The best people ever! I took my Asus laptop which has some issue with the driver, and they tried their best to fix it. No word for their hospitality and honesty! Love them

Very nice people. I must say this before I even find out what is going on with my sons computer. Beyond nice over the phone and in person. The customer service alone made the long drive well worth it whether the computer can be repaired or not.

Nate in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he took the time with me to explain all of my options in order that I could make the best and most informed choice I could about resurrecting my dead ASUS ROG laptop. I always come to Nate for all my computer repairs. I work at a hospital and have hospital computers repaired here as well. The people are great and the technicians are well versed in computers and technology. Really recommend them. You cant go wrong.

I received excellent customer service and repair of my computer on emergency repair as a recommendation from Toshiba Repair Center, since my warranty had expired and I needed repair in a very short turn around time. Nate made me feel confident and very hopeful my baby could be fixed. I thank him and his team for exceptional work.

Recommended by Asus. Twice I received excellent service. They are honest and reasonable. The first time they told us it was the power cord and sold us another cord. The second time it was a microphone turned on. They also cleaned any virus threats and removed a driver that shouldnt have been installed. Both times the charge was minimal.

Even if its a ways to drive for you... best to skip those local mom & pop computer repair shops... come to this place for REAL PROFESSIONAL WORK!!! (ASUS Certified Repair)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went in for warranty service, this place is the only authorized warranty service center in Georgia for my laptop manufacturer. I had all of my warranty paperwork in order. When I went in the employee of Atlanta Computer Sales REFUSED to accept my laptop stating, I dont even want to touch it. Then the employee went onto tell me that my computer was crap. Employee also said I needed to provide my laptop battery and AC adapter (RED FLAG, Do you not have an AC adapter as an authorized repair facility?). I asked them about their standard repair turnaround time and the employee essentially stated that they take as long as they want to. I asked if it could take a MONTH to repair 1 laptop and the employee stated, YES it could.

Got my tablet fixed, sent it right to them and they had it done in a few weeks. They do a great job, I would recommend them!

I have taken 2 ASUS laptops there recently and the service was very good. The first one they replaced the broken display in less than 2 hours.The second ASUS laptop they replaced the DVD drive under warranty in one week, because they had to order the drive. It works just fine now. The tech I dealt with was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I recently took my Asus laptop to ACS and they did a great job! Nate has great customer service and they fixed my computer within a week! The price was very reasonable, especially compared to what other shops were trying to charge me! I dont know why other people gave them a bad review, ACS was great!

The Asus repair center, and Nate in particular, is super helpful. Its still expensive, but not nearly as bad as trying to do things online.

Well, I can only re-confirm the earlier ratings on this business. They are an ASUS certified service location, but appear to not want to carry out their duty to try to resolve issues of ASUS clients. ASUS should scritinize their contract with the people, it makes ASUS look really bad! If I could rate 0 stars, i would, but it wont let me publish without giving at least one star...
