I went in to buy a ring for my mom &’ Nadia Brunkow was such a great help!! She has great customer service, excellent taste in jewelry &’ was very helpful with my purchase!! I would highly recommend going to her for your jewelry!! Definitely going back to her when I need more jewelry!!!

Places like this have always been intimidating and Nadia made the whole experience so much less stressful. I was able to try on different cuts, shapes, metals and gems. Got sized and left with better idea of what works for me. Would definately come back again.

Lady who sold me a ring for my mom’s Christmas present did NOT tell me about a plan you have to buy with the ring. Promised me free resizing after the holidays and that is NOT true. Just called to get some clarification and they did nothing to correct the problem, even though the fault was on their end. Will not be giving them my business anymore and it’s a shame because I always supported Helzberg.

Helzberg Diamonds helped me understand the value of a diamond and what to look for. It also gave me a look into what my girlfriend will be wearing on the day that I propose. Great quality and I look forward to buying the ring that will leave my fiance in awe.

Terrible store with worse management. Karma is real and lets just say its no surprise theyre going outta business and the managers are losing their jobs.

I stopped by Helzberg Diamonds with my mom when I was looking for jewelry to wear at my wedding. We had such a good experience with Nikki. She listened to what I was looking for something classy and affordable and looked at a photo of the dress. She was able to pick out several pieces for me to try and was very patient while I chose what to buy. She was so great and I loved the selection that I ended up buying jewelry for both myself and my bridesmaids, Nikki even included the service plan at no charge. As a further testament to the customer service we received, Nikki listened to me and provided recommendations which were helpful when I was concerned the necklace wasn’t laying centered as I’d hoped and had come back in a few weeks later. As the wedding day came closer my mom had stopped into North Point mall to do some last minute shopping, Nikki saw us and came out of the store just to give me a hug and say hi and let me know she was thinking about me. Shopping at Helzberg Diamonds with Nikki was such a joy and I will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry.

This location is okay. Customer service is sub par which lead me to select my ring from Jared across from the mall where we had a phenomenal experience. I looked at wedding bands twice here the second time the lady assisting me was barely helpful she did not ask any questions or make suggestions. if You want someone to actually help I recommend going elsewhere.

The place was a mess and it kind of felt dirty. Both of the people who helped me had obviously just got back from their smoke break and their breath was terrible. The smell was also on their hands. It was very bothersome. There was a lot going on during my visit. I was looking for a wedding band and while I was there they had an intense maintenance repair happening and a rather large delivery coming in. They only suggested what they thought looked good with my ring. And honestly- they were completely wrong. I ended up buying from Zales.

Came here to look at engagement rings. The chubby sales lady was so not good. She actually took the ring off my hand when I was trying it on. We ended up buying a ring at zales instead.

Ive had better service at a McDonalds. They barely paid us any attention, left us waiting and repeatedly told us she is going to take care of you when she finishes. Unfortunately I have already wasted money with them.
