Came in to this location to upgrade to the 12 and the service is terrible. Walked in, no one acknowledged me, wait several minutes at the entrance and finally a gentleman tells me he’ll check me in in a minute.Decided to walk around and take a look and he then checks in 3 other people who came in after me. I return to the entrance area and he again tells me he will check me in in a minute. I acknowledge home with @Thats what you’ve been saying. He takes an aggressive step towards me and then walks to the back of the store.Another several minutes go by with him ignoring me, so I leave.Verizon service has been going down for years but this takes the cake. I think it might be time to look at other carriers.Stay away from this location!

Service is ridiculously slow. Theres only two people working, and both have all the efficiency of sloths. Both were more interested in up selling than providing any actual service. We were there for a minimal of fifteen minutes before we were even acknowledged. We have sat here for an hour and a half, and watched people who came in well after us receive service, while we were ignored. This store has been an absolutely awful experience from the moment we walked in. Were now into our second hour waiting as I write this review. Whomever is managing this store should honestly be canned, along with the employees working today. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible Customer service! An essay would be required to describe my experience!After 19 years of using Verizon wireless I decided to switch carriers.I had 4 devices, two devices I completely cancelled and deactivated the devices altogether. The other 2 devices I paid Verizon all amounts to make sure no bills would be forthcoming.I then had the two phone numbers I would keep in service ported to the new carrier.However, for the following 3 months I continued being auto charged for these devices from Verizon.Then it took me 2 trips to the Verizon store and 114 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service to get my service finally canceled.No one would take accountability for the issue.

Poorest service ever. Multiple people were greeted and helped, who arrived after I did! No formal check-in process, and people choosing who they want to help is ridiculous. The other reviews are accurate. You just lost my business. I feel bad for the elderly couple that is just waiting not knowing that the employees have no desire to help!

When I walked in I wasn’t told appointments take precedence, been waiting over an hour and someone late to their appointment gets ahead of me? Told by associate that’s the way it is if I don’t like it I can make an appointment. Store full of people waiting and she leaves behind one associate and a person in training. Had I know an appointment was the better way I would’ve done so and come back.

Came to the store this afternoon to purchase 2 New iPhones and upgrade my plan. Granted I was entering 35 minutes before they were due to close. Entered the store with my 65 year old mother, when one of employees yelled Sir do you have a pickup? He scolded me stating they were only taking appointments and dismissed us from the store. He didnt ask if it was quick or if we had a question, or at least point us in the direction so we could look. Far from inviting. Extremely rude. Sorry guys, I must have missed the memo where it said you had to have an appointment to come to your location. Note to management - the customer service is not going to improve when you allow employees to dictate policy based on their eagerness to leave or close early. Wont be back to this location for sure and you are on the verge of losing a 20+ year customer.

Went to transfer service, switch three phones, get the same lines I was offer at the beginning a plan and everything got messed up at the end - went home with my three lines deactivated, couldn’t open my own phones from the box because they told me it would take 24 hours to get service, i don’t have service in neither line, they charged me more than I was supposed to. At the en my experience with my representative was horrible. He had a horrible attitude, confused the heck out of me selling me something totally diferente than what I got offer at the beginning. I amHeading at 10 to fix my issue.

By far the worst customer service ever. They have 2 employees helping one customer(employees were not in training both well versed in policies and needed information) all while there’s 4 other people waiting. No one tried to help and we couldn’t understand why 2 employees were needed to help one customer. We waited almost an hour when there was a free employee just standing there. Ridiculous

Really the staff are not welcoming and they dont even care to resolve any problems related to plan upgrades and promotions. They had trouble activating a phone amongst other functions they should know how to do. They also give out incorrect information.

