Cecilia was super helpful and friendly. I went to this location by mistake 30 minutes before closing and was able to walk out with a mattress, temporary bed frame, and pillow to sleep on that night. Considering how back-logged inventory is right now, that was pretty serendipitous, and I actually look forward to the next trip there.

I needed a bed frame for my son and I called Mattress Firm. The representative who answered the phone was phenomenal! They didn’t have the bed frame in the store but he helped me by completing a rush order at their warehouse. I called at 5:30pm and the warehouse closed at 6pm. Donald was friendly and helpful, he explained the different options to me and which were better for which reasons and he ended up getting me such a good deal (50% off!!!) on one of the mattress I liked I just couldn’t pass the opportunity up and I bought it right there and then! We went in with the intention of just checking out a new mattress we heard about and left with the most dreamy deal on the perfect mattress for us. The salesman was extremely helpful and we left with all of our needs being filled. He didn’t have a few things at his store that we were wanting to purchase but he located all of the products for us at the warehouse and one other mattress firm store. The only negative was when we went to the warehouse to pick up our products there was an extremely long wait. Even with that, the attendant was very help and pleasant.

We had a great experience buying our matress this weekend. We went in needing a new bed and left educated, satisfied with customer service, all questions answered and feeling confident in our matress choice! We were able to get everything we needed and matress is in stock so will receive this week. He was very sweet to my kids making sure the TV show was OK and kept entertained. Mostly positive experience. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the staff didnt now about the product was purchasing. I purchased a Purple Pillow. Purple offers boosters to make the pillow thicker and the staff didnt know this is even offered by Purple. Furthermore, Purple is selling pillows on their website that include the boosters as part of the $99 price. The pillow I bought for $99 at Mattress Firm does not have the boosters included. I had to order the boosters online. They are only $10 but I now have paid $110 for a product I should have paid $99 for. Disappointing.

She not only educated us on the mattresses in her store but also shared info on other brands and retailers WITHOUT negative selling. In fact, CC went online to show us apples to apples price comparisons with other retailers, offering to match prices (even for comparable products). And price matched Amazon for the cover. 100% positive experience!

The salesman was nice and helpful, however we are upset because we were lied to.There was a Sale on Beautyrest mattress, and you can buy the King size for the price of the Queen.So we purchased a mattress, afterwards I decided to go to the beautyrest website to compare the mattresses and figure out the details of ours. Thats when I found out that Mattress Firm had marked the mattresses up $400So we did not get a sale price we paid the actual retail price. Im ok paying retail. But annoyed that we were tricked into thinking we got a deal.Its the wrong way to earn consumer trust. I wont be going back.

Last Saturday we had an appointment at mattress firm at Mansell Crossing to select a new Mattress.Chris Freed met us at the door and was very kind and helpful. We knew we wanted a Tempur-pedic but had no idea there were so many to choose from. Chris asked us several questions about how we sleep and then make suggestions based on our answers. He gave us A thorough education on mattresses. We took over an hour of his time and he never made us feel rushed. Instead, it was quite the opposite -he encouraged our questions and welcomed us to try each mattress as many times as we needed to. We have recommended him to a family member already and will continue to do so. He is an asset to mattress firm and we appreciate his wonderful service. Our mattress was delivered today In the exact time frame that was promised.
