Ordered online thinking that my order would ship fairly quickly since Im in Georgia, its been 10 days since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. Extremely frustrated. Will continue to look for other vendors and not use them.UPDATE: Steven calls me and attempts to argue that I take down my one star rating. He said I do not appreciate that. Poor, poor customer service. Steven, here is what my email from your company says Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days for assorted, regular stock items. For any special requests, special order items or if we are out of a specific style, we ask to allow 10-14 business days to complete all. If the items that I selected were special order items or out of stock, you should have made me aware when I initially emailed you about my shipment on Oct. 24.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.

I went over to see what this store had to offer, and to see if they could fill a fast order I had and found lots of truly cute things . I picked out the min. order of 450.00 for wholesale prices, paid for everything . Some of the things they claimed were wholesale was more expensive than dealing with the manufacturer . ( Ive been buying/selling the same lines of lingerie for over 20 years ) But I still bought the things because I needed them faster than they could be shipped . I bought myself a bra . Paid 55.00 for it . Within 2 months it had fallen apart . I know how to care for lingerie of all types . I sold a few of the pieces I had purchased, besides the order I had had and they too were sent back to me, in shreds . I should have pulled on the material when shopping ( not all was bad just 5 of the many pieces I bought, which included thongs that had the elastic out of shape after the first wash ) The reason I give 2 stars is that the staff was friendly, most, not all, of the prices are fair market as wholesale . . My suggestion is ask how long the product has been on the rack, pull on the fabric to see if it shreds, check the elastic . These purchases gone wrong are my mistake, I should have inspected better .

I am extremely sastified with my order it shipped out pretty quickly. I ordered a package of toys there bundle deal. It has premium products my request was followed as well for my package im extremely satisfied. This is my new go to place from here on out. I called the customer service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend them to others. Hopefully this is the beginning to a great relationship for me as a brand new company of the atlanta area. This is a very nice place. However, I stopped in to grap a few things. I came home and got o. The site to see what else I was going to buy. I was disappointed to find out I was over charged for an item. On the site it was 18 dollars cheaper that what I was charged.If its one price on the website it should be the same I. The store. Especially if Im driving an hour to shop with you all.

I have been shopping with Lingerie Mart for 3 years now, never a problem with any of my orders. Reading the reviews, the ones who have gave unfavorable reviews obviously did not read the shipping policies for Lingerie Mart. Lingerie Mart has always been professional, courteous, and efficient. .

Placed an order with them, got the order 3 weeks later. Its been 2 weeks since I received the order and still no itemized invoice for the order. I bought 3 of their package deals and need the itemized invoice to be able to price them to sell. I tried to look up items on their website and some of the items are not on there and are discontinued by manufacturer. This is unacceptable. I received 2 orders from China in the time it took for them to ship one order from one state away! I have emailed them and have not received any back. Will never do an order again with them!!!!

I didnt order online, I went to the warehouse. Yes, you can shop here! They have a huge selection of great lingerie in all sizes. With fitting rooms! Lots of accessories too, and I think I even saw bathing suits. Prices are good, $25-50. Husband loved it lol. I will be back!

Its been a whole year,I never received a refund of almost $ 200.00 dollars!They really dont care if they lose your business for being late or out of stock of the items you ordered and paid for instead of just charging for the items they actually are sending you.They charge you for the entire order even if they dont plan on sending it.More dumb customers keep coming ..If they are out of stock, they just send you the items they have and just do the run around in emails. I dont know how many times my wife sent them over and over the order number and screenshots.I lost the paypal warranty money back guarantee because they kept lying saying the products were on their way.It went over the time period and I was unable to get a refund.My wife is still one of the dumb customers...They dont even have a phone, they disconnected it because of so many complaint calls.She still thinks they will refund if she orders that was the agreement a couple of months ago. So I placed an order in February and was informed in March that I would receive a partial order and the remainder of the order would ship when it arrived. I emailed the rep that originally contacted me in April to follow up on the order and/or to request a refun. I received no response. So I emailed again this month using the website to see if I would get a response and I received nothin. The most that they could do is let individuals know what is going on or simply acknowledge that they have received the emails. We all know how busy and over saturated market has become, however if the product is not available the least they could do is process a refund. Thank goodness I have other suppliers or else I would have lost a lot oF money.