Worst experience ever with any mobile company in 16 years I’ve owned phones!!!I was traveling from out of state and decided to purchase the new iPhone 12 pro max on it’s release date. When I was allowed in the store a young man that helped me which I won’t mention his name help me do the upgrade. He also pressured/convince me to add additional accessories that I honestly didn’t need, but I didn’t mind getting... Long story short he passed me along to another female associate to get my phone after they installed the screen protector. After she handed me my new phone I SPECIFICALLY asked do I need to do anything special to set up the phone or switch SIM cards she said no just follow the instructions. It was about 1-2pm when I left the store, and I just finished traveling for 10hrs.Around 5:30pm I attempted to set up my phone everything seemed to be going fine. Then my old phone was deactivated(no service) and WHAT HAPPENS NEXT my new phone does not allow me to make any phone calls or has internet. I had to borrow a phone to use the GPS to get back to this store. Of course when they get there they seem perplexed and tells me “sorry for that, but there’s nothing we can do.” They had no problem selling me the phone and meeting their quota, but once there’s a problem even though they’re an AUTHORIZED RETAILER they can’t get Verizon on the phone to help me. The lady made me use my borrowed phone to handle it on my own. By this time it’s about 6:30-6:45pm. She also didn’t have the decency to tell me by the way customer support closes at 7pm so don’t waste your time being on hold... no what does she do give me a false sense of hope that customer service will handle it. Which I’m sure customer service is in their job description. Of course I find out while being on hold waiting for an agent their offices are currently closed.I WAS WITHOUT A PHONE FOR OVER 12 HOURS WHILE BEING OUT OF TOWN!!!I had to wait until Saturday morning and spend another 2 hours on a borrowed phone to get help, and while getting help having an agent disconnect the call. I’m pretty sure all of their customer support agents has called ID so he could’ve simply called back.This and all Verizon Authorized retail store are the face of the company... and after this abhorrent experience BUYER BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!Verizon CORPORATE you got to do better with customer support on the phones too POOR EXPERIENCE OVERALL...*** -5 STAR RATING ***

Im the kind of person that doesnt feel the immediate need to purchase every new version of phone that a company develops. One, they uprgrades, for the most part, are increasingly insignificant, unless you must have the newest version of a 8000 pixel camera, being sarcastic, of course.Personally, if my phone still works and can keep up with my needs then I do not feel the push to upgrade.But, with that said, I do find it amazingly coincidental that my past few phones which I have purchased from this company broke down with-in 2 weeks of me paying them off early.Now, im not accusing anyone of any wrongdoings, because I have no proof. But, I can say that with-in a couple days of my phone breaking down, I started receiving multiple emails trying to allure me to the nearest Verizon store to upgrade my phone. So, is it a coincidence?I, of course went online and purchased a 2 year old Samsung phone, as I do not feel comfortable purchasing new or refurbished phones from a Verizon store.Ill continue to use their service because I personally still believe that their overall 4G/5G service and coverage are the best in the USA. The in-store tech and sales employees are well trained and friendly, with quick professional service.Id love to hear feedback from you guys and gals, just to see if anyone else has had the same type of issues thats been shared here?My last couple of phones were the Galaxy S8 and Moto Z3 and they had battery charging failures. Basically, My phone went completely black screened and would show as if it was charging when plugged in, but would not charge and once the battery completely ran dry it would not get past the logo screen, even when plugged in.Perhaps I am just unlucky when it comes to phones...something tells me I am not the only consumer out there with this particular issue...am I?

Watched all the staff fumble around on Black Friday, they were not sure who was up next or who came in when. They need to do what other Verizon corporate stores do and put all the names on the screen on the wall. That way people know they are coming up soon. Once we had an associate help us she was incredible. She was extremely helpful and straight forward.

I use to love this store, but now I feel like the staff doesn’t care anymore to assist and only care and look you in the eyes if you’re going to buy something. THREE HOURS to upgrade 2 phones and the plan. 3 Freaking HOURS!!! Remy was unapologetic about the time it took, kept trying to up sell, coulsnt disconnect a line as Ill have to do that when I get home. Left with data not transferred to the new phone (because I didnt have another hour or two to spend there). There was no one else in the store ... miserable experience.

This Verizon store is always crowded. Be ready to wait if you need assistance. They get the job done but not all the way. I purchased my new iPhone and never received my rebate. I was not told the procedure when I was at the store to pick up the phone. Hopefully Verizon can rectify the situation.

