COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!!I cant say enough about this company. My wife and I have been ordering from them for years. They have a huge selection of K cups at a much lower price than our local grocery stores.In the years weve ordered from them, weve never had a single problem...until our last purchase. We received the wrong box of K cups.We called in and voiced our issue with the company. They couldnt have been nicer! After apologizing for the inconvenience, they resolved the issue in a timely manner.Everyone makes mistakes. Its inevitable in life. However, not everyone goes to the lengths Coffee & Filters Direct went to make things right.Well be coming back for years to come!

I recently bought one of their water filters. After seeing that its hooked directly onto the waterline I was a bit hesitant but the installation was so easy! To this date its probably the best water filter Ive bought and saves me a ton of time.

I ordered K-Cups through from Amazon and Coffee & Filters Direct was the company to fulfull the order. I ordered it on 6/15. As of this writing on 6/19, they have not even shipped it yet. To get your orders fulfilled in a more efficient manner, chose a different company.

Horrible customer service, the worst company to communicate with. I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my coffee maker and they want me to pay to ship it back. Normally I wouldnt mind but their I dont care attitude and their failure to communicate with my return request in a timely manner has caused me to write this review and get upset over the return shipment.

Best prices for K-Cups in town! I have been getting my Keurig coffee from here for over 3 years now. Great and friendly staff. I recommend the Good Times Coffee Co. Black rhino espresso roast. Also, ask for the Purewater filter kit! I now have filtered water going straight through my keurig. I believe they closed their store front for now but they were kind enough to help me out and set me up with an account so I cant get my orders fulfilled and I can come pick up or have them deliver it!

I had ordered the Nalpalm coffee gift set and when i got it the coffee mug was broken. I wrote the company and not even a week later i received my new replacement mug. Awesome customer service! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family

FRAUD! I had a coffee maker in my Amazon Cart to look at later, and Amazon accidently ordered it without my consent with this seller. I got an email from Amazon saying it had been ordered, and I immediately contacted Amazon to cancel the order. Even though this seller was notified immediately by both me and Amazon that a mistake had been made, they refused to cancel the order and shipped the order anyway the following day, even though they had been notified the day before not to.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
