I walked into this store to quickly pickup a cake for a celebration. It was urgent for me. Someone helping at one of the checkout line quickly read my mind as asked me what I am looking for? and quickly directed me to the bakery. I walked out with a cake in 2 mins. This review is for that staff member who read my mind. Thank You!

Came in 2 hours before close. Wanted chicken tenders from the hot food area. They were out which is fine, but none cooking? They were far more interested in cleaning and packing away the area. One employee asked the other, any more chicken tenders? The other employee was obviously cleaning. Seemed rhetorical in nature. They said, well I guess I could make some but it will take a while.Guys, note to management, the main reason customers come to Publix and are willing to pay higher prices is the customer service. The main reason I shop at Publix over Kroger is they pack up their service counters too early. Offering make to something but making it obvious to the customer that its a hassle or inconvenient is really poor form.

Wonderful staff from the Deli to Produce, the Cashiers, Customer Service and Managers theyre always ready to help, are knowledgeable and incredibly nice. This Publix is well organized and extremely clean.This is a 5 Star Publix.

Always very friendly service. I even grabbed the wrong item and paid for it without noticing. Once I discovered my mistake, went back and they just swapped it out, no questions asked. My go-to grocery store. Big thumbs up!

Some of the items are quite pricier than other, so check them out before shopping. Aside from it, it is ver clean, well organized, and offers choices of quality grocery.

They look and stare like you are not supposed to be in this store if you are a minority a different color

I really like this location. Before, I was going to another one in the opposite direction, but after going to this one I haven’t stopped. It’s cute, not too big & not too small. Pretty neat and organized. The staff are really nice and they actually speak as you walk by lol I think that’s cool af. Ive met some pretty friendly and helpful staff since going there.They have a pretty good Vegan selection but not for their hot foods-Maybe a supply & demand type of thing which is understandable.I’ll continue to shop here as long as I am in the area.

This store is always clean and stocked well. Properly lit so you can pick your fruits and vegetables easily. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Good selection of breads and cheeses. The only issue we have had from time to time is with staff in the bakery but that gets promptly addressed.

Great customer service and has more selection than the Publix on Haynes Bridge. Their pharmacy also consistently has my medication (Kroger can’t seem to keep it in stock).

I went to get a chicken tender sub with the works, and as always it was awesome, but today was more special, as I was paying the cashier bought me a coupon for $2 off the sub, how tasty is that!!! Publix always clean and professional. My place to shop!

The wings were dry and I asked specifically for flats got drums too .I saw coperate in the store and still sell products under standard.

The store is very nice and neat. But it surely lacks the Publix courtesy that I usually receive. Maybe its the affluent area? Maybe its the orange construction shirt? Not sure, but after 30 years of shopping at Publix I havent experienced a store like this. The indifference of the employees its surprising.

Prices are higher than other Publix, and Ive noticed customer service and the friendliness of the staff have gone downhill.

I used the Publix Aprons Catering from this location for a bridal shower today and I was so impressed! We just selected items from the deli and bakery (sandwiches, fruit, petit fours, scones, and fruit tarts) and had them delivered. Both women I spoke with for ordering were very helpful and professional and I knew exactly what to expect. I was able to pay ahead of take for a no-hassle experience and everything was delivered to the party location. It made my day so much easier and the food arrived right on time. I will definitely use the catering service again and will consider full-service catering as well in the future because this experience went so well.

Awful experience, and it gets worse with every trip. I know people are wearing masks, but Ive never been in a more fearful COVID environment. Just depressing. In addition, the customer service has become non-existent. Plenty of workers on hand, but most just hide in the back of the store. They seem to think they are doing you a huge favor simply by clocking in.

The people here are friendly, smiling, helpful and I almost feel like they are part of my family. They work so hard to keep everything stocked, clean and get you checked out very quickly. Through the recent pandemic they have worked tirelessly and still manage to keep you smiling. Thanks to everyone there!!

Always clean and organized

I had ordered La factory Totilla via online,they packed and sent it to me with all outdated items. When I returned to them they just dont care about it. When I went to check the totillas, in the Aile 3, everything was outdated. exactly 2 months outdated. Included other totillas also. I am thinking about Our elderly people who will order these items or buying from the store, they will get sick of it. I informed to the Manager, but looks like he dont take any actions. So please take care of this matter especially at Alpharetta common Publix. I dont have option to rate 0 here.

This Publix is huge and has an amazing selection of items. It has an Aprons kitchen for classes and demonstrations and a quick self checkout near the deli section for the lunch crowd. Very friendly people and a credit to the company.

This guy is always busy buzzing around the store helping out, working diligently . He’s always a pleasant person, helpful, and courteous . I’m in this store often and always look forward to him being there, whether I see him stocking, bagging, or whatever he is doing . Much praise for this young man. Job well done !

Its always a pleasure shopping here, almost all of the employees are so courteous and helpful. Very clean and always have grocery and cleaning items in stock.

The staff was incredibly friendly despite everyone around them losing their minds and with it their manners. They helped me find what I needed and offered substitutes when we couldnt. By far the best experience I could ask for with the massive crowds.