Rude staff?!!!! Understatement. Arrogant?!! Understatement. This store is a MISTAKE!! THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE. Maybe that explains their care less attitude. It was shocking. I understand busy, but they werent. I gave up after sitting waiting after a half hour, as I watch at least three at a time sales staff walk around and talk with each other or just stare blankly into space. They rotated, not even the same three at a time. Beforehand, I tried to calling ahead numerous times to see if they could help, but they never answered the phone. I kept talking to a call center. The call center failed in calling. They never even asked why I was there. I WAS switching to Verizon. I WAS going to be a new customer. I needed help moving contacts from phones that the Woodstock store couldnt do. I had read these reviews but was forced to try them anyway. THEY ARE EVER SO RIGHT!!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!! THIS HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR OVER A YEAR ACCORDING TO THESE OTHER REVIEWS. Not just ridiculous... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.Oh, they cant be that bad you may think. This store and its staff used to be great, but somehow thats gone downhill.I recently stopped in to buy 2 Note 8s and I was surprised when the staff lied to me about the differences between the Note 8 and S8. The sales person swore the only difference was the S Pen. Thats wrong of course.Then they couldnt complete the sale for some reason.I left and purchased the 2 Note 8s from Best Buy and actually saved $300 per phone along with the reward certificates I earned from the sale.Hopefully management will see this and retrain their staff.

You can google it... is the response that Walter, the Verizon rep in store, gave me when I asked him if he could help me clear out the memory in my old iPhone. I give two stars only because of the quick service. Other than the speed of service, I was not pleased with the representative in store. Walter did not explain the plans thoroughly. I didnt feel comfortable asking questions because he was condescending. Once he swiped my card for the transaction to purchase a new phone. He was done. He did not stand with me as my new phone was loading. He didnt bother to stay to help if I had any other questions. He told me to log on the the wifi and follow the prompts on the screen. After everything loaded, I spoke with a manager who was able to help me clear my old phone. She was helpful, but a bit unprofessional as she was talking to other team members about a Valentines Day package! All in all, I am not satisfied with the service received at this location.

Im not sure where all the negativity is coming from, but I will say that my experience here was infinitely better than my experiences at other Verizon stores. I had the associate Ashley handling my case and she was very knowledgeable. She helped get me set up with a phone, accessories, ect. and all with a smile! Very efficient and well done. She was also knowledgeable about local company discounts, packages, deals, and the like.The only issue I had was with the manager, who kept pushing accessories I didnt want, but I only dealt with him for a short time. He was still very friendly.

I got to the store and had the pleasure of meeting the laziest person who does not know about customer service skills. Arthur Williams did not want to check my account for a better plan and did not want to even show how to use the new device that I purchased. Unethical staff. Go elsewhere. I went to this store to replace my failing iphone 5SE with a newer model. A simple upgrade. The salesman pushes a new plan with more data, that will “cost less per month” if I make the change along with buying a newer phone. Based on that cost DECREASE I went along with it. I received no detailed receipt and paid $173 at the time plus the additional monthly cost for the phone. After a few days I checked with Verizon on what my new bill will be and it is over $25 / month more for my phone service not including cost of the new phone. The Salesman -Corbin Grace did this to me. Avoid him. Calls to store manager – Allen Larkins and Reg Mgr Zak Burrow remain unanswered. Verizon is too good a company to be represented by these characters and should make some changes in the conduct of store employees.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I bought a new phone and bundle from a sales associate, who seemed knowledgable and was very polite! I was impressed with how quickly she helped me pick out the products and set up my new phone. She helped me choose a new phone case with an iRing and helped me set it up, then we chose a wireless charger together. However- once I get home I realize I cant use the wireless charger along with the iRing on the case! I head back to the store, upset because I was sold products in a bundle that wouldnt work together. A different sales person gave me a whole heap of excuses and the manager finally intervened. The only good thing about this experience was that he was able to issue a return for all three products in the bundle. However, he gave no apology for the lack of training his staff obviously has and instead gave me some additional excuses. Huge inconvenience all around for me and terrible customer service. We love Verizon but be careful here!!

