Never seen employees seem like they hate their job so much

If I could leave no stars I would! Terrible service from that lady behind the counter. Refused to acknowledge my presence for over 5 minutes. When I finally asked to be helped the only response was Im the only one working Well Im your only customer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Service is not ok, employees need to improve the quality of costumers service. But products are good,.

Just got a dip cone and orange Julius. Dip cone was ok but the Orange Julius was horrible the chick making it didnt put enough orange juice in it it was bitter had no Orange flavor

Conveniently placed inside North Point Mall and very helpful staff. We enjoyed the blizzards and moo-latte.
