I use to love this store, now they dont have lots of variety clothing, everything is out dated.

It was not what I expected because I have been to other outlets and they are a bit more assorted and better prices.

This place makes Viejas Outlet worth while for me. Seems there are less and less retailers every year. Polo has always been my go to. They have a 50% off the entire store that knocks my socks off everytime. I leave there saying, Why, why do I continue to allow Macys to do me so wrong? Its almost like I forget about this secret gem of a store tucked away up here in alpine.In any case, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Its a great little store which I will make more of an effort to give business to.

Kind of pricy for an outlet store. Not really something I could wear on a daily basis in my neighborhood.

This was great when it was a clearance store. You could actually get some real deals. Total joke now. Dont bother with the drive all the way up here. Waste of time. How anyone thinks $50 for a polo shirt is a value is baffling. Go get alot more for your money with Calvin Klein Tommy Hilfiger Guess Express. Ect.

I called this location through the concierge service offered in the polo factory outlet emails. I was trying to take advantage of the store wide 50% off sale holiday sale. I was told to call back the next day because they were really busy and were closing soon. When I called back, I was informed by the manager that the 50% no longer applied. Not cool.

I never knew there were any Polo clearance stores. But based on the fact they have Big and Tall, its a 4star location off the top. Staff is awesome and prices are great. You cant use your polo discounts here but you wont need too.

Bring back the clearance store! Don’t waste your time on the drive down here, prices now aren’t much different than anywhere else! Disappointed!

Went in looking for a belt. Employee said a bulk buyer cleaned them out. Odd that they allow this practice but I guess if the objective of an outlet store is to clear the merchandise quickly then this objective is met. The other thing about this store is it doesnt have much for my son in boys section. Anyway, no belts in a Ralph Lauren store is pretty lame.

I really liked this place until last time I was there when they told me they dont take coupons anymore because they are clearance center now. I am still giving 4 stars because I think the people who work there are good at their jobs and very helpful. Not their fault corporate made this decision, but it was still surprising when I went to pay and couldnt use my loyalty coupons.

There was a time when you could buy a shirt or sweater for 20 bucks at this outlet store. Not anymore, theyre selling at about 55 now with the 45% off.

Its no longer a clearance store. That was the only reason I drove all the way there.

Selection wasnt very big for children as it usually is. There offer no military discount anymore.Racks in womens department were overcrowded.

I love this place, specially when you have toddler at home, they have plenty of clothing to choose from, not much boys pants, as this season mostly are all US tennis open shirts and jackets

Every time I go into this store, I leave with at least two bags full. My favorite place to shop for Jeans and shirts.

Often visit this Outlet when I go to Viejas Casino I think the prices are way better then the other Polo outlet Buy Las Americas because that ones over price this one has a good selection and dont forget to ask about the 15% military discount staff is friendly and fast