The initial young clerk tried to help but clearly had no experience with my issue relating to a recent phone upgrade from their store so summoned the store manager Caleb. The first clerk kept her name badge strategically flipped backward, and refused to even tell me her first name because she “didn’t want to get involved”. Caleb, the store manager, did not understand how Verizon worked and kept insisting I contact Apple for an issue with my Verizon bill. When his argument fell apart he abruptly turned and walked away. They neither had the resources to resolve a billing problem, nor did they have any clue how to escalate my issue to someone within Verizon who could help. The store manager was poorly informed, flippant, and referred to his subordinate employees as “Boo”. That single interaction was so extremely unprofessional and maddening that Verizon lost a thirteen year customer with two accounts as a result. I would discourage anyone from seeking Verizon support or services from ever attending this store.

Brejae was amazing today! She helped me so quickly and efficiently and I was able to get everything done on my lunch break! If youre nervous about using this location due to bad reviews, ask for her, you wont find better service!Minor edit: After checking out my receipts (which were emailed to me), I found that several accessories I thought were complimentary actually werent, as I spent an extra $100 buck I really didnt have to. I will be taking these back to a different store and return what I can, as I feel a little cheated. I just wanted the phone, not a case, screen protector, and car charger!

The called manager at this location could have care less. I remember when Verizon Wireless staff valued - customers and non customers - time and concern. I was not there to buy anything but to take advantage of one of the good things from VZW as a Company,, Its a shame the Company is being misrepresented by such a management staff. because it was not a sale I was sent to the Apple store to get my warranty exchange even though I was under VZW warranty,, He verified I was and had product available to assist. I was offered Apple from the beginning.. since I explained I was there for a Warranty exchange. I asked if the option was not being allowed at the locations anymore.. He was like Ugh ok lets see if I have the product. etc.. not to mention they had a small meeting right by the entrance and no one asked if I need it anything. Worst experience ever... Not to mention, that because of his round around and avoidance, I was late from my new job lunch break and got no results but the worst experience Go to Apple, its their product. wow, what a response and assistance,,, just because he was walking around not to assist me. Other customers walked in and were not being acknowledged either... Wow!! I also remember when we were received at the door with a smile.. Now They care less... Went in today with my father and younger brother to have all three of our phones upgraded to the iPhone xr and xs in my younger brothers case only the xs worked. the phone when given to us we were told by the employee that we needed to set them up and transfer the data our selves upon getting home and trying this neither of the xrs will load past the black screen with the white apple logo.

Amazingly fast and easy. I went in at lunchtime on a monday to ask about getting a nano-SIM for a new phone, and I expected that I would have to wait. It took Jason less than five minutes to install the SIM and activate the new phone, no problems, no hard sell for products.

I went with my daughters to purchase two new phones here. The rep was great, but told both my daughters that they needed to pay a $30 upgrade fee per phone to simply transfer the number from the old phones to the new which realistically is just moving over the sim card. My daughters paid full price for the phones, did not finance. Verizon claims the following:These fees help cover increased cost to provide customers with America’s largest and fastest 4G LTE network. This is a total scam and they know it. Even the rep agreed it was a scam and gave me a support number to call to try to reverse the fee which led to a dead end. I could maybe understand charging a fee to move contacts, data over from the old phone to the new, but that is rarely needed anymore due to almost everything being in the cloud.

The most unprofessional staff. I have never had a bad experience with Verizon until visiting this store on December 9th. Jason the sales associate was helping with putting my parent and my phone lines on one account. I asked him to show my mom how to use her smart phone. He said she would have to talk tech to get that support. Wow. Ive never in my life ever had someone blow me off. Im about to purchase a brand new S7 and upgrade my plan to an additional 100 a month and you cant help my mom with some of the features. Unbelievable. I took my business elsewhere and will never be back to the Northpoint store ever again. No wonder the place was empty.

This is by far the worst store EVER! The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. There is no sense of urgency, no professionalism from employees, and the manager has no respect for customers. When I asked for a manager it took him 30 minutes to come out and see me and his whole conversation was about defending the employee for her attitude and how unprofessional she was.I felt like I was treated like crap or a criminal. They didnt even try to help me and I came in to spend money and get a new phone. I am beyond humiliated at how I was treated but even worse embarrassed and ashamed of how it was handled. No one should be subjected to that time of behavior.

