We called Monday afternoon when one of our windows was broken were able to have someone come replace it Friday afternoon. The gentlemen I scheduled with was kind and gave me a quote over the phone, and the gentlemen who came out to make the repairs was also very nice. It only took him about 10 minutes to take the old glass out, replace and reglaze. Were very happy with our experience, and while I hope we dont have to call them again, I wouldnt hesitate to if we need their services in the future.

Absolutely pleased with my glass pieces and at a very reasonable price!! I needed 4 glass pieces made from a wood pattern I left with them, and they were exactly like the wooden pattern!! Will definitely use them again!!

Quick turnaround time to get special cut glass

A couple years ago I needed a relatively small piece of glass to replace a frosted window in our truck camper door. Diamond Glass had to order a piece of tempered glass to size for me and it took about a week. This week I needed to replace the same window glass on a new truck camper door. I talked to Guy on Monday and he called Thursday to let me know the glass had come in. I know this isnt rocket science here but I have to say that dealing with this company was a great experience. Guy was friendly, professional and helpful and followed through exactly as he said he would. Pricing was very fair and Ive been happy with their service on both occasions.

People think of places like this as where to go when your windows are broken but I actually stopped by here in person to ask for two small pieces of glass (about 14x8) and they were very happy to help me even with such trivial business. Very nice people!

I broke the mirror on my medicine cabinet door and was happy to learn how affordable itd be to repair using the original frame. I also had the pleasure of working with Yaz at drop-off and upon completion - shes fantastic! Id absolutely use Diamond Glass for future projects.

I purchased three different mirrors from them in 2018 and all of them were perfect! One went on the front of a medicine cabinet which they installed back onto the metal frame for me, I took that one with me. The other two mirrors needed to be delivered and installed. One of the mirrors had a hole cut out for an electrical outlet so that install required some adjustments but once it was installed it looks great! And so does the other one. I am glad I did not purchase the glue and try to install either of the two mirrors myself. I will definitely go back to them, their customer service was great and so was their installer. Happy I went to them!

My job involved installing an intricate wall to wall 1/2 inch glass for my wine cellar!! Their quote was more than reasonable! Engaged Troy on two different appointments! Always showed up on time. Since this is so intricate of a job and since we couldnt possibly have any gaps as the wine cellar would have a cooling and humidity control unit Troy had all kinds of laser devices going in that room. Glass was ordered, appointment was made for install. Two guys showed up on time. Also very professional. Best company/vendor/contractor I have ever dealt with! Hands down! Hire them people and you would have made best decision!

We had to replace the glass in one of our larger radius windows. Diamond Glass was very prompt in coming out and providing the estimate. Turnaround time was about 2 weeks. The installation crew arrived within their scheduled window, were very courteous, knew what they were doing, protected the work area as required, polished the glass and vacuumed when the work was done. Very pleased and will use again.

Tried working with a different company for I found Diamond Glass and I wish I had found them sooner. Their team provided a quote over the phone and the price was less than half of what the other company was asking. On top of that, they processed my order, cut the glass, delivered and installed the glass in less than 6 hours. The glass looks perfect, customer service was superb. Diamond did some work on our new bathroom shower glass. This was a custom glass. Their quality is very good, but what I am upset about is their response when we had an issue. They came out to install our glass and scratched our NEWLY INSTALLED stone floor. Although they paid to get it fixed and it looks fine, they also scratched two shower tiles that cannot be fixed. The sad part is that they only took off $100 off of the bill. Very disappointing...

If you like a company that doesnt take responsibility for there mistakes, then this is the company for you. After I placed my order over a week ago, and had not heard from them, I called to see if it was in. I was told by the person that answered the phone that my order was in, and I could pick it up. When I got there, I was told that only one of the two pieces was there, and they were waiting on the other. Being disappointed in wasting two hours driving time, I expressed my feelings and was told to get my glass elsewhere. In being fair to all concerned, the receptionist is very kind, friendly, and professional. I cannot say the same for the unkind old women in the office next to her. i choose not to use fowl language, or I would describe her personality further. I will happily find another supplier. I will also put effort into making sure whoever owns this company is made aware of this occurrence.After reading the other reviews, if the owner cant find any records of my doing business with diamond glass, I can provide them.
