We bought an Aldelo POS system from Todd. He gave us a very affordable price and his Tech team did a great job on programming our menu, installing the system and training our staff. A big thank you to Todd, Chris and Casey!!!

My wife paid a deposit for equipment. now we decided not to go forward with it. reaching Todd is a real pain. severa messages and phone calls.... no return. the sales person, Ari is of no help. they just reseller. so beware.

I purchased a 3 pos machines from POS Atlanta. They quoted me a good price and did a great job of programming my menu and installing the equipment. I had a pos machine stop working and they took care of it under warranty. I did not even pay for the service call. I will be using them again when I open my next restaurant.

Todd was responsive last year but havent been able to get any response from him on billing issues that his team seem to have initiated as I went thru him for TSYS. Ive sent several email, voicemails in last 3 weeks without a response. I just sent email asking to cancel the service as I am extremely frustrated with sudden rate change by him without any agreement with us and him not responding.Brenden, it looks like the same story again - you said you will call me and that never happened. I had also bought 3 sets of hardware for the salon from POS Atlanta and the warranty was for 3 years with next day replacement. One of our pc unit broke, I left voicemails (multiple) sent you multiple emails without a response to date. After you responded to the review I was really hoping for your call or your response to my emails but nothing happened. What is going on? I just need my money back for these devices so I can buy them elsewhere and leave peacefully if the terms of the purchase contract are not followed. I have left the service on for one more month and TSYS responded instead of POS Atlanta. I question if this company is really is in existence or not. HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE or lack thereofUpdate (Sept): I could not find how to delete a review but Brenden took care of the issue. It took about two months to get a replacement that was supposed to be available immediately and also the rate issue needed a lot more pushing and contacting TSYS directly to get resolved that is below expectation. Given Brenden called and followed up regarding the issue even though it was very late, I changed the rating to 3 star

They installed the Aldelo in my restaurant, La Altina. It works real good and is easy to use. I recommend them to anyone needing a pos.

I had Clover and did not like it. Ari sold me an Aldelo Pos and programmed my menu into it. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, so when he trained my staff, they all understood the training. He even set up the Aldelo Pos to show in Spanish or English, based on the person using the Pos. I recommend POS Atlanta and Ari!!

I bought an Aldelo Pos system from Pos Atlanta to replace my current Pos system. They reused some of my hardware and that helped to keep the cost down. Chris and Casey installed the system, trained my employees, and stayed all day with us answering our questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Pos system for their business.

I purchased a so called factory refurbished system 4 units of eBay had a lot of problems . when I opened one that was not working right I found parts duck taped together !! customer services was a joke only care about getting more money out of me long story short I spent around $5 k and did not even get 10 months out of the system they will rip you off stay away !!
