here ever again. Scammed.

Always properly staffed and helpful. I often order online and have it shipped but when theyre out of stock online or I have a question, I actually enjoy my time in the store.

This store is the nicest Sally Beauty Ive ever been in - very brand new and uncluttered. Note...the hours listed on the window sticker next to the front door are incorrect as well as the Google business listing hours were too, both show(ed) an opening time of 9 AM, when they actually dont open until 10 AM. I arrived around 9:50 AM based on the listed hours, and the store manager was gracious and let me in even though they still technically had a few minutes until the 10 AM open time. After I left, I went ahead and submitted the edit through suggest an edit on the google business listing and it was approved immediately.

Always here. Staff could be MUCH better suited to help customers understand the products. Only complaint

Love shopping at this location. All of the employees are so helpful and friendly. This store is beautiful, and much bigger than most Sally stores.

I had a great experience at this Sally Beauty Supply. This is possibly the nicest, most organized location I’ve been to so far and both ladies were very helpful.