4 months ago my opinion was:Really not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was promptly, politely, and professionally helped with my upgrade. Matt did a great job and gave awesome customer service.Today (9/21/13) my opinion changed. We went there to have my fiances phone fixed, replaced or upgraded. We were not allowed inside and had to wait outside for an available sale associate. Theyre reason was that they need to control traffic due to the new iPhone release. We werent even allowed in to browse while we waited? Oh, and it was raining too. We observed several associates standing around not helping anyone, and hardly any customers in the store so Im calling BS on their need to control traffic. 5 mintues later, we were allowed inside, then waited another 5-10 before finally being approached by Dexter, who seemed less than enthusiastic to help us; why would a sales associates first response be that its going to be cheaper if you upgrade online. ? Really? Not interested in making that sale, eh buddy? To top it off, the phone my fiance liked wasnt even in stock and we saw several folks leaving without having made a purchase. Honestly, were it not for the outrageous early termination fee Id incur for it, Id seriously consider switching to AT&T and bundling my cellphone with my U-verse service after this horrible lack of customer service.

Dont even deserve that one star. Just because I went to the apple store to trade my iphone in the sales associate did not want to help and was very rude. Did not explain thoroughly, did not offer solutions, did not apologize. No matter where I traded the phone, the service is still with Verizon. This person had no professionalism whatsoever. The apple store told me to either mail the phone to Verizon or take it to a Verizon store to receive my trade in credit. The boy just kept shaking his head, saying no and treated me like some dumb person who does not know anything. Well then explain to me what you know!!! You claim to be a Verizon boy but you seem to know nothing, obviously not well trained and obviously so unhappy about your job.

Im not always a Verizon fan but the staff at this store really took great care of us. Our transaction was pretty complicated and kept the staff past closing but they worked hard to get things right for us.

Unethical staff and management. They are only worried about sales, and not helpful at all with anything else. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Its a shame that a corporate store does business this way! Their manager should be fired as well.

BEWARE SCAMMERS. Weve been scammed by a seller named Sunny first and his manager named Christopher. After a couple of days, when a friend of us who works for Verizon asked us how was our renewal experience, we realized what happened. This guy Sunny lied to me in my face telling me that I got a lot of stuff for free (speakers, cases, films, etc). The true is that I was being scammed. Instead of doing an upgrade he bill me all this stuff hiding the amount under a plan they have called Edge. Yesterday, Tuesday April 14th of 2015, we went to the store to do the claim and his manager Christopher not only got his back and covered him, but he also kicked us out of the store. What makes the situation even worse is that my wife is 7 months pregnant. Weve been clients of Verizon for a long time suffering all kind of issues with them (off course because we are the sillies here we payed always on time) but what happened here with Sunny and his manager Christopher is completely INADMISSIBLE. Probably they thought they can scam us because we are latin and well stay quiet, but you messed with the wrong guys. A Fraud was filed on Verizon and will be filed on BBB and well take this to the last consequences. We could have avoided all this horrible situation with just an apologize but it seems that the pride and believing yourself smarter than others is stronger than that. I hope Verizon reacts to this problem because this is a serious matter.

This store is horrible. None of the employees seem to know how to do even basic troubleshooting. Nor do they care. As soon as they knew I was on a corporate account they dropped me like a hot potato and did not want to help. We have never had a good experience in the store.

Worst Company/Store ever! Im going back to Sprint! I had the pleasure with dealing with a rep who had the WORST attitude ever! I had my phone for a little over a year and it decides to stop operating. The screen would no longer turn on and if it did, the phone would freeze then turn off. I use my phone 90% of the time for work purposes. The reps name on the receipt is simmna3-ep359. She did not keep eye contact with me, did not explain the step by step process on how to get a new phone and she was more concerned with how the notebook paper showed up on her desk rather than helping me get a new phone. Her job was is to de-escalate the situation and make me feel as a customer that I am wanted. Other employees were complaining about another co workers performance and whoever this red headed girl simmna is, she had a really nasty attitude. She is the reason why CSRs get a bad name. Why work in customer service if you dont like your job? I was in management for a home shopping network for over 7 years and if she was one of my employees, I would make her take customer service training. She was not helpful AT ALL and I dont really know if she actually reordered my phone. Im going to talk to Sprint to see if I can reactivate my service with them because I have had nothing but issues with Verizon. If I could give that rep less than 1 star, I would. Taking this to the BBB as well.
