Cutters was an awesome experience! The lady in the humidor was very knowledgeable and I like the suggestions she gave me & my buddy for cigars. There’s a nice selection of cigars to choose from. The lady at the bar was awesome, I like how she found out how to make the drink I asked her to make (Bombay lemonade) even though it wasn’t on the menu. The aura had a nice vibe and it was easy to talk to strike a convo with anyone in the lounge without overly blasting music. . . A hidden gem for sure definitely worth it.

Wonderful experience! The inside lounge is very spacious and well-ventilated. Ive never seen a humidor so well organized. Its refreshing to walk into a humidor and not get an instant headache as soon as I look at a wall. And major shout out to the bartender (Josh) for making me feel super welcome and for making an excellent old fashioned. I look forward to returning frequently.

One question: very nice cigar bar but with a great diverse client base, why would you continue to play golf on EVERY television even during the NBA Playoffs? My suggestion would be to mix it up. I came in and left as soon as I saw the year round golf on ALL TVs….. shouldn’t have to ask during the playoffs

My first trip to Cutters yesterday with friends. Beautiful furnishings and appointments. They spared no expense. The humidor is modest but adequate. The service is cool but attentive. Porch is wonderful. I ordered Bloody Marys...had two. Drinks were fine but the celery was too old and soggy to even bite through. So heres my question. Why would one spend $1M dollars on leather, hard wood, marble, music etc...then piss it all away with rotten celery that should have been in the garbage 10 days ago? Kind of amazing to me.Bill

Such a great time with a very eclectic group. They were so helpful and fun to talk with there. V and I got there just as the band was about to start. We had fun talking with some of the people there. The music was terrific and the atmosphere was laid back.

Very nice environment. I went, for the 1st time, on a Thursday. The highlight was the live music by Sylvie! I dont smoke cigars, but the smell was delightful. Ill definitely go again some day.

We invited family from out of town to this cigar lounge and as expected, they loved the spacious and laid back atmosphere.

My new relaxation go to place. Went there last Friday and was extremely impressed. First they check your temperature at the door which makes me feel safer. The walk in humidor is the best Ive seen with abundant makes, tastes and costs of really fine cigars. You do not smell (overwhelming smoke)anything in the lounge that has the most comfortable chairs. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. The band was incredible. All in all, I would recommend this place above all others that I have been to for a great time.

Great place, great ambiance. I have been there a number of times but I have had 3 times where I have been double charged. This has also happened to a friend of mine. I hope Management there sorts this out soon. Honestly to your customers is always the best approach

Im from south Florida and come to Georgia for business. Im a member and aficionado at some of the top cigar bars in Palm Beach and Miami. I am so happy I found Cutters Cigar Lounge in Alpharetta. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. This is by far the best cigar lounge in Georgia! The atmosphere is great and service is excellent. Staff is super friendly, professional and personable. The humidor selection is superb and bar is wonderful. Love the live music jazz and salsa nights. This is now my favroite hangout whenever I come visit Georgia. I highly recommend Cutters to anyone who is looking for quality over the mainstream boring franchise experience. The are top shelf and definitely a cut above the rest!

One of the best cigar bars in the area, the people are great felt like local the first time I went in, you cant ask for a better setting to hang out talk meet new people... Just a great place after a long day.

Selection was alright. The place is upscale, very clean and polished. The prices were fair at best. The staff isn’t the most knowledgeable when it comes to cigars but they seem to make their money in drinks and food like most cigar bars do. Probably won’t be coming back. I’d recommend going to a real tobacconist.

Great selection of quality cigars and well-stacked bar. The tobacconist, Pete, is very knowledgeable and helped answer questions about the Camacho brand. Ultimately went with a Davidoff The Late Hour that burned perfectly and was checked on a few times by Pete. Being as new as it is, the walls are not stained by years of cigar smoke and it doesnt smell like a bonfire when you walk in. Excellent ventilation, new and comfortable leather chairs along with high-top tables for working. The ashtray was empty and sparkling when I sat down to enjoy my stick. Ive definitely found my new home for relaxing on a quiet off-day.

Great place! The lounge is great with TVs to watch and very comfortable chairs. Service was top notch and attentive. Ventilation was better than most places as well.

Recently visited with friends and received extremely poor service from the general manager. After collectively spending a few hundred dollars at the bar celebrating after a long hard fought week at the office, you would think that a warm smile and a handshake would be in order. Far from it!!! If no stars were a rating, that is what I would give. Normally a great place, but we were very disappointed with our experience.

Very nice place to relax and have a nice drink and cigar. Owners are wonderful. And the staff are attentive and helpful. The outside deck is large and nice for outside relaxing. They have great events and select parties. Join their social media for events. You wont be disappointed.

Stopped by to donate some cigars for vets. First time visiter, but I was pleasantly surprised by the nice staff and good atmosphere.

Knowledgeable staff, huge (very huge) selection of cigars. Beer selection reasonable but wish they had more than one draft (Stella). Scotch and bourbon selection is adequately sized. Fairly reasonably priced!! Great place.

Great experience!! 1st time actually sitting and enjoying a cigar in a cigar lounge. Make no mistake about it, it is a lounge and not a bar though they do have a well stocked bar. Kudos to the owners. Very well ventilated, nice humidor. Great staff, very attentive. Went early afternoon weekday about 1pm and stayed well over a couple of hrs. You have to buy a stogie from them to smoke.

Found this place by accident and now I’m trying to plan my next trip up there to spend an appreciable amount of time. Beautifully organized humidor with ample space and formidable selection of brands. The staff greeted me, showed me around, and made me feel welcomed in their establishment. I was really impressed with this place.

My wife and I were in the area last weekend, and saw Cutters while on Windward Pkwy. We returned the next night and enjoyed the experience. The selections in the four cigar cases and the walk-in humidor were really good. I bought several that arent available in my town.The outside sitting and smoking area along with the sincerely welcoming owners created a warm and memorable night. They offer several beers and wine as well as soft drinks and water. I stayed outside mostly, but those inside seemed to be having fun sitting, playing cards, working, and watching football.We will certainly return there our next trip to Alpharetta.

As someone who does not smoke cigars often this place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They have a great cigar selection for not only a seasoned smoker but also your casual smoker. They also have a wide range of spirits and bottled craft beer. Over all a very cool place to come hang out.

Cutters is the go-to cigar shop in North Atlanta, the staff is extremely attentive and supremely knowledgeable about all the cigars and products they offer. The leather chairs are beyond comfortable and its the perfect environment.to get some work done, meet up with friends, see live music, or relax. Not to mention they sell Boars Head snacks to keep your appetite curbed while you enjoy a cigar!

Although we only bought a couple of cigars to enjoy while walking around beautiful Charlotte - we had a very good experience. We were looking for a good cigar shop or lounge, but it was a Sunday, and they were closed. It is located on the first floor of the Charlotte Marriott, along with other restaurants, and stores... When entering the restaurant to inquire about the Cigar Bar/Lounge - they called a manager right away to OPEN the lounge for us!! Of course it was only to buy the cigars, ( no drinks, etc.) but we were really impressed that they have this service available, even when the lounge is closed!

Great cigars, great band, great bar. Just watch out for the lounge fee if you get anything from the bar. My wife and I went one Saturday and got a few cigars and paid then went to pen a tab. When we closed the tab we noticed a lounge fee. It caught us by surprise.

Decent collection, though Ive seen better. Warm inviting comfortable seating inside and out. Seems popular with the locals. I was staying in a hotel across the street and it was a confident walk. Not much experience in the area but Id say the prices are about average.

Nicest cigar bar in Atlanta metro area.The cigar selection is unparalleled, the advice is friendly, the staff is approachable, the bar is well provisioned with a variety of beverages from beer to Wine to spirits, and the atmosphere is classy! During the day you can find people working at laptops, enjoying the air outside under the patio, or in the lounge where there is always good sports coverage.the store recently moved to this location to expand its floor plan, add a spacious bar, and provide a nice patio experience.There is not a nicer place to go for a night out with a cigar and an adult beverage than Cutters.

Awesome place! My husband is new-ish to the hobby and the gentleman here couldnt have been more helpful! Pete helped him learn about different types and also helped with lighter and cutter selection. Great atmosphere, perfect for a short Friday night date. Lots of great spirits offered as well.

Music and atmosphere

You would be hard pressed to find any cigar bar with a better humidor selection, bar selection and environment. The people are fantastic as well!

Nice lounge. Has a lot seating areas, including a large bar. The humidor was solid and had some cigars that arent easy to find. The cigars were a couple dollars more per stick then I prefer to pay.

They have a lovely humidor with tall glass doors.Cigar purchaseTheir cigar selection offerings are decent but I did note that a few popular selections were depleted. The price for the cigars were above average. On top of the price, when you make a purchase, their checkout system directs you to leave an optional tip. For most smokers who are purchasing cigars at an already above average price, the suggestion of leaving a tip just for a purchase may be a bit off putting. Note: the purchase and visit time was noon on a Friday and this was not a cutting fee.BarTheir bar was fully stocked and appeared to have a nice selection of spirits available. I didnt partake since it was noon on a work day.Seating was comfortable and the air exchange was the best Ive experienced. However, considering the time of day, there were not very many customers smoking at the time of my visit.WelcomeHere is maybe were some improvement can be made. As a new customer I wanted to tour the lounge and get a good feel of the place. I felt like I was leading myself around the facility.
